The first time a friend suggested to me, while waiting for the train home, to go to Dana Mall and go for sweet rolls with coffee. I fell in love with this place. Fresh, fragrant and delicious cinnabons. I really liked it, now if I visit Minsk, if possible, I make a route through this place to enjoy a delicious bun! Yes, the cost is not small, but I do not take it with me, as it is better to enjoy it on the spot.. As they say, with fervor, with heat) Enjoy your meal, cinnabon!

A very strange situation has occurred. I bought a shokobon today at this institution, the cost of a shokobon is 9.99. At the same time, I see on the screen the amount of 22 rubles and kopecks and some items besides the shokobon. The girl announces the amount of 9.99, after which the payment is made and she throws a check indicating the payment of 22 rubles. I ask the girl why the amount is like this, in response to which she looks at the terminal receipt and again announces the amount of 9.99, but no one gave me the receipt. Meanwhile, information is pasted on the cash register that says "if you have not been given a receipt, the order is at our expense." I would like an explanation of the employee's behavior, what kind of fraud it was with the receipts, and why did I pay for my order if I was not given a receipt?

The cashier girl tried to deceive us. She stated that if you use the UDS application code, there will be no discount for shokobones with you. Then she started laughing herself. We immediately realized that she was mocking us!! We have been buying cinnabon for 8 years, the staff were nice and polite everywhere. This one should be fired right away, so that the reputation does not suffer

On Friday evening, we ran in to buy our favorite cinnabons, stood in a huge queue and bought a box with 6 cinnabons and 2 cold cocktails. When we got home, we decided to try what we took... and I'm completely disappointed.. Why should I pay a lot of money for stale cinnabons!? Our total check was about 47 rubles! It was impossible to figure them out... it seemed that they were 5 days old?! What is the attitude towards customers? I'm not buying sour cream in a store for 2 rubles (which will be fresh even then). This is the first time I have encountered such a situation and from now on I will not even log into this network anymore! Thank you for spoiling the evening and the mood!

if it were possible to give a score of 0, I would do it. Because the service is TERRIBLE. I had to ask for napkins to be put on myself. The cashier also asked me if I needed synabon devices with me, I said yes. I'm leaving Dana mall, I'm opening a synabon and there are no appliances!!!!!It's not the first time that they don't put napkins and appliances on me!!! The service is terrible.

The disappointment is complete. The cafe opens at 10:00. I come up at 10:10 in anticipation of my delicious favorite buns, and the cashier makes me happy that ALL the buns will be ready by 11 o'clock... And all the buns in the window are yesterday's... Let's put it this way, synabones are generally not cheap, even taking into account the promotion, and here they are also very expensive. And how long are these buns kept for the promotion? Buns are certainly top, but the service is so-so. It's not the first time I buy them in a pack of 2-4 pieces There are always 3-8 boxes with the same type of filling in the window (like 1 shokobon and 1 synnabon, or the same thing, but 2 each). When asked if there is a box with, say, 2 shokobones, they always say no, only what is on display. Of course, nothing like that is visible there. But at the same time there are 30 boxes with different rolls on the refrigerator!!!! A couple of times the girls deigned to dig into those boxes and find the number of buns I ordered. It pisses me off that I have to overpay for their laziness. Then who do you collect them for on the refrigerator? For better times or what ?

I bought two different large synabones. I was not impressed. The bun itself is firm, as if it had been in the window for a day. Whether this pleasure is worth the money is obviously not. However, I cannot say that the taste is terrible. Perhaps the fresh rolls are delicious + the fillings are not spared. After a failed purchase, you don't want to buy anything else there.

I used to buy constantly. I often bought synabones for shares. And I warm up with warmth . And today I 'm not happy with the purchase . My husband bought 2 glasses of cappuccino and 2 sinabons for the promotion, he asked to warm up. And in response, the cashier replied we are not warming up. Why? Why such an attitude towards us . I came up and asked again, we don't warm up on his own. What should we eat cold ? Not very pleasant. And even the forks were not given immediately , they are not attentive to customers .

They work like sleepy flies without mood, but I won't say that they are slow (although many people feel that they are slow, in fact, not everything is so simple, I understand). I often came across a fucked-up facial expression, but come on, that's half the trouble. When you ask to put ice cream topping to a sinabon, they punch it like some kind of ice cream at a higher price (and the mass, respectively, is greater), but put the mass that goes as topping and at a lower price. They are constantly trying to cheat for money in some way. Of course, I understand that it is necessary to somehow cover the disadvantages of the products that are coming, but you can't do that and it can fly in if you go where you need to

After waiting for the order, I took the girl's closed craft bag with my order (4 mini shoko -bons)(by paying in advance at 23.20). Unfortunately, I did not check the contents of the package, but in fact there was a small box with 2 buns in it (( I first encountered this in your bakeries. We really love the products of this brand, but today there was an unpleasant incident. We ordered a box of classic synabones from Europolis. The delivery took 2 hours and 50 minutes. The courier lied and said that he would arrive in 15 minutes, as a result, he was an hour after our call. And the courier couldn't use the intercom, so he had to pick up the order from the street. When unpacking the box, they realized that the order had not been prepared, since the production date was 10:52 a.m. on 01/25/20. But even here there are not all surprises, after trying the sinabon, we realized that it is stale, so that we understand, we take the sinabon at this point and they have always been suitable, but today. This angered me. I wrote a complaint, namely: misinformation of the user on the web resource that the order is being prepared, violation of the delivery time, product quality is not appropriate. And what do you think, after the complaint, the money was returned to the card in full. So this company is fooling its customers and this is a minus. Users of delivery resources, I ask you to buy these products personally, so as not to have such incidents.

The girls are in no hurry at all, they may forget to put something in the order, the buns are abundantly watered with topping so that not only the taste of baking is not felt, but the tray is all in this topping. As a result, after visiting the cafe, I had to clean my coat. In combination with not the cheapest prices, cafe employees could at least be more careful and friendly.
