Definitely one of the best places in the city. We had a great family time. The polite attitude of the waiters, impressed by the very interesting and unusual design, the atmospheric place. The biggest plus is the location in the heart of the city. As for the dishes, you can choose food for every taste, the menu is quite diverse. The chefs are coping with their task with a bang. In general, we had a delicious dinner and were very satisfied with everything. We will definitely come back more than once. Now one of my favorite places in the city.

I really love this place!
Delicious and varied food, khachapuri is generally the best in the city!The service is good, the staff is always friendly.The waiting time is a maximum of 10-15 minutes, at lunch (lunch menu) less than 3 minutes.The dishes are always warm, and everything is fine when I take them.
I love this place because of its location and atmosphere, the music just conquers my heart, it feels comfortable.

We ate very tasty! The food quality and service are excellent. Fast, tasty, good. I took a duck, my husband took beef cheeks. Everything is delicious. I liked the snacks, the sweet potato fries are very interesting. We arrived in Polotsk for 1 day, we were pleasantly surprised. We recommend the restaurant from the bottom of our hearts!

I've been there several times, the prices are higher than in other establishments in the city
I really like the place because of its location and the terrace and the delicious food (although they complain about it in the reviews, but somehow we were lucky and there were no problems)
But I will take off one star because of the service) you have to wait forever until they come to you and give you a menu, we already approached ourselves and took it, because we were tired of waiting, the button on the terrace apparently does not work at all or it is ignored
As for the service itself, it's not bad, but it's not good either
Most often, the waiters are busy with their business and they have no interest in the guests.

We were in this cafe together on Sunday evening. There were not a few people, but not many either. Pleasant New Year's Eve atmosphere, beautiful design. At the entrance to the establishment, they were escorted to a table and given a menu. I liked the idea of calling the waiter by the button and a local adjustable lamp on each table. The staff is very polite and smiling. The food was brought quickly enough, the quality and serving of the food is simply gorgeous. The key-button toilet is a bit out of the atmosphere, but the restroom itself is pleasant

Four for very unhurried service, a long wait for the menu, a long wait for the order, a long wait for the bill, the waiter's call button either does not work or does not respond to it.

It was our favorite place to visit together with my husband, without children. A pleasant atmosphere for a leisurely meal.
The kitchen was great, but, alas, something has changed. Probably the cook... After a pause, we visited the institution in the spring of 2024 and were disappointed. The steak from the bird is raw (after the treatment it was fried, it became dry), grilled vegetables float in oil - in general, it is not at all what it was. They stopped visiting the institution.

Among the advantages: the menu is varied, polite, though not fast service, lemonades, prices.
Cons: unfortunately, we liked almost all the dishes from the ordered ones.
Duck salad is incredibly buttered, the same problem with soup.
The products from the salad with beef did not inspire confidence, the corn was completely stale.
Perhaps there are dishes that the kitchen does better, but there is no desire to check.
A strange scheme with a toilet with a key-tablet.

A twofold impression of this institution… It seems to be modern, pleasant atmosphere, reasonable prices and delicious food. But on Monday evening, when there were only a couple of tables full, they waited for the order for more than 20 minutes. Dusty slopes near the table. A group of people were relaxing "next door" behind the curtains, who clearly did not care that they were not the only ones resting in the institution. Loud discussions of personal problems, karaoke on the phone and a desire to listen to his playlist for the whole - the waiter even turned on Stas Mikhailov at their request, although not only these people were in the institution. The staff should learn how to serve and please not only their friends, who even fall off the sofas in moments of fun.

Going to this restaurant couldn 't be worse ! Upon entering, you may not be surprised that they won't even pay attention to you, even speaking about the elementary greeting of a guest. They won't see you off either, as if you're on a quest, looking for a table, a place to leave your jacket and a menu. Waiters on phones with dissatisfied faces, the base of this institution . We ordered a salad that was filled to the point of impossibility with dressing , a steak, which in fact was just a piece of fat and lived. They did not eat it when the waiter asked to remove it from the account, his partner made the most displeased look and throughout the evening defiantly loudly discussed this situation. It 's sad that the institution has sunk to such a level .

If you want to get poisoned, then feel free to go to this institution! It used to be one of my favorite places . It 's not clear what 's been happening to the chefs lately . We ordered a salmon salad , it was filled with sauce to such an extent that it was more likely a salad sauce , but not otherwise . After the salad, we ended up in the hospital with poisoning . I strongly do not recommend this institution for the benefit of your own health! 👎🏽

The situation is also normal. There are nastier and much more expensive places. Here it is between 4 and 5, for the price level - 5, for positioning the place as a steakhouse - 4.

Unfortunately, my experience in this institution was not the most successful. The atmosphere was far from cozy: the tables and chairs looked neglected and needed cleaning. The service also left much to be desired, some tables were without the necessary accessories, such as salt shakers. I tried the salad, but it turned out to be very bland, with a minimum of oil and no salt at all, the tuna also had no taste, as if it had been frozen over. It was not possible to call the waiter on the button, no one came, I had to come up and ask for a salt shaker, which caused a strange reaction, the waiter was unhappy and as if she did not know where to find the salt shaker.

