Ooo the best place to eat palov in Uzbekistan, i would say...
The food should be booked beforehand, at least 0.5 kg of rice (is for 4 people - costs 285 000 soums/kg).
But palov is really tasty here. And the staff is welcoming.

I recently visited the Chust Tea House in Tashkent, and was very pleased! The teahouse is located in a picturesque area, and the atmosphere here is indescribable. From the very entrance, you will be greeted by friendly staff who are ready to help with the selection of food and drinks.

A nice, cozy teahouse. The indoor garden creates a pleasant atmosphere. Delicious dishes: pilaf (of various types), beshmarmak. There is a parking lot, a car service station and a car wash nearby.
PS for guests from European countries: in the teahouse, the table (room) is ordered in advance, while the cooking time of the main dish is set.

Very tasty pilaf!!! Not a typical Tashkent one. Cozy rooms with slippers. The staff is very friendly. The table is served with fruits, drinks and - attention - jelly! And just bombically! In general, it's a great place!
