A magical place!!! A green well-groomed area. A great room, overlooking the sea, with a large balcony on the very first line of houses. Good nutrition is "no problem". Good animation, friendly staff, very good attitude towards children. There are three hotels on the territory, we went on slides, had fun. There is a large reef in the sea, with a wide variety of fish. Near the shore, before low tide in the morning, it is also deep enough and you can swim. My daughter got sick there, apparently the ice in Coca-Cola made her throat sore, there was a very good doctor at the hotel, Mohammed, quickly solved the problem of her throat and my naughty liver from sweets. That's where I want to go back!

I really liked the hotel. A large territory, a good selection of buffet food, a very beautiful and well-maintained area. Strong alcohol is not very good. But they also have slightly better alcohol on sale (not a lot of choice). Juices are powdered. It is good that you can walk around the territory of all three hotels of the chain, visit any swimming pools, canteens, events. Due to the large territory, there was a little lack of animation. There is music playing and activities around the pool. There is a sports ground. They're calling for volleyball. It is not clear who plays bocce and when. There is no music at all on the beach and there is no activity. There is an entrance to the sea from both the beach and the pontoon. There are many beautiful fish near the shore. It is better to buy aqua shoes to enter the sea. Almost all the staff speaks Russian. There are shops on site where you can buy everything you need (creams, souvenirs, balls, swimming equipment, sweets, soft drinks, including non-alcoholic beer). But the prices are much higher, especially for those goods that are in high demand. Before the trip, do not forget to bring mosquito repellent with you. Overall, I liked everything

Nice hotel. First of all, the territory is impressive, because there are 3 hotels of the chain on it, the territory is simply huge. You can use the entire territory, including bars and restaurants nearby.
The food is excellent! Seafood every day, crabs, langoustines every other day, mountains of mangoes and super delicious pastries.
The service is good, the staff is friendly.
The rooms are very spacious, but there are not many outlets, you need to be prepared for this. The room has all the amenities including a kettle and tea/coffee sets.
The beach is excellent, the sand is equal daily, the deck chairs are quite comfortable with thick mattresses.
A very long pontoon, when we were at the entrance to the sea, was closed almost every day before lunch due to the strong current.
The reef is not bad, it looks like a sheer wall going into the abyss))) deep.
The animation is very weak.

The hotel is gorgeous.We went with a company of 12 people.The animation is super, only for those who like to dance there will not be enough dancing.Children like the mini disco held by animators 1-2. There is water polo, volleyball, aqua aerobics,darts and yoga.
1 large swimming pool and 1 small, small type of paddling pool (it is heated). The large pool is cold,

A good hotel for a family relaxing holiday.
The territory itself consists of 3 hotels, one of them has a water park.
The territory is huge, there is a place to walk, from the most extreme hotel to the sea in 7 minutes on foot.
The beach is clean and long. The sea is knee-deep in the coastal zone, waist-deep at high tide. A lot of people were looking at the fish right on the shore in masks.
In January, the sea is cool, especially if the winds are blowing.
There is a beautiful view of the reef from the pontoon, and there is a rope that you can hold onto to keep from being blown away.
There are many pools, but almost all are not heated, even in the water park. Children's only.
An employee of the spa center goes to the pools, offers services, the massage is terrible, but it costs $ 40 for 1, I do not recommend it.
The food is decent, the meat is very tasty, there is always beef, chicken, duck, turkey, kebabs, shish kebab.
There were also seafood: crabs, shrimps, fish, octopus.
There were enough fruits: apples, grapes, persimmons, oranges, melons, pomegranates, dates.
Desserts are simply space, for every taste and color.
There are minimarkets on site and all sorts of shops with small items.
They also sell hookahs, $5.
They do not accept old dollars and there is a constant problem with the exchange, this must be borne in mind.
What disappointed me was the New Year's program, which you have to pay for.
In fact, all the hotel's visitors are gathered in one tent and a buffet is served. It differs from regular meals, but the queues are kilometers long.
To take something for yourself, you need to stand in huge streams of people. It's not thought out (spoils the whole New Year's Eve mood.
By the way, the hotel is aimed at Italians, Germans, and there were a few Russians.
I liked the hotel, especially for those who will be very comfortable with children.

