We visited three different doctors, we liked them all, I will not recommend anyone separately, because in my opinion, they are all very decent and animal-loving professionals. After the visit, there was neither a bad nor a good impression ... First of all, about the good: Examination by the doctor Kashevich Elena Nikolaevna, ultrasound, consultation, attitude, recommendations - everything is fine. Also, all further measures to help the cat are already from another specialist - in a timely manner and, as far as I can tell at the moment, professionally. And now about the sad (at least for me): After the operation, the pet lies on an IV in a very cold room, and subsequent ivs are carried out in the same room (if necessary)... perhaps this is due to the heating already turned off, but nevertheless the pet lies and trembles all over from getting cold medicine into the weakened body, plus all the stress received.. The doctor said that the body's reaction was normal... probably.. but! When I was with the cat on a repeat drip, having stayed there with him in a jacket, I was not hot... and the cat was shivering just like the day before... and I decided to cover him with my jacket and imagine it helped! He warmed up and was practically not shaking due to the sudden drop in body temperature and medication. But of course I was frozen to sit there without a jacket for more than an hour... It turns out that I pay money to sit on an IV myself with my pet, with the medicine I brought with me (which was bought at the clinic on the day of the operation), in a cold room ... Unfortunately, this is not the last unpleasant moment for me... The catheter placed on the day of the operation broke down and we came to the second IV with a swollen paw, which naturally caused discomfort... For the second IV, a catheter was placed in another paw and it was decided to leave it again (because the IV was also planned for the next day) and it seems to be fixed even louder than the previous one.. as a result, in the evening of the same day, the cat walked and constantly cracked his paw, which also began to swell... On the one hand, they wanted to do what was best so as not to put the catheter back on, but it turned out that the cat, already exhausted from treatment, had to unwrap kilometers of plaster to help him ... I don't know if this is acceptable or not.. but is it right to touch a fresh seam with your hands without gloves? When a pet is unwell, the owner is usually in a stressful state and closes his eyes to many things, sits with him in the cold only to be helped by specialists... not for free, please note, everyone appreciates their work... And speaking of labor costs... Does the clinic have a price list? Or is this price list known only to the doctor? Why can't the administrator answer how much the IV costs and says that the doctor will issue a bill...
