I come here regularly throughout the year. Initially, I got to Anna Portkova for hair restoration, I did this procedure several times. There was no super-Wow effect - this is logical, given the initial condition of my hair after unsuccessful highlighting by another master...But the hair after the procedure became softer and well-groomed, this is a fact.
Next, Anna recommended Yulia Timofeeva to me, at that moment I really needed a competent coloring master. At the first meeting, we discussed the coloring issues. I had no idea what would happen, but I trusted the master. And I'm very glad, so far everything is going great. Julia chose a coloring for me that grows as gently as possible and at the same time covers my gray hair. Of course, I want to cut off the entire bleached part of my hair, but I really trust her advice on the length of hair that suits me and I'm holding on) I can't stop thanking the universe for introducing me to these wonderful people!❤️❤️❤️ Professionals from and to!

I got my hair cut by two masters, both are really masters, but Yulia Borisova's work impressed in the best sense of the word. The atmosphere is pleasant, you can have coffee. The first haircut cost 50p., the second 48p. (but this is with a discount coupon) at a face value of 60 and this is above some kind of psychological mark that I am ready to pay for a haircut. I was at another salon where my hair was crookedly cut, and decided to go to Cosmico on the advice of a friend. I signed up in the evening and went the same day. My master was released earlier, which I received a message about, so they said I could come earlier. After shampooing, they tied their hair with a towel. The towels are cool, this is the first time I've seen them. The haircut was good, the master was a professional. Drinks were also immediately offered in the salon. In general, I liked everything, I had a pleasant impression of the visit.

Unfortunately, the festive mood is ruined... On November 14, I signed up for toning and grooming on 12/27/24. But yesterday, on 12/24/24, it turned out that for some reason I was scheduled for 12/26/24. And everything... How is it? 2 corporate parties ahead... Obvious disadvantages. Despite the fact that the cost of services and goods in the salon is designed for a premium client, the masters cannot organize the work for the client. The client must adjust to the master's work schedule or change it, the master simultaneously serves two clients and this is not very comfortable. The appointment for the next visit is a quest... The receptionist, the foreman, and some other salon staff are standing at the reception desk, all looking at the table and can't really offer anything, or I'll mix it up and write it down the way they decided...Administrators cannot communicate with the client at all. I have often observed while in the salon that they have enough time, but when they talk on the phone, it seems that they are employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations: they talk in such a way that neither the client nor she herself understood what they were talking about ... and we are waiting for an SMS (thanks to Bitrix). It's a pity, but Cosmico is no longer a premium salon.. although something may change..

I would put one star, but since I really liked the girl Olga, I put three. I did the aloxi revitalization procedure today in order to remove the protruding hair. That's the result.. as there were hair sticking out in all directions (porous), they remained, although they promise an effect from the FIRST procedure to several days. In my case, even after the procedure, nothing has changed. During the procedure, I was completely delighted: the desire to constantly return to your salon (in particular to Olga). But, unfortunately, the promising expensive procedure did not suit me. Maybe I'll try something else.. If I trust you again

I have been using the services of these salons for more than one year, but the last visit was disappointing. I was booked for a haircut with spa care. They called the day before and confirmed the recording.
I arrived ahead of time, the receptionist clarified about my appointment and offered to wait. I sat with tea for about 20 minutes, and only when I sat down in an armchair did the master say that some funds had run out and I could only be offered a haircut. I don't understand why the administrator didn't tell me about it right away or didn't call me in the morning. I could reschedule the appointment for another time or to another address of the salon. When I asked what kind of care could be done instead, they said it was only for dandruff.
As a result, they were the most expensive - 5 cm in length.