We decided to have breakfast before the road, especially since the cafe was literally in the hotel building. The menu doesn't sound bad. In fact, everything is very bad. English breakfast is in fact scrambled eggs with bacon, one half of a mushroom, one cherry tomato. The cost is 10 bel.r
Shakshuha - scrambled eggs with tomatoes, sprinkled with cheese. The frying pan is about 10 cm. There is no cheese in shakshuh. This is a dish of 2-3 eggs with lots of vegetables. I have lactose intolerance and I specifically looked through the menu and took this dish.
Dear chefs and owner, when you write a menu and set prices above average, the kitchen must match. Look at the pictures on the Internet, what shakshuha and English breakfast look like.
Waiting for breakfast for 40 minutes, you want to have breakfast, and not send food to the kitchen. Next time you forget to write nuts or mushrooms with the composition and someone will die from an acute allergic reaction, and the waiter will look and tell you that we always cook like this.
There was also no apology from the kitchen.
It's bad! Very bad.

According to the rating, it seemed to be good, in fact it was full, I stopped by a couple of times for dinner and what came of it:
1) There are not many items that are in the menu
2) We waited 40 minutes for hot (pasta), brought raw pasta, yes, it was raw. After the tasting, it was decided to send them to the chef for a sample, in response, even sorry, no one said, as if this happens every 5 minutes.
3) Ordered a pizza with red fish, waited about 2 hours in between, I was told that the chef didn't know how to cook it ultimately brought same revolting, which is not possible, as all that had not bake and add at the end, all of these ingredients put in the oven 🙄
In general, the conclusion is that if you come for a set lunch, then you can, but if you spend the evening, then I advise you to avoid this place, since the same picture has been for many years.

We were at the cafe at lunchtime. The husband ordered noodle soup and pasta with cheeks and mushrooms. I have coffee and eclair with mascarpone cheese. They asked me to bring everything at once. They brought my husband a cold and very salty soup, salt stuck in his throat and a slightly warm pasta with three small pieces of meat and three mushrooms. The coffee was fine, but the eclair was not edible. The dough is not clear what kind, but not custard, but protein cream with granulated sugar, which crunched on the teeth. There are no complaints about the service.

When ordering plateaus, beer was not served with one of the types of ingredients listed on the menu (grisinni sticks). We chose this restaurant for dinner as one of the promising places in Polotsk, but, alas, after the prices we forgot to improve the quality of food and service. Grill dishes, despite the declared method of cooking "grill", all had an inexpressive bland taste without a hint of a grill component. The dishes were all not hot, but just warm. This establishment does not know that sparkling wine is served chilled.
Most of the waiters are insane. On Saturday evening, the administrator was not at the institution, he had a day off. It's during rush hour.
As a result: if you are a gourmet and know a lot about good food, I do not recommend it.

To be honest, I haven't eaten such tasteless food for a long time. Before arriving, I studied all the establishments in Polotsk on Instagram and according to reviews here. And I have allocated 3 places for myself to visit. This was one of them. Unfortunately. I came here for a business lunch (served until 16). I ordered borscht and pancakes with meat. I wanted a national flavor and food that we could understand. The borscht was brought so overheated that I waited probably 20 minutes for it to cool down. The diaper to it was not the first freshness and warmed up, but as it cooled down, it became rubber. And the sour cream turned out to be at room temperature when served (but it should be stored in the refrigerator!). But the main disappointment is the pancakes. Well, we are, as it were, in Belarus, and this is almost the main national dish. But they were really disgusting: overcooked crust, meat with an incomprehensible taste and all this heated up. Which turned the draniki into a rubbery something. Honestly, I even refused to pay for them. I put 2 points (not 1) for the entourage of the institution (it is quite modern and with some chips in the interior, also a good presentation and nice dishes) and for agreeing to the non-payment of the dish I disliked. It's hard for me to imagine that there could be anything delicious here, although in some reviews people are happy. I definitely don't recommend it!

Cozy terrace. That's all. The staff talks to each other all the time, the food is just a nightmare. The "English breakfast" of eggs and bacon is filled with butter, but in general it is possible to eat.
Bruschetta with cream cheese, with dried tomatoes and grilled vegetables. Everything is acetic acidic, "grilled vegetables" are zucchini. Cream cheese was not found, apparently, the cook felt sorry for him. The bread is simply cut obliquely (see photo).
I highly recommend it. It's just bad.

It's a great place. Fast service. We ordered a beer set. It was brought in about 15 minutes later. Everything was very tasty. The serving size is such that we had enough to eat a hearty meal for two. The only thing is that the beer selection is very modest: about 10 light varieties and none dark. And so I recommend the institution.
