Service 0. If couriers do not want to deliver parcels, let them leave them at the office. It's easier for me to come and pick it up myself. The courier wrote that he had not reached me in the morning and therefore I had to come to the office before 13:30, I arrived at 13:10 and waited for the courier for another 40 minutes.
