Very nice hotel, cozy, with excellent and unobtrusive service!
We had a rest from 31.12.2024 to 07.01.2025.
Always fresh food, a good selection of dishes. Daily room cleaning. There is an indoor swimming pool and 2 saunas. The territory is gorgeous, we always enjoyed walking! There is a beautiful promenade next to the hotel. Leisure time is very well organized. Live music at lunch, daily evening concerts.
I especially liked the kids' club, the children said goodbye with tears, they did not want to leave. Two wonderful animators, Emel and Busra, came up with some crafts every day, painted, sculpted. A mini disco for children was also organized.
In general, a good family hotel. I recommend. We will definitely come again! ❤️

The best hotel we 've ever been to.A very large, well-maintained, beautiful territory. A large number of recreation areas, various tables, benches, cozy corners. There are many trees and shrubs . The staff speaks excellent Russian . Restaurants, cafes. Thoughtful placement of places where you can have a snack if you are late for any meal, or did not want to go. It's just a fabulous place, like in a museum.In the evening, the whole area is illuminated (my mother is 81 years old, the child's delight), dinner on the outdoor area (we were in October).
Everything is very tasty, you can find dishes for any preference.

A hotel with a high level of comfort, good management and friendly staff. The interior of the hotel is decorated in a very interesting way, every time you discover new views. Very tasty food, a wide variety of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Beautiful rooms with comfortable mattresses on the beds. Room cleaning is on top, the minibar is replenished every day. The territory is designed very competently, there are places with greenery, there are places with interesting decor for photos. Turtles and cats live on the territory. In the evening, there are animation programs every day: live music, and different groups. During the day, the animators conduct classes in aqua aerobics, stretching, step aerobics, darts, and bocce. A very comfortable hotel, where you definitely want to return!

Positive: good service, pleasant staff, high-quality shows and entertainment in the evening, cozy though not large rooms, clean, a large variety of cocktails, high-quality alcohol, three pools: two fresh and one with sea water (it's very cool to swim in purified sea water), not far from the airport.
There are disadvantages, but not critical: the take-off strip of airplanes passes over the hotel because of this it is constantly noisy, the food seems to be a large selection of dishes, but for the most part everything is chicken and stewed, if there is beef or lamb, then over-stewed. You will not stay hungry, but without very tasty things, there is a problem with sun beds on the beach, you had to take up places in the morning while there are still places. In the morning, the noise of the city is very audible, the Internet is good only in the lobby and in public places, there is in the room, but it periodically falls off.
Despite the disadvantages, I recommend the hotel to married couples, the time will be spent having fun and you will not regret it. In general, I liked it here.

The hotel is SUPER!The staff is very polite, almost everyone understands Russian. wonderful and delicious food, a huge selection of dishes and various drinks, a variety of restaurants / free/! Everything that visitors write is TRUE! The hotel is YEAR-ROUND!There are a lot of Germans, but they will not wish themselves ill, and therefore they "winter" in this hotel for a reason.There are many different events in the evening at the concert venues of the hotel.Interesting excursions!The money you give away pays off with a good rest. On the day of departure, you enjoy all the benefits before your transfer to the airport. There is a shower and a changing room at the hotel for departing guests, as well as a luggage compartment where you can leave your suitcases. Aircraft takeoff and proximity to the road are not critical!

A chic hotel: everything is beautiful, everything is new, clean, pleasant aromas, comfortable rooms and beds. Great vacation: everywhere and always there are places on the beach, by the pool, in restaurants, comfortable unobtrusive animation, there are people, but too much, the contingent is mainly families and adults.
Delicious drinks and cuisine, good location of the hotel: you can get to the shopping center quickly and walk around Antalya, from the airport 15 minutes, not 3 hours - you can talk for a long time, but in short, we will come here more than once! We did not find any disadvantages, we are absolutely satisfied with everything.

