A great guest house! I stayed there with my family recently, a cozy room, friendly hosts. There is parking for a car in the courtyard, there is a sauna and a barbecue gazebo for relaxing on the territory. Inside there is a spacious kitchen, there is a separate room with toys for children. There are two large Vitalure shops within walking distance, not far away there is a large park where you can walk in the evening.

Everything is cool, for 5 stars, If it were possible, I would put 10!!! Cleanliness, order, silence, air conditioning, TV, X-box, coffee, tea around the clock, at least drink, shared kitchen, dishes, pans, pots, cooler, coffee machine, everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can't describe everything in words, you need to visit it once.

We liked it!We lived in a Chalet during the New Year holidays!Everything was great, clean, cozy! The only thing in the photo is that the house itself looks much larger in space. Everything is very compact. It is very stuffy to sleep on the second floor, because there is no air movement.

We were in the chalet. I liked everything. We ordered a sauna, it's good. There is a bathtub with hydromassage. It is suitable for weekend vacations and longer stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The only thing I would add is hygiene kits. Although there are shampoos, gels, masks, hygiene kits are more comfortable.

I was with my family in 2018. I liked the rooms and the sauna, barbecue, closed Parking. The staff is attentive and caring. They returned in 2022. We have been to Minsk on business 2 times and both stayed here.After 4 years, everything is also clean, hospitable and friendly. I recommend.

Probably the best sauna in Minsk for four people! We always went with great pleasure, the steam room with a thermos stove requires a different approach, but in general it is convenient. The shelves in the steam room do not heat up much, and steam is provided on demand).
A very nice relaxation room, with free tea, honey and a cooler. Everything is just at the highest level!

We booked 2 rooms with a shared bathroom literally half an hour before departure from Smolensk. We were met, placed, and even worried about the car. The staff is very polite. The rooms are cozy. Delicious breakfast (purchased additionally). I would be happy to recommend and I will stay on business trips myself!

We have already been to this small hotel several times, or rather a large town house. Of the advantages: in fact, the city center, but somehow quiet, the rooms are not tired and well equipped, not expensive, a quiet family atmosphere, a good cook, its own closed Parking on site and maybe it will be useful for someone that there is charging for an electric car.

I liked the hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. A children's room, a cozy courtyard with a trampoline, a hammock, a gazebo with a barbecue, a sports corner. A cozy kitchen-dining room, we were allowed to cook ourselves. The room is clean and cozy. A baby cot was offered free of charge.