Visited in October 2024. The hotel is good. our room was overlooking the sea and in good condition.
The food is varied. I will say separately about delicious tomatoes, parsley and dill and fish of all kinds. But in general, as in all hotels of this type: the breakfasts are the same. the lunches and dinners are good. there are a lot of sweets and pastries.
The beach is nice. the entrance to the reef is from the pier. At this time, the entrance to the corals was closed from morning until lunch. but you could swim near the shore (there is a small area where you can also watch fish and it is convenient for children).
Alcohol is so typical. I was surprised by the presence of dry white wine only in the central restaurant and only at lunch and dinner. They didn't pour it in any bar anymore.
I recommend ala-kart restaurants. We were in Lebanese and fish. it was delicious and pleasant in both. so it's worth a visit.
In this hotel, it is very important what time of year to go, because due to strong winds, access to the corals may be blocked.

We ordered from them, as a result, the representative did not come to the scheduled meeting, and we were already flying away, we had to look for their phone, as a result, they dropped us a link on the Internet to the photos we had previously selected. Then it turns out that the photos are not the best way to print on a large format. When asked to provide the source code of the photo in a non-compressed form, Rico spent a month and a half, this photographer was the owner, he fed promises, but he never fulfilled them because they were already lost at that time. And it was also not possible to do the promised retouching based on our comments. In short, nerves, unfulfilled hopes, and manual control from the other hemisphere) It's understandable that when you give the money, you become uninterested, but when it happens in a hotel like this, the hotel probably needs to pay attention to it, otherwise reputational risks will start to come true.

I expected more from 5*. There is something to compare it with, so I am writing so that those who are going here know what to expect:
ADVANTAGES
1) beautiful large well-maintained territory (unites all 3 Charmillion hotels): the pools are large, everywhere is very beautiful.
2) a good varied diet. Several times there were crabs (small size), grilled shrimps with different sauces, and several types of fish on the buffet. There is a lot of meat, it is acceptable and delicious, the children also always had something to choose from. Desserts are normal.
3) proximity to the airport: 10 minutes - at the same time, planes do not interfere with noise
4) reef and underwater world: take masks, it is incomparably beautiful, lots of fish, corals.
5) a large cool water park on the territory of the Charmillion Aquapark hotel - you can visit it for a small fee.
6) we visited a Lebanese cuisine restaurant (included in the package) - I really liked it. The service and staff are great.
minuses
1) old rooms, far from modern styles. The wooden doors are scuffed, the shower has mold, there is no curtain in the shower - all the water is pouring onto the floor.
2) Cleaning for luck: depends on the building/ floor. They cleaned us well, even made figures out of different towels - the children liked it)) But in other buildings, they complained about dirty floors/tables that were not wiped.
3) COLD pools!!! It's a pain to the core, because the children hardly ever bathed. We had a vacation in January - the sea is icy. But the fact that even children's pools are not heated was an unpleasant surprise. The tan was a success at least :)) It's sunny and warm, but not hot.
4) Animation is weak. The children (3 and 10 years old) were bored. The children's playrooms are dirty, dusty, and children are not involved in any way in terms of games. Here's a pencil, a sheet - draw it. The evening mini-disco is also a failure. The songs seem to be all well-known, but I didn't like the organization and holding, and 5-6 people participated at most.
5) access to the sea along the pier (for adults). There's a lot of depth from the pier right away. Children can't swim much - there's a coral reef off the shore, it's inconvenient to enter (treacherous bottom).
6) there is a club nearby from the Rixos hotel - you can hear their music very late into the night. We lived in the 6th building, everything is ok. But there are buildings right next to it - there will be no sleep there.
7) they don't know how to make cocktails, alcohol is only local. Only beer is decent.
8) Ice cream $ 2, strawberries $ 3, fresh.juices are $2. The package does not include.

