I ordered a "Lift for drywall sheets DLT Panel Lifter 335 (GKL lift)" (https://dlt.by/index.php?route=product/product&path=91&product_id=328 ) with delivery to St. Petersburg. The product was delivered by SDEK quickly enough 5 days after the order directly to the delivery address. When assembling, there was no lifting handle (in the wheel), the managers, having understood the situation, promised to send this element additionally and I successfully received it. Before the last order, I considered the company as conscientious and customer-oriented, but the last order changed my mind! This attitude is as if the guys are stuffed to put it mildly ! We were stuck with the product, we lost a lot of time for several weeks, although the issue could have been closed in 5 days!
