I would like to express my gratitude to Julia for her approach to animals. They called us home to our noxious touchy-feely vesloushka, who is stressed from carrying and even more so from trips. Yulia arrived, examined, treated the wound, prescribed how and how to treat it. The cat certainly wasn't thrilled with this intervention))) but it is necessary to treat. Thanks a lot again.

The best clinic created for the convenience of both the animal and the owner. Everything is on top. Arrival is clearly at the appointed time, very sensitive and professional doctors. I applied 3 times, for sterilization of the kitty and 2 times for vaccination. Everything is done flawlessly. The cost is significantly lower than in inpatient clinics. For the first time in 12 years, they turned to the veterinarian with complaints. The cat lost a lot of weight, and his condition began to worry. I've been looking for a home-based clinic for a long time, and for good reason. How great it is to conduct an examination and take tests in comfortable conditions for a pet! Especially when a cat with a complex character. Gradually, they searched for the reason. And so, with the diagnoses, we continue treatment.

Reliable, like in a clinic, but much more convenient. We strongly advise you to contact us, especially if urgent measures are needed, you have little time and your pet does not tolerate travel well.
The cat became very ill on Sunday, when finding a station clinic is still an adventure, especially if the animal is unable to go somewhere. We applied and did not regret it! We promptly provided assistance, conducted tests with quick results, showed everything, told, answered difficult questions and duplicated all the information in writing so that it was always at hand. Then we were always in touch and consulted for a few more days until the cat recovered.

Our cat is experiencing insane stress when visiting the vet clinic, and we are at the same time. And this time he was worried about the pain when they picked him up, so why think about going to the clinic. I remembered the bookmark about the Eco-friendly service saved on Instagram.
I called, told the administrator about our complaints, he listened very carefully and patiently to everything, asked at what time a doctor's visit would be convenient. A couple of minutes later, a callback arrived, and we agreed on the time of the visit. Yulia's doctor arrived at the agreed time. She examined the patient very carefully, carefully and carefully, literally gently and painlessly took a blood test, answered all the questions in detail, not even on the current problem. She prescribed treatment and left medications for the entire course of therapy. For several days after the visit, we maintained feedback with Julia, monitoring the patient's condition. Unfortunately, it was not possible to completely solve the problem, it requires further research, but we were able to stop the acute condition.
I am sincerely grateful to Julia for her invaluable help. In my opinion, this is a model of what a doctor should be: deeply knowledgeable, attentive and sensitive to the patient, patient with the worried host, in order to calmly talk and explain the problem in an accessible way, to calm down.

Thank you for having such a service as calling a veterinarian at home. The cases are different, in my case, an elderly German Shepherd, with problems in the spine, you definitely can't carry yourself, and stress is for the dog. Calling a doctor helped. The doctor is sensitive and attentive, it is clear that he loves animals, examined the dog in detail, measured the temperature, told everything, explained, prescribed treatment. Thank you very much.