We stayed at the hotel from 06/10 to 06/21/24. Excellent location, great hotel, good and good-natured staff, delicious and varied cuisine. The territory is well maintained and clean. There are many beautiful places for photos. The sea is warm, the pools are clean, there is a pool for kids, a saltwater pool. It's not a bad hotel, I liked it. There are a lot of cozy locations, although the territory is small, but so much has been placed on it. Friendly staff, great cocktails and coffee. The only disadvantage of the hotel is located in the city limits, there are no other hotels nearby, so the infrastructure is boring and monotonous, but this is my opinion, I am a big fan of embankments and walking areas. As it is, everything in the hotel is very decent. I went for a walk in the morning towards the city beach, there is a small walking path along the beach.

A wonderful hotel, located almost in the heart of Antalya. In the heart, because the hotel is located on the first line, and very close to the gorgeous Dudensky waterfall, you can walk to the shopping center with all the famous world brands.
The hotel itself is 5 stars, the price tag is certainly high during the holiday season, but I prefer to relax closer to winter or late spring, try it, at this time the quietest and most luxurious vacation on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. The cuisine is wonderful, they don't skimp on meat and fish. They ate both fresh grilled meat and red fish. Very tasty desserts.
The rooms themselves are made with taste, or as they say in the vernacular, "expensive-rich", but with taste. So it's quite pleasant to enjoy this expensive atmosphere, the staff is also very friendly, all my things were brought to the room without any problems, don't forget to leave a tip)
The hotel also has parking for those who travel by car.
The beach is sandy, there are a lot of free places, there is also a street kitchen at lunch, and in the evening you can smoke a hookah by the pool, but remember that Turks don't really know how to make good tobacco, so it's not the taste that pleases the hookah, but the atmosphere.

The hotel is wonderful.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
We had a vacation with 2 children, 2 and 11 years old.
The food is of high quality, lots of fruits and vegetables. Grilled fish 2 times a day, sea bass, dorado, trout. Meat lovers will be happy too.
There is no children's menu, but you can arrange with the kitchen, they will cook for the baby's day.
The entrance to the sea is gentle, a little further there are 3 stairs to the sea, you can go down and swim there.
We were very pleased with the animations, live music.
We would like to express special gratitude to the guest relations staff for their information support and full involvement in an unusual situation!

A very good hotel, I was in it for only 4 nights, but I managed to try out several bars (very tasty dinners at the pool bar, if possible, it's better to go there), a variety of snacks and drinks everywhere (in the evening you can drink delicious cocktails at the Champagne bar, in the main restaurant and the restaurant in the garden (there, usually dinner is taking place) the food is more than varied, it was always easy to find something to your liking.
I got the room closer to the sea, the "green" one. It is small and looks very bright and peculiar in the photos, but in real life it is not so colorful and quite beautiful, although it is peculiar. The bathroom could use a light renovation, but nothing critical, everything worked fine (except for the Internet, there was no Internet in the bathroom, only in the room itself). There is also a lack of a mosquito net on the door to the balcony, perhaps it has already been installed, since I was 2 years ago.
There are many different animals on the territory (cats, sometimes a couple of dogs and turtles come), but they are all friendly and well-mannered, they never bother anyone if a person does not approach them, most often they just play with each other or lie and sunbathe, they look neat and well-groomed
It is also very convenient to get from the hotel to large shopping malls (I went to MarkAntalya and Terracity), there is a tourist point next to the hotel where you can buy a travel card for foreign currency and replenish it (I bought it for dollars), a bus stop is also nearby, there are detailed videos on YouTube by Russian-speaking bloggers on how to buy a travel card and get to the big shopping malls from the Sera Club Hotel, which is very convenient and understandable. Buses run regularly, it's very convenient to ride them with Google Maps, you definitely won't get lost.
In general, I was satisfied with the hotel, although in recent years it has become more and more expensive and is no longer so budget-friendly, while it would be possible to make cosmetic repairs on the premises and refresh the rooms.

