After visiting this doctor, an unpleasant impression remained. I'll explain why.
I examined the child for 2 minutes, typed for 15 minutes. Before that, we constantly visited Lode (but our regular doctor did not have an appointment that day). So there, both height and weight will be measured, and at each visit, in order to correctly prescribe medications and how to take them. It's all about words. While I was typing, the child wanted to play with the toys, which are also there, and in my understanding they are intended for children while waiting. But the doctor was clearly annoyed that my child was playing with them. Several times she admonished him to sit next to his mother and appropriately not touch these ill-fated toys.
I left the office with a sediment and 100% certainty, we will definitely not return to this doctor again.
The medical center itself is probably good, there are many doctors of various specializations, everything is clean and beautiful. The girls at the reception are very friendly and pleasant, unlike the doctor we went to.

I am very disappointed with the work of the administrators and the online chat/appointment service at your clinic.
1. Impoliteness and inattention
Calls are answered reluctantly, they talk rudely, and it seems that the client is an unnecessary problem.
2. Long replies in the chat
I wrote to an online chat asking about an appointment, asked back in April to make an appointment with a specific dentist on June 12-13, wrote down the time, described the situation that I was unavailable for a call, but I would be in Belarus in early May, asked me to call on specific dates if there were any questions about the appointment, but in the end I dialed myself and I received a refusal (they explained that they did not see my appeal ). Next, the administrator said that the record was not yet being made for June and suggested that I make an appointment with a doctor beforehand. As a result, no one called me back. When I dialed it myself, I heard a refusal again.

She greeted me rudely, immediately switching to "you". I allowed myself to call me abnormal, because for five years the doctors did not choose the right treatment for me, and the Mirena spiral in me "does not work." She assigned me a Prefemin Instead of a consultation, she said that everything was written on the sheet and that I should be able to read something. Moreover, the words were familiar.Everything was rewritten from a previous consultation at another clinic.And the fact that I have twenty days and my period starts after five is not a tragedy. I paid 59 rubles for the fact that the endocrinologist O. V. Andilevko prescribed me vitamins and said that they would not help, I was just shocked! I myself understand what to drink vitamins, although the analysis shows more increased attention from the doctor!

I think this is an inadequate price for such a doctor's appointment!

Yes, the clinic and the service are pleasant, the girls at the reception are wonderful, but I have big questions about the MRI scans and the neurologist's analysis.
Why doesn't the neurologist explain in the pictures exactly where the problem is? Does she even watch them? When I asked about it, it turned out that she couldn't even open this disk on her computer. And how does she prescribe treatment for me?
I was able to open it at home! Question: should I start studying the structure of the spine myself and where are the deviations in it?
Okay, where are the measurements in this program? How do I work with her? Where are the pictures of the inner cavity of the intervertebral discs? Some of the pictures are not clear why they were taken and are half-blurred, how can you even see anything on these?
I don't know by whose conclusion. My diagnosis is moderate osteochondrosis.
According to the neurologist, these are all exaggerations and there is nothing serious there, just a slight shift. Question: where!?
The neurologist prescribed me exercises, drinking B vitamins and sedatives. It's been about a year, and I'm only getting worse. I don't know what to do, who to contact, even if it happens in paid clinics...
An MRI scan cost 700p + a neurologist's consultation, and it wasn't worth the money!

They uploaded it to the apartment, and I asked them to get me back. After that, they told me: "Get up, undress and leave!" AND THAT'S IT!!! EVEN WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION! They just threw me out the door! Since when do paid clinics have such an attitude??? They are ready to take a lot of money, but they are not ready to provide a good attitude!!! They usually remind you about the procedure during the day, but this time they didn't do it. There were also no parking spaces for cars. Have you put a clinic on stream, but have you forgotten the appropriate attitude?

In mid-April, after the appointment, the neurologist prescribed a therapeutic back massage, which, as it turned out, was simply impossible to get to. "Everything is scheduled for April, the record for May will be from April 23rd." I called on April 23 - "recording for May will begin on April 25." I called 25 - "there are no places for May, the specialist is on vacation, the appointment for June will be at the end of the month." After my indignation, I was told that I had to enroll in the reserve. I signed up for the reserve. Two days later, they called back and said that there were a couple of places for the middle of June at 10-11 o'clock. I explain that I am at work until 17-00 and ask for time in the evening. "Well, then on June 26th once and on June 28th once," But I was assigned 10 sessions, not two. And they should be done not once a week, but probably in a row.... As a result, I refused both the reserve and the services of this center. I would like to recommend that you have such a number of staff that will meet the demand for your services so that you do not have to queue for half a year! I can't believe that we don't have specialists in the city who can do therapeutic massage!!!
