I haven't been to kofix for a long time, but today I decided to come back to drink coffee. I went to a coffee shop near Gum in Minsk.
The queue is long, one barista is at the checkout and makes coffee, the atmosphere of silence is like in a funeral service. There's not even any music.
After defending myself for a long time, I ran into the problem that the girls in front of me had gift certificates, which the barista had all sorts of questions about.
An employee of the coffee shop calls someone, but there is silence, scans the code and nothing, the coffee shop visitors are already unhappy with this service, the queue is too.. we were stuck for another 10 minutes.... How? Why give such certificates that only harm the coffee shop and its image?
I left after standing for 30 minutes, lost time, left without coffee and disappointed.
People were leaving in front of me, as well as after me from the queue.
Kofix's attitude towards customers is indifferent, unfortunately.
I haven't been there for a long time and I won't be visiting for even longer.
If marketing gave the certificates, as the girls said, then why are there so many dissatisfied customers because of marketing actions? Is this really marketing? Or the cofix pests?!

I really liked this coffee shop, compared to others, the coffee here is much tastier and the baristas are polite, the morning ritual before work is to go there and enjoy the aroma of freshly roasted beans and the atmosphere. Drinks are always served very quickly, for that 5+ stars.

Not only is the coffee made mediocre, but the staff ... you go into a coffee shop (I understand that the coffee shop is not of a high level), the barista greets you with a displeased face, throws the menu until the first one says hello, there was no greeting. The pastries (donuts, cakes) are clearly already "tired". They place an order quickly, but the quality suffers. They don't even know how to make a match, there are impressive lumps at the bottom of the glass..
And please teach the barista how to whip milk, not boil it, and adjust the grinding!!!!

When ordering a seasonal pink matcha latte, the barista did not warn about the absence of a pink matcha, and made a green matcha. On 08.12.2024, at 19-30 hours, I was rudely publicly scolded by an employee of a cafe barista for visiting their toilet, although I was a visitor. She stated that the staff of the coffee shop decided to let you use the toilet to clean it less if you are in the coffee shop for more than 10 minutes and then if they decide that you "need to." What is this supposed to mean???Is it the policy of the entire Unix network to explicitly violate the law???And the very fact that I was publicly humiliated in front of visitors by a barista who is literally old enough to be my daughter, just insulted and very upset me for going to the toilet.