A good hotel for a relaxing holiday.
It is not suitable for holidays with children or parties.
Positive:
- sea and beach
- gypsy interior
- high-quality work of the staff (with the exception of waiters at dinner and reception)
- comfortable rooms
- room cleaning
Cons:
- there is an escalator halfway to the sea (there is no alternative), it is not convenient with a stroller
- a lot of biting flies
- disgusting communication of women at the reception. there are no questions for men
- the waiters at the dinner work only for the female category, they do not notice the rest
- slippery-wet floor in places of mass events (children fall, adults are constantly prompted)
- the food is delicious, the choice is not great. Mostly food without spices.
- There are no snacks really, there is no place to eat or have a snack outside of breakfast/ lunch/dinner. Amazing
- no children's animation, except for half an hour of dancing of the same
- adult animation is a dj or cover band maximum
- a small number of staff in bars, 1-2 people per rush hour. Naturally, they form long queues. The guys don't have time

The coolest hotel! - a real sultan's Turkey, with the highest modern level of service and maintenance. The food is of restaurant quality, everything is very tasty: lots of meat, fish, fruits and of course sweets and desserts (PP and children's menus are also available)
I really liked the hotel itself, the territory (the pool and SPA are excellent) and the attitude towards the guests. By the way, there is a wonderful boardwalk along the beach, and not far from the Duden Waterfalls hotel.

We returned from a vacation, we were at this hotel from September 16 to 27. We had a rest in Antalya for the first time, before that we visited the districts of Alanya. We are very happy with our stay, we liked everything! The hotel itself is a Turkish fairy tale, the service is excellent, the staff is helpful, polite, always with smiles! There were no problems with the word at all! We lived in the Sera Park Hotel, very cozy, and were satisfied that we took this particular category. Room cleaning for 5. no complaints! The food, service in bars and restaurants are all super! The animation didn't seem very active, but it didn't spoil the overall impression! I would like to return to this hotel for a vacation once again! We definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances!!!

I've been to Sere 6 times, always in early June. . Everything is very nice, delicious, and clean. After the renovation, magnificent coffee shops and bars were opened. The lobby has a very democratic atmosphere. Lots of sofas and armchairs. The waiters come right over. There are plenty of free sun beds on the beach. If you want by the sea, you want by the pool. There's a lot of grilling and all kinds of meat for dinner. Watermelons, cherries, apricots, plums, citrus fruits. But prices, like everywhere else, are going up. I recommend the hotel.

The service from the staff is very good, everyone is friendly and helpful, the sea is clean and warm, small pebbles and a gentle entrance to the water is very convenient for children. The hotel is quite long, you can sunbathe and swim both from the main beach and from the descents (stairs), and what is not unimportant - there is a children's beach, a separate cove! The animation is cool - they are constantly calling somewhere during the day, and in the evening there are various parties / discos! The rooms - we lived in the club building - everything was fine, except for the condition of the bathroom, it was already a little tired, but these are small things, fresh bed linen, white towels and bathrobes - everything is super 😊
Special praise to the Ala-kart restaurants, everything is very tasty, we visited all 4 once)

