Had only once an incident when they didn’t bring me a Cinnabon for like 60 minutes( but overall always been a good place to eat delicious Cinnabon!! Stuff is nice, prices are little high but it’s everywhere around in center. Thank you!

Everything is fine. It is delicious as in other cafes of this chain, BUT -1* for the fact that Russian-speaking guests are not warned in advance that they cannot pay with a card through the MIR system.
I had to run and look for currency exchange offices to pay for the order.

How sophisticated and invalid is it that the waiters have to check with the management about the rules every time :)

4) assortment - two types of sinabon for the entire establishment at 9:30 p.m.

Very tasty!! We ordered pecanbon, we were a little worried that it would be a little dry, but it exceeded all expectations juicy soft, all covered with crispy pecans is a delight, the best sinabon! Rich creamy raf, a large portion of a club sandwich for two is generally OK).
The staff is also cool and smiling, we were a couple of times and when you leave 5 times you say goodbye to everyone))

Cinnabon is like a bridge to the past for me. My acquaintance with these insanely delicious buns happened a long time ago, in my native Krasnoyarsk at that time. Then, after moving to Nizhny Novgorod, I was happy to find the Cinnabon on the main "walking" street.. Turkey, alas, could not please in this regard, but after a long separation, I was glad to discover the cherished logo in Yerevan! Stable taste, warm memories and lots of fun! Thank you ❤️
P.S. You can also eat here! Mushroom cream soup is very tasty!

I do not recommend visiting, my stomach ached for a very long time after this cafe, I didn't ask for anything for such a price!
It felt like it wasn't fresh, and something was crunching under my teeth.

Today has shown me that nothing changes with my patience, I hope it will change with the review: how can you be so inattentive? They greeted me 5 minutes after I stood at the cash register. The order "one classic large sinabon, one large chocolate, both do not heat" was heard as "two chocolate sinabons and reheat". At the same time, after payment, I was offered to sit down - I understand, I also don't like when people are standing over my soul. But after today, I realized that the order must be repeated several times and stand at the counter to monitor the actions - otherwise we will do it as we want

There is almost never a normal choice, either classic or with nutella. I honestly want this, but I understand it, because in the evening you can come and see, there are the same 2 types of buns and they will remain until closing.
The service is very poor, no one asks you to say hello like in the restaurant next to you, but you can simply say hello when placing an order. A very long service is also tolerable, but then you can honestly tell the visitor that the service takes 30-40 minutes, not 10-15.

It's delicious and a little expensive. The cinnabons are normal, the coffee is excellent, the chicken warp and Caesar salad pleased. A polite waiter. The food was cooked for 15-20 minutes, I think it's acceptable. One of the disadvantages is a creaking door, which is very often used and gets on your nerves. I think it's not so difficult to take engine oil and lubricate the loop :)

There are a lot of waiters in the cafe, but instead of working, they chat cheerfully with each other and ignore the guests. If you want to place an order or ask for a bill, you must go up to the waiter yourself and ask him for such a favor.

They brought a kettle with some kind of soap foam, two cloves are floating inside, there is no black tea at all, it tastes sour…

The sinabons are delicious as always and everywhere, but the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a sinabon and cappuccino, the coffee was brought quickly, but they forgot about the sinabon at all and did not penetrate it until I reminded them about it.

This is not a pekanbong, this is bullying.
The first photo shows how it is shown on the advertisement. And on the second one, what I received instead of what I promised (I opened it after I had already brought them home). And it's not just bad in appearance: not only is there incomparably less "caramel" in reality, but this "caramel" is some kind of parody of, as I believe, whipped egg white or milk foam with added sugar.
And no, the cafes of this franchise can make everything juicy, like in the picture. They do it in different cafes, in different countries (including Armenia).
To be fair, all the other (big) cinnabons taste great (as always). And chillata is like such a variant of a milkshake (although no one claimed that it was a milkshake).
