Excellent hotel, the room is fresh, clean, daily cleaning, delicious breakfast. The location was convenient, close to the Georgian security Service, so it was quiet and peaceful. There is an underground parking, which is very convenient when traveling by car.

Great hotel)
The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, there was cleaning and water every day, we had a huge terrace with a view of the whole city. The food in the restaurant is good and delicious. The breakfast buffet is quite rich.

Excellent location, no frills in the room, but everything works, clean, comfortable bed, daily change of towels and water/tea. You can diversify your breakfasts, you won't stay hungry, but it's a little meager for 4*. There is a parking lot. The external noise insulation of the windows is good, but if you come across noisy neighbors, you will hear everything they say in the hallway. For me, this hotel is a solid 3*. In general, I recommend it!

Very convenient location. Centre. You can walk everywhere if you like to walk. It is also convenient for taxis: there is parking on the street. The metro is not far away. There are many cafes around within walking distance, including for vegetarians.
The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, the bathroom is also clean. There is a kettle, tea/coffee bags, bottled water, refrigerator, bathroom accessories.
The hotel has breakfast. The bed is large and comfortable. We were in December, the room is warm.
The staff is friendly, friendly, ready to help.
Of the cons: there is not enough furniture in the room, the Internet did not work everywhere in our room.

A nice city hotel in the city center with its own restaurant. The breakfasts are good. There are several shops and bars nearby. There are a large number of restaurants and a large shopping center within walking distance. Some rooms have no balcony, there are rooms with a very large balcony and a great view. The staff is helpful, some of the staff speak Russian.

Great hotel! The room was cleaned every day, and the breakfasts were varied. Located in the center, you can walk anywhere. The baths are nearby, all the key attractions are nearby – I don't want to walk!
The young staff mostly speaks English, the older one speaks Russian.

I liked Citrus so much that I'm going back there again. Junior suite with a terrace. I felt at home, friendly staff, always ready to help. Cleaning is done every day, and all hygiene supplies, water, black and green tea, sugar are replenished daily. A very comfortable bed. Many thanks to Nonna, this warm-hearted and sympathetic person who runs a restaurant in Citrus. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The menu was updated daily. I had visitors and we had dinner at our restaurant. They were thrilled! I saw a lot of famous (worldwide) people there, that is, the restaurant is popular. Thanks again to all the staff!

The cafe at the hotel is very good. Breakfast is a buffet, but every day is the same. The rooms have good air conditioning - it is very comfortable in the heat. But the bedside tables and bedside lamps are dead. There is no coffee in the room. Just tea.
But the location of the hotel is very convenient.

The room is very spacious. High-quality excellent Mattresses and bed linen. Everything works fine in our room! We took a Studio room. A cot with a thick, good mattress was set up for the child. The microwave, kettle and refrigerator are working properly. The room has an air conditioner that blows warm air, the room heats up quickly. We got into a period of abnormal March snow. The bathroom is very cold, there is no heating except for a battery for drying towels.
The rooms are cleaned well.
A delicious and hearty buffet breakfast is served. Coffee from the coffee pot. You can pour milk) cappuccino is not offered.
Very tasty Georgian cheeses, omelets, cheesecakes and croissants for breakfast.
The windows overlook the street, but it's still very quiet!
The location is in the very center, as accessible as possible to various parks and attractions.
This house has a mini market and a Spar store, as well as a wine shop opposite, with very affordable prices so as not to get bored)