The first time we came to Sera as a family in 2004, we fell in love and every year we visit this wonderful place to relax, this time we rested from 05.10 to 17.20 and it was 25 times, we were at the hotel when the economic crisis hurt Sera, but they did well - they survived all the difficulties and even the service became even better, Thank you very much to everyone who makes our vacation unforgettable!!! The rooms are not large, the furniture and style are for an amateur, but there is enough space for two. In the morning you can drink delicious coffee, and different lattes and cappuccino and other types, it is better to drink alcohol in the lobby, the quality is better. There is a large swimming pool and a kids' club for children. The animation is not intrusive. In the evening, open-air discos and concerts with fireworks and DJs, the music is great, it won't be boring. The location is convenient, it takes 15 minutes to drive from the airport, to the city center as well, there are transport stops nearby (you only need to purchase a transport card to pay for travel or ask passengers to pay with a card and give them cash if you prefer a taxi, there are call buttons everywhere on poles on sidewalks along the road. I recommend a very good hotel from the bottom of my heart, because of the children's mini beach, we went there while the child was growing up , we needed a quiet, calm beach , it's perfect. Just a super hotel, swim from the pier. Evening animation comes in every day, cocktails are super, there is a bar on the beach. Breakfast lunch on the beach, the Olympus super duper restaurant and the lobby are also very good , plus there is a pharmacy near the hotel where they took medicines home for the winter for children. We stayed at the hotel from December 22-29, 2024. Among the advantages are interesting interiors, a beautiful view of the sea from the window, amazing gozleme,life music, polite staff, pharmacy across the street. There are many disadvantages for me.The beach was dirty (bottles, garbage, etc.) and there were a lot of dogs that they didn't look after and didn't have time to clean up. There is no champagne or aperol in the beach bar. And in general, the aperol syringe is only in 1 bar, which is open from 18-22. Food.. You definitely won't leave hungry, but everything is monotonous and boring, with only pears, bananas, tangerines and apples from fruits (there were melons and pomegranates in other hotels in December). The cakes are not delicious, which I was very happy about.It's hard to wait for the waiters in the restaurant, they sometimes left without coffee, juice,. In the rooms (we moved from room to room) the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. A good international company saved the situation, so we had fun. But this is not a 5-star level. I visit Turkey several times a year, so there is something to compare it with, although there were people there who really like everything and they only go to this hotel. Maybe everything is much better in summer, but the winter concept didn't suit me)

I come to this hotel for the second time in February. Just to take a walk, relax. It's the perfect place for me. There is a large park nearby, there are no other hotels, you can walk along the sea without a lot of people. The rooms are great, the food is delicious, everyone is friendly, but what else do you need? There are 2 supermarkets nearby. If you take the 7th bus, you can get to a huge number of shops! I'm sure I'll come to the hotel again.

Just got back, great place!!! As already mentioned, the staff is friendly , the cleaning is excellent , the food is varied and new dishes are served every day . The beach is super!!! Perhaps one disadvantage I found is that the pools are not heated ... and the spa, I would say so to myself. But this is nothing compared to the rest of the benefits.... I want to come back again

