We chose Darol design studio to develop our project and did not regret it. The decision to do the project was not spontaneous, but when they definitely decided to do the project, they immediately wrote to several studios. Only Darol always answered promptly, even on weekends, we were offered a meeting at which they told us in great detail about the work and content. The meeting was held without an aggressive "buy from us, we are the best" sale. There was a very pleasant impression in the overall picture. Our designer is just a wonderful girl, super professional, she offered so many cool solutions that we didn't even know about. The drawings were shown to friends who had already done repairs, they said that everything was clear and done in detail. The Darol company. Would I recommend them? – Definitely NOT!
We have experienced many unpleasant moments at different stages of cooperation.
Initially, several companies were considered, but they still settled on Darol (since prices are much lower) and then it became clear why..
At Instagram's first meeting, it was clear that this was a very young company, which means that it had almost no work experience and was clearly not a professional in the market (but Instagram said otherwise), so we decided to trust the Instagram pictures..
Throughout the entire project, one designer worked with us (a designer who, I think, took his first project). All the deadlines that we agreed on, of course, went beyond the limits, and it doesn't matter that we have limited time. The designer is just waiting for ready-made pictures from you, he will gladly insert them into your project (absolutely unable to offer something interesting himself).
After the first design variations were sent, I was shocked, to put it mildly, and did the designer come up with such a room design?? (we have previously filled out all the questionnaires, what we would like to see there, what colors, sent pictures that we like).
After the second design variations, it was clear that the designer would not offer us anything interesting, time was running out, and no one would return the advance payment either. We almost resigned ourselves, so we just sent ready-made pictures and the designer inserted them into the project (just selecting similar materials and colors for our picture).
The furniture was not selected in accordance with our budget, when I made a remark, they gave me the answer - “Well, if you want a budget, then it will be an ordinary wardrobe, table”. The person did not even try to pick up something interesting, but for an adequate amount (after all, for this you are actually needed, it is expensive, but I can make myself a cool project, then why do you?).
For all the unclear points, I wrote to their general chat (where supposedly there is all the management), but in another company we would have clearly been offered to change the designer, with such misunderstandings… But no, they decided to bring us to the end here. No one from the management intervenes in the process and did not try to fix something. The manager is also not the most responsible person, I had to remind him several times about the dock, deadlines, etc.
With grief for the sexes, we have been tormenting this project. Of course, no one announced the final approximate figures of how much the repair will cost us (although this was discussed at the first meetings). The repair promises to be very nervous, there is already a price difference in a very big way from the expected ones, and we go and re-select materials ourselves.
Perhaps you can contact this company if you just need visualization of your pictures in your apartment / house (but not for this amount of course). And don't wait for anything else, just time spent, money, and most importantly nerves.

I would like to express my gratitude to the designer Oksana, who provided professional assistance in creating a project for our apartment. Her creativity and attention to detail deserve a special mention. Thanks to her talent and professionalism, we have received a functional design that fully meets our expectations.
Unfortunately, in the process of working with Darol, certain problems arose that need to be mentioned.
1) Initially, there were inconveniences when signing the contract. An hour before the scheduled meeting, it was canceled. When asked to send the contract by mail, this option was ignored. It is not convenient for everyone to drive up to Malinovka at any time to sign several pieces of paper.
2) After 2 months of working on the project, the manager informed us that they had made mistakes in the contract and we needed to come to them to make changes. We prescribed 3D visualization, instead of the project we selected with 2D visualization.
Additionally, the price change after measuring the apartment, which would be more logical to set within a week after the measurements (measured 1-2 weeks before the conclusion of the contract, and set the price 2 months later).
This is a misunderstanding and unprofessionalism in the organization of work.
3) Waiting for the printed version of the project for the third week is unacceptably long (they haven't given it away yet). This causes dissatisfaction and delays our work on the implementation of the project.
In general, the work with the Darol company was of a mixed nature. Despite the designer's high-quality help, problems with the organization of work and misunderstandings with the terms of the contract made the cooperation process somewhat difficult and unpleasant. We hope that in the future the company will be able to improve its processes and provide customers with a better and more professional service.

