A gorgeous condo! The territory is just 5 stars! Huge swimming pool, beautiful comfortable relaxation area, saunas. The building itself and the apartment are also excellent, everything is clean and beautiful. The service is also present - our toilet is clogged, they came and did it. But I lowered it by 1 star due to the fact that the apartment did not have basic toilet paper, liquid soap and an iron. And the minus is that at the end of the rest you need to clean yourself (and their cleaning is very expensive - 1500 baht).
It's not a bad air conditioner, it's the second one, because they rented an apartment in it, on the ground floor with access to the pool. The territory is clean, quiet and cozy. It is almost 2 km from the beach, but this is not a hindrance, because there is a tuk-tuk on time from the reception. In general, I recommend it.
My experience of renting in this place:
When I rented this apartment, it seemed like the perfect place to live. The apartment was really nice, but I couldn't even imagine what kind of blow awaits me at the end of the lease.
For two months I paid for someone else's housing - receipts, until eventually my electricity was cut off. And although the managers promised to solve this issue, I had to run around and fix their mistakes myself. That was the first straw.
But then things got even worse. At a difficult moment for me, when I could no longer afford rent due to falling incomes, I turned to the manager, Milos. He personally promised in the presence of witnesses that I could safely move out, and that my entire deposit of 28,000 baht would be refunded in full. He assured that the apartment would be easily rented out in the season for a large amount, and there would be no problems.
At that moment, it was my only salvation. This money was my last, and I was really counting on it to be returned in order to find another place to live. I sincerely believed him, because I had no other choice.
But when it came time to return the deposit, I was given only 7,073 baht. The rest was withheld under the pretext of some ridiculous reasons. I was shocked. These people knew perfectly well that I was left without funds, but they didn't care.
I begged for at least most of it back, sobbed, explaining that I had nowhere to go, but no one wanted to get into my position. They were not interested in anything other than their own benefits. It was a terrible feeling to be so blatantly deceived, when they said one thing to your face, but in fact they did something completely different.
This situation has become a serious emotional shock for me. I was left without money and now I don't know where to live. This experience has shown me that you can't trust even those who seem friendly and assure you of their decency.
My advice to anyone who is considering renting in this place: Be very careful. Do not give large amounts in advance and fix every detail in the contract. And even that may not save you from being in the same situation as me. These people only think about money, and promises mean nothing to them.