A wonderful and very friendly hotel. Of course, there are disadvantages, like other hotels, but the coziness, comfort, friendliness of the staff, beautiful territory and many beautiful and green places to relax took their toll. We had a family vacation with an adult daughter. The Club series room is quite cozy. Yes, there is no kettle and few outlets, but there are plenty of places on site to drink tea and coffee. As for the sockets, there were 4 of them in our two-room room, which was enough to charge the phones of three people. The room service is decent. Once the cosmetics were not reported, but we told the reception about it and on the same day they brought everything to us. Our room had a small balcony with a table, two chairs and a wall-mounted clothes dryer. The mini bar always has a variety of soft drinks, which are replenished daily. The room is quiet, and after 23.00 everything on the territory is also quieting down. The hotel grounds are simply gorgeous, beautiful and very cozy. What else pleased me compared to other hotels (we have been to Turkey many times) is the abundance of places with cafes, a variety of food, just rest, relaxation and photos on the territory. Everything is compact, very beautiful and close by. There are three swimming pools for adults and one for children. There were always enough places. There was plenty of everything near each pool: food, drinks, toilet, cabins, sun beds. There is also a shower next to the saltwater pool. The water in the pools is very comfortable. It's amazing that even passing workers smile, greet and can even just bring you water without asking. The beach is sandy and pebbly, special shoes are not needed. The water is comfortable, the descent into the water is gentle. The water in the sea was not always "hot", sometimes a little cooler, because you can see the current from the Dudensky waterfall brought cool water, but in any case it's just warm water. There is a pier where you can also sit down and swim from the descent from it. You can also sit on sun beds right next to the sea and on the right near the sea for children (a breakwater is specially installed). We took a wild boar several times over 50 and more often just rested on the sun beds, which were always enough at any time of the day. Again, food, drinks, toilet and so on are all nearby. Towels were taken on the way to the beach or pool, and the towels are large, thick and comfortable. The food is typical for Turkish hotels, i.e. a lot of things. You definitely won't be hungry. Breakfast and lunch are served in the main building, and dinner is served outside. You can also have a decent lunch near the sea: the assortment is duplicated. That's how we always had lunch. It wasn't hot for dinner in September. There are ice cream and tortillas at certain times. This format of the dinner was even interesting to us, because it is fresh outside in the evening and beautiful around. There were always places to eat in any location. At lunch and dinner, live music is played or performers sing. There are bars and coffee shops both in the buildings and near the main tourist locations, which is very convenient. Coffee, tea, alcoholic drinks, cocktails with and without alcohol are just great. The bartenders are friendly and cheerful. There is even a champagne bar. And everywhere there are sofas, tables, all sorts of nooks where you can retire and relax. Near the hotel there are shops, travel agencies, a bus stop, cafes. Check-in, check-out, accommodation, responding to requests, communication - everything was on top. We even ordered express laundry and ironing after rafting - everything was done perfectly and not expensive. In September, the average age of vacationers was about 45 years, because there were many people of advanced age. There are various events on site every evening. There are also 3 or 4 ala-cards included in the price of the restaurant on site. We visited two, we were not particularly delighted, but we had such impressions in almost all the hotels we visited. There are a lot of Russian speakers among the vacationers. The hotel staff also perfectly understand Russian and speak it badly or well, but you can absolutely understand it. Recommendations for the hotel: 1. Put a tea set in the room (although this is not critical); 2. Send a cleaner to the toilet near the sea more often (although the visitors themselves are to blame for the "pigs", and the water from the sea and the pool is dragged. The rest of the toilets throughout the territory are in perfect condition); 3. Do something about the wasps that fly at dinner near the cakes. They certainly don't attack, and I don't care about them, but there are people who are afraid of them. Yes, by the way, they wrote a lot about dogs that walk on the beach. I saw a couple of dogs, but they were sleeping peacefully in the shade and didn't bother anyone. In general, I liked the hotel for its coziness, chic and very interesting territory, friendliness, homely atmosphere and a sense of inner comfort and relaxation

I stayed at the Sera Hotel in October 2023. It is located 15 minutes from Antalya Airport. The hotel is designed more for adults, there are gorgeous concerts every day for adults, there is no animation for children. 2 restaurants, they are wonderful, they cooked very well, respect the chefs. The hotel is located on the first line from the sea, sandy beach, several pools. The service is top-notch. The hotel is suitable for a quiet relaxing holiday.

A wonderful hotel, price-quality ratio in the realities of current prices, we used to rest in hotels of a different level, but they are 100-150 tons more expensive now, so we chose sulfur, but did not regret it at all, room, service, delicious food, champagne bar, we really liked the evening shows. Sooooo beautiful territory! A la carte is interesting and delicious. One of the disadvantages is a small beach, a little unusual for Turkey, but at the end of October there was enough space for everyone, although, in season, it is probably difficult to find a place there. For people who are afraid and do not like dogs, this beach is not suitable. Although the dogs are very calm and friendly, they just sleep on the beach, we love dogs very much, for us it was even a pleasant moment when a dog lies next to a chaise longue).

A good hotel, I was there for the second time, I'll probably come again. Very friendly staff, ready to help, and not to oblige, but to help. They feed well, there is always fish, meat, and poultry. Alcohol is also of decent quality and varied, the bartenders are skillful and funny. A super hotel! Everything is dignified and dignified. Cleanliness, order. The hotel building (the main building) resembles the St. Petersburg style of the Hermitage, the design of the territory in the Greco-Roman style.
