I bought 2 pcs DLT p611 suction cups in this online store in May 2022, worked at one facility for three days, in July they "died", stopped holding, the pressure drops in 1 minute, there is a video.. I contacted the store, they said I needed to change the repair kit, I changed it. It didn't help, the store offered to send them for repair. I sent it, They sent new ones, apparently they couldn't fix them. The miracle did not happen because the new ones died after the first work on laying the porcelain stoneware 120x60 apron.. The store said the warranty is two weeks and for the first time we went to meet you. To give 9k for non-working suction cups that constantly need to be serviced is complete nonsense. The quality does not match the declared characteristics. There is no guarantee in fact. It will not be possible to solve the warranty issue quickly, because the company is in Belarus and the shipment takes a long time.
I do not recommend buying it.
If everything works for you, you're in luck. If there is no expensive tool in the trash, repair at your own expense, time spent and nerves.

I am your regular customer, and this is not the first time I have bought goods, everything has always been great. Today I decided to purchase another tool, went to the website, looked at the price of the product (in euros, you don't put it there for fun), agreed on the price with the sponsor, ordered the product. The manager called me back and announced the price in bel.rubles, which, taking into account the discount, turned out to be 20!!!the euro is more than the one that was on the site. I understand everything, there are mistakes and you don't always have time to keep track of everything and change course. And I would have had enough of the usual explanations and apologies for the misunderstanding, BUT instead your man told me that it was my OWN FAULT that when buying goods in Belarus I look at prices in euros. I will buy the product as before, because I think that you have a cool company, but such a manager has no place in it. And it's a shame.

Damn , I was just upset in an unchildlike way .I bought a small large-format cutting bar .I thought it would be convenient to cut 60 tcu tiles .but damn it, somehow. the carriage flies out, it does not have enough stroke to finish cutting the tile .it's short and it's just tinny.one disappointment .a useless acquisition .Money is wasted . whoever designed it couldn 't add an extra ten centimeters .It would be better if it were a little expensive , but it 's a working thing .you will have to cut with a long bar, and this is not convenient (((((

When visiting the store, the consultant behaved strangely, or was fucked up, or it was a constant attitude towards customers. I was too lazy to show it, I received a strange response to a request to look at the work, but what do you want to see.... A curtain. How can you understand whether to buy China or not if you were given only a visual inspection?? Moreover, as expected, there were questions about the quality of the goods. I decided to order in Rashka because the attitude towards the buyer is already clear from the threshold, and the reviews of many confirm this.