We did a design project and turnkey repairs with this organization.
The designer clearly has no practical experience. Gross mistakes were made in the bathroom design: the pencil case for the washing machine and dryer was planned to be 60 cm wide, whereas this technique cannot fit into this width in any way. When we increased the pencil case due to the width of the pedestal for the washbasin, at the stage of tiling the walls and working on the shower cabin, the builders and the foreman realized that there were not even close to those centimeters laid down. As a result, even the washbasin did not fit into this width. All this happened because the designer did not take into account that it is necessary to lay not only clean cm of furniture, but also the width of the tile, the width of the cabinet wall and so on. AND THE FURNITURE HAS ALREADY BEEN ORDERED ACCORDING TO THE PROJECT!!! It is good that the furniture makers went to a meeting and this issue was resolved without financial losses. Also, the designer did not specify a refrigerator outlet in the project. Eclectic and furniture makers noticed this. New radiators were conceived in the project: those that the designer prescribed in the specification did not even come close in practice to the heat exchange needed for the apartment. We had to look for an alternative and figure out this issue on our own.
The sofa in the living room stands close to the radiator, although it could have been planned exactly opposite (mirrored), there would have been no problem, but we realized this after the electrics were done. For the bed in the bedroom (we chose a specific one for our project), I did not specify the correct dimensions from the manufacturer, so we had to cut the width of the bedside table so that the desired bed with the desired width of the mattress fits into our bedroom.
The foreman. It should be noted here that it is necessary to pay extra for his services a priori when concluding a contract for repair work. However, he does not deserve any reward at all, because he does not work at all. The plaster was just falling off the walls, so the company redid it twice. It was noticed not by the foreman, but by an electrician (we had our own, not from the company). The timing was incorrect: he said to purchase a profile for a shadow plinth within two weeks, as a result, the profile was not needed for another two months. On the issue of laying tiles, he met with us several times, discussing the same issues (which were spelled out in our chat) and giving no longer relevant advice ("it's better to put a tile here, rather than sew up the chipboard", at the stage when the tile has already been bought and the furniture has been ordered).
I constantly made up childish excuses, why deadlines were violated and why certain works had not been started (I attach a photo). They promised facing work for 4 weeks, they did it in 7. I estimated the painting work in 5 days, they did it for 3 weeks and now another worker is finishing them.
They were invited to the presentation and acceptance of the works earlier than the foreman accepted these works. Then they stopped inviting me at all.
Our apartment is 57 square meters, standard set: laminate flooring, wallpaper, stretch ceilings. The repair has been going on for 8 months (at the same time, we had no delays with finances, everything was slowed down by constant delays and deadlines and the disappearance of builders), now it is the stage of putty, there is no end in sight with this company. We decided to stop working with them in order not to waste precious time and nerves further.

Our cooperation with the designer of the Darol company in the preparation of a design project for an apartment in a new building left an extremely negative impression. Despite the loud promises and high cost of services, the result was unsatisfactory.
The illiterate technical part.
There were a lot of technical errors in the project. The placement of plumbing units and lighting terminals turned out to be unrealizable in the conditions of our apartment, which required significant alterations. Statements that the project would be reviewed by the director of the company did not correspond to reality – we did not see any control from the management.
Defects in furniture and ceilings.
The cabinet furniture in the project did not take into account the actual size of the premises, which is why the proposed solutions were not only inconvenient, but also impractical. Errors in the design of stretch ceilings led to the need to refine them – the location of the fixtures did not correspond to the project.
Spelling errors in the documentation.
The documents contained a huge number of spelling and punctuation errors. This looks extremely unprofessional for a company engaged in the development of design projects. We were forced to independently point out these shortcomings in order to fix them.
Lack of initiative and interaction.
Each meeting to discuss the project had to be scheduled by ourselves, there was no initiative on the part of the contractor. It seemed that clients were not being given due attention and time.
We expected a professional approach, but we got a lot of disappointment and additional expenses for correcting errors. Alas, this experience has shown that the promises of the Darol company are at odds with reality. We recommend that you think twice before cooperating.

The designer is not experienced, she made a lot of mistakes in the project.
The foreman does not appear at the facility or does it extremely rarely after another conflict situation with the client. It does not provide information about the work done, you need to pull everything out with ticks.
There are no permanent workers, they seem to be looking for free ones. As a result, builders are mostly unreliable, drinking, redoing each other (because they can't find one person for a specific type of work). For example, the plaster on our facility fell off after application, was redone twice. The workers are not neat, the facility is dirty, it's a shame to bring someone from the measurers. The garbage was put out in the common corridor.

I do not recommend it! The design project is under my dictation. Not a single idea or thought! They cheated about visualization and deadlines! The payment is fixed in the dollar rate if you pay in two stages.
I paid 100%, in total, we did not fulfill any decisions and promises. They couldn't even provide an estimate.

I was looking for an organization for the acceptance of an apartment with an indication of the regulatory documentation. Another organization said it was the default, but they didn't have any free time for that day. As a result, the "specialist" in acceptance simply dictated comments and said what to write down herself. Upon arrival, a representative of the developer said that half of the comments were in the admission. It is difficult to defend your position without being knowledgeable in any document. If the receptionist had indicated them, it would have been possible to Google on the spot and have a conversation with the builders. A relative took an apartment with another organization (for less money), and there the specialist compiled a two-page table indicating the violation and the paragraph of a specific document for each violation. Plus, I ordered a measurement of the area in this organization. In fact, I just measured the walls and that's not all. No one was going to count the square. Why then provide such a service at all, you have not declared the measurement of the walls, but the measurement of the area. I am attaching to the review a photo with scratches that the Darol employee did not notice. There are about 20 of them here. I consider the price for such a service to be unreasonably high.
