But when they started giving her an antibiotic, Luna stopped eating and started vomiting. We went to the vet clinic, Maxim Dmitrievich took us in, he explained that this was a reaction to an antibiotic, changed our pills for injections and prescribed medicine for the stomach. The cat was sterilized in July. The doctor is a wonderful, kind man. The cat was operated on, everything was fine. The next day, the cat was running around the apartment. They said that they need to be treated with chlorhexidine every day. I couldn't do it, the cat is not mine, I warned about it, and the owner was away. I tried to process it, but the cat turned into a lump of aggression, scratched and bit. I called, made an appointment, and then took her for processing. I was met by a nurse who was unhappy, apparently. There was no one else from the visitors. The cat was treated and, as it seemed to me, the blanket was tied tightly. They told me not to take it off for 10 days.
A couple of days later, something bad started, the cat's owner returned, said that the cat could not go to the toilet and was hiding. They took it to another clinic, where they found out that the blanket was too big for the animal, and they closed the vulva and ass with it, which partially caused excrement to accumulate, and inflammation began quickly. The cat was treated and given injections (it was possible as a pill option, but the animal is not mine and does not always make contact.). Total additional expenses and trips. I would like to summarize that there are no complaints to the doctor, everything seemed to be fine after the operation, but I would like more attention, why would a small cat need a large blanket, and tie it to the very base of the tail? The doctor was on shift as well, but no one looked at the fluffy patient that day, as a result, the nurse tied the animal's ass, and we did not immediately understand what happened, the hostess herself did not dare to untie the last ties, we were afraid at least something worse would not happen.

Cons: the two assistants I saw and the doctor E.N. Kashevich were tactless and harsh towards my cat (I do not understand why I am a person without veterinary education, I must explain that the animal needs at least 2-3 minutes in a calm environment to smell a new person to reduce stress levels, and not immediately grab him by all 4 paws). After that, I asked the administrators not to send us to see this doctor and this assistant. The request was ignored under the pretext that "they cannot leave notes that are visible when recording a client and I need to specify which doctor I want to see when recording." Which I did. Only instead of consulting a doctor, I received the advice of an assistant, to whom I asked us not to send "just an injection there." I had to re-sign the same day later and when I went to the administrator to find out what was going on, it became clear to me that the administrator was absolutely not responsible for the recordings made, did not know how to regulate conflict situations and denied the administrator's mistake, referring to my guilt ("why didn't you immediately say that you need a doctor, his you could have waited 20 minutes") and the human factor ("probably, when you were recorded there were a lot of people" - I was standing alone at the reception desk when recording). After this situation, I am looking for another clinic.
Pros: doctor Glinskaya E.L. is a competent, confident veterinarian. I quickly established contact with the animal. Carried out high-quality sterilization. She completely satisfied me as a doctor-it's a pity that I have to abandon her consultations because of the above disadvantages.

We have been to this clinic with a cat several times. Everything was fine until the last appointment.
The fact is that we gave the cat the first dose of the vaccine, but the very next day she began to refuse food, and after 4 days she stopped eating altogether. The cat was urgently taken to this center. We had an ultrasound and were told that the situation was "the worst", the stomach had completely become, there were lumps of wool in the intestines that did not allow it to work (at the same time, everything was fine with the cat's chair). The poor guy was given two injections, prescribed medications and told to take injections for a couple more days. To our question why this happened, the doctor said that she puts 80% on the fact that it happened because we began (even before the vaccination) to transfer the cat from one feed to another (they have a very different composition and, as the doctor said, it was simply impossible in our situation transfer the cat to this food). By the way, another employee of the SAME clinic recommended us to transfer the cat to this particular food 👍
We started to deal with the management about this situation, to which we heard only the protection of employees, an unpleasant tone and the phrase "we will sort it out on Monday and we will call you back." By the way, it's been 3 weeks and we haven't received any call
But the most interesting thing is that the next day a good ultrasound specialist was recommended to us, we immediately went to him. He did an ultrasound and said that everything is fine there, he does not see anything that was seen on the ultrasound the night before. The cat was given a dropper (he did not eat for 2 days at all and why this clinic did not advise to make a dropper is a big question). They took a blood test (a friend at the clinic said they didn't see any reason to take blood yet).
They prescribed treatment and now our cat has almost completely recovered.
We will never contact this clinic again and will not explicitly advise anyone.

Blood transfusion, a full examination and a month of treatment only prolonged our existence, but did not help. At the time of contacting the clinic, the Friend of the cat did not drink, did not eat and could not get up to go to the toilet - he was already walking under himself. I was mentally preparing for his euthanasia and asked Elena Nikolaevna to assess the condition, the correctness of the treatment and give a conclusion. She decided to give the cat another chance. An urgent transfusion was performed again and the treatment regimen was completely changed - as a result, after 2 weeks, all tests on the cat were normal. Thank you very much to her! Thoughtful and attentive. He tries to get to the bottom of the cause, not to treat the effect. It works for the result.

We were at a reception at Kashevich's. I didn't like the attitude: indifferent, dry, cold and harsh — as if according to a template. They came by appointment, there is no queue, but the doctor still seems to be in a hurry. At least some kind of love for animals is absolutely not noticeable, which must necessarily be with a veterinarian (we were in other clinics after, so there is something to compare it with). One of the advantages is a pleasant and responsive administrator.
