The hotel is frankly a three-star. Here I am publishing verbatim the review of my tourist who came in December.
There is not a single towel in the room (then one large one was given), no bathrobes, no dishes, no forks, no spoons, no disposable slippers. One chair (ottoman). It feels like the room wasn't ready for tourists. I had to go to the reception. Then they brought towels, slippers, dishes and cutlery. There is not a single hook in the bathroom and there is nothing on which to dry wet clothes. French balcony.
When booking the standard room category, the photos of the rooms were completely different and with a balcony. We draw conclusions.

On the plus side, a good breakfast, helpful staff, cleaning every day, if you hang a sign on the door that you need to clean up. On the downside, the water goes very badly, so the rooms are damp, the bed and towels are not changed every day, so they start to stink. There is nowhere to dry your things. You need to beg for toilet paper. There was a company, rooms on different floors 4th and 8th, the picture is about the same.
But in general, it's not bad for such a price, considering that we only came to spend the night.
