A wonderful place)).
It was the last weekend of October. The hotel is not crowded, so it is quiet and peaceful. The pool was not heated, but I think there is no end to it in the summer.☺️
I was pleased that the room was clean, secure Parking and a pleasant polite receptionist.
Breakfast can be selected from 6 types with sea views.
It's a thrill to relax now. But in the summer season, I would not risk checking in, because the hotel is located in the very center of a busy waterfront.

The hotel is very good, comfortable in terms of comfort and location. They cook very tasty! We were there in April 2023, there was water in the pool, but they were not allowed to swim. Instead of a pool, we swam in the sea (about 20 meters to the sea).

They stopped letting you with animals ! The pool is open only in summer. The price is too high with such amenities, For 3900r you can find better places. Of the advantages, only the sea is nearby. Otherwise, an ordinary hotel!

We booked one room, showed the rooms upon arrival, and eventually chose a room with a sea view. It's just amazing to get up in the morning and go out on the balcony and almost touch the sea with your hand. Helpful staff, quiet, cozy, excellent location. There is also a cafe downstairs with very tasty food. Thank you guys for the rest.

A Dam hotel that you want to return to! We were in Sukhum for the first time for 5 days from October 24 to October 29, lived in apartments, chose a hotel for a long time according to reviews and did not miss out. The price corresponds to the quality. The sea from the balcony, the sound of waves and dolphins! The room is great, everything worked, it was cool, the split was turned on, the family in the apartment is super comfortable! The children are on the 2nd floor in the turret, there are 2 sofas on the balcony, for an evening with a company overlooking the sea, that's the thing! We chose different breakfasts, everything was delicious and satisfying in its own way, water was boiled into tea from the tap, after the filter, we washed our hands and the rest was a great success! The girls at the reception are all smart, friendly, we needed to check out a little later, since we were leaving by train, we went to meet them without any problems! Thank you for a great vacation in the land of the soul!

The Dam Hotel is located on the Sukhum embankment on the first coastline on the city beach. The hotel has a large restaurant, quite popular. Secure parking for guests. The photos of the rooms and the interior space fully correspond to the pictures on the booking sites. A pleasant, stylish, calm interior, which unfortunately is still rare for Abkhazia. The room has a good quality large double bed, good bed linen and towels, there are terry bathrobes. Plumbing and finishing in the bathroom are on the level.
But there was a nuance: in our room, the drainage was clogged at the air conditioner unit above the front door and water dripped and flowed down the door to the floor, also in the bathroom, perhaps because of the same problem, there was a putrid smell of sewage. We stayed in the room for two days, the hotel administration warned us about the problem immediately before check-in and made a 10% discount, the problem was not solved for two days at the hotel, perhaps it was fixed after our departure.
It is worth noting as a big plus the cost of living 4,500 per day /double room with breakfast. Breakfasts are offered to choose on the eve in the form of several options and correspond to the announcement in the picture.
Electricity was also turned off several times, which is a problem for Sukhum and Abkhazia as a whole.

Excellent service. The hotel is located on the beach. We took a room with a balcony overlooking the sea! Divine! We were passing through the hotel. Trout on coals is a thing! The reception is on top. There is a dry cleaning service. Book in advance. There are almost no free people, there are only 15 of them.

The hotel has a swimming pool. With children, it's a godsend. We lived in another place, but for an additional fee, the pool is open to vacationers (400/200). You can also order a meal from the Dam restaurant in the pool (the menu is attached). The pool is 50m, in the open air. There are sun beds with umbrellas along the water bowl. The water is clean. Two changing rooms M/W, each has a toilet/ shower. Bring soap, a washcloth, a towel and a hat. We recommend it.

This is the best hotel in Sukhum. That's where the good service is, for many years, which is not touched. From clear reservations to room service: cleanliness, attention, care. I also liked the restaurant at the hotel! They are probably the only ones on this whole coast who arrange breakfast in the morning, and not closer to lunch. This year, the swimming pool was opened — huge, clean, with showers, supervision.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we often visited the DAM restaurant. I really liked the kitchen. Especially sushi and pizza on thin dough. Everything is delicious. The average prices are about 900- 1200 per person, but at the same time large portions have a pleasant atmosphere, there is Wi-Fi . As well as a children's menu .very tasty lemonades

Just a song!! Well, there's nothing to find fault with at all. When there is a power outage, there is a generator. We cleaned and changed the linen and towels right every day. Huge rooms. We were not at sea. Well, that's good. Quiet. But there was a swimming pool under our balcony. It has not worked with us yet, but in the future it will be possible to use it. Although the sea is very close, through the pedestrian path. There are no cars there at all. The reception is just great! They are so attentive and polite. We were satisfied.
