I really liked the studio: all the guys (girls and boys) are very nice, moderately sociable, and most importantly professionals and amateurs of their business. I love places where they work with their hearts. I did a pedicure - the legs were treated very carefully and beautifully (there were surface "rods" on the foot and they were also treated). The girl Katerina communicated pleasantly and did her job perfectly.
And I also had a manicure, more precisely, I removed the long-term coating and treated my thumbs - there were voids under the nails (onycholysis). The girl Anastasia told me how to cure my nails and I healed everything perfectly😁

I went for more than a year mainly for a hygienic pedicure. Of the advantages:
Pedicure is done without pain, cuts, discomfort and quite quickly;
You can sign up online on your own;
Pleasant staff;
If you have any questions, they meet you halfway.
The disadvantages that eventually outweighed:
Nail cuts every time, although this is generally not acceptable with a good pedicure (done by different masters);
There were several times when calluses were not removed or the heel was not sanded very well;
A couple of times I had to wait for the master for 20 minutes;
Although they meet halfway when pointing out shortcomings in the work or service, but as a result this is not corrected, and the situation may happen again.
During my last visit to the studio, a very low quality manicure was done. I came here because I couldn't get to my master anywhere else. As a result, I had to wait 20 minutes for the master to finish with the previous client, no one even paid attention to me and offered tea, although the hostess herself was at the reception that day. As a result, I had a manicure, which in a week had chips and detachments on almost all nails. The nails themselves were also ruined by sawing through them, making a curved shape. It felt like what the intern was doing. My permanent master just shook her head while removing the coating and tried to fix what was possible

A distinctive feature of the salon from many similar ones is that podologists work here, not simple craftsmen. You can apply here with problems such as corns, corns, ingrown toenails, etc. Administrators are always friendly, smiling, friendly, like all employees. Cozy interior, tea, coffee, sweets, there is even a shelf with books that you can take and read. The location is convenient. I definitely recommend it.

I came for the first time, no one met me, although the administrator apologized later, but she spoke on the phone for 5 minutes, did a manicure, after 5 days two nails were gone, I had my own long length, they were redone for me for free, but they were grown on me, etc. they were spoiled, and the grown ones are not mine.... after 2 weeks, there was nothing left of the manicure, detachment, + the root of the nail was damaged during processing and it exfoliated..... It didn't go well for me....