We rested at Charmillion club resort 5* from 1.07 to 07/9/2024. The hotel deserves 4, but not 5 stars. Pros: very beautiful and well-maintained territory, friendly staff, almost everyone speaks Russian, clean beach. The entrance to the sea is normal for Egypt, but be sure to take protective shoes. The on-site store sells aquasocks for $5. There is a pontoon for those who swim well. There are fish both near the shore and from the pontoon. Masks can also be bought here. For an additional fee, you will be settled quickly, you can choose a room with a view, but the most expensive rooms are far from the main building, where the restaurant is located.Any issues that arise are resolved quickly. Otherwise, there are nuances: the food is delicious, but there is no variety. In 8 days, there were minor changes in the menu: once we managed to see several shrimps in the plate of those who came first, the rest got small empty shells and claws of small crabs. Dates were only for breakfast several times, small, watermelon -2 times, peaches and plums are hard, not ripe, melon is orange, tasteless, bananas were unripe, oranges and apples are delicious. Grapes in bulk. Due to the fact that large groups of vacationers from neighboring hotels (sea life, garden) often came to our restaurant, sometimes there were problems with the availability of seats for dinner. The ice cream is paid, it was free twice, but it doesn't really look like ice cream. The desserts are all monotonous, but delicious. There was no food on the beach, only drinks. It is impossible to drink free wine from alcohol. The beer is normal (according to reviews), the tequila is dark, locally produced. We advise you to bring decent alcohol with you (if necessary). There was something similar to an entertainment program in the neighboring hotel, we had a dance with skirts from a local artist. The hotel offers a variety of leisure activities, from spa to excursions. We took an excursion to Soho for the sake of interest, to see the city. We paid $50 for two, but we regretted it. You can take a taxi in 5 minutes and watch a modest fountain show))))). We strongly recommend that you bring medicines for abdominal disorders with you. You may be lucky, but it definitely won't be superfluous. Complaints from our compatriots were by no means rare. We are no exception either. Perhaps for an inexperienced tourist, this hotel will be a great place to relax, but there is something to compare it with. If you refine the small comments, then it is quite possible to claim 5 *. We were in a 5-star hotel - I liked the area, the rooms are good (there is little light). I put 4 - the staff is not very responsive and attentive. The bar has wine for $ 15, they want to sell it for $ 20. The waiter will leave for drinks and disappear into the restaurant. Beer = water.
Next: who is interested in DIVING and yachting: a representative of the Gold Star club is on site. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I took one dive first and it's good that one. We took a yacht trip from them. Diving: we were taken to the nearby Baron hotel and instead of the ship (as agreed) - diving from the pantone at the hotel. The computer was not given, the pressure gauge turned out to be faulty, there was not even water, moreover, the 1st dive of the diver girl could not dive to the depth, and I, in fact. I didn't swim. They promised a separate dive - then canceled. YACHT TRIP: we took the bus for the whole day. It was our birthday and we took the wine with us. It turns out that it is impossible (they did not warn in advance). They took it away before returning.
THE HOTEL is nice and the reef is beautiful. Panton is also convenient - a wooden bridge.
I want to add: in July, the family went to Pickalbatros Palace Resort Sharm El Sheikh (Ex. Cyrene Grand) 5* - it is nearby - here is the best staff and therefore it is 5+++, and I can give Charmillion only 3.7 points because of the staff and drinks.

Lovely hotel, good service. The huge territory on which 3 hotels are located. Charmillion Club, Charmillion Sea Life, and Charmillion Garden Aqua Park. Very beautiful territory, lots of greenery, its own beach with a pantone, but near sia life there is a small and beautiful lagoon where you can safely and easily enter the sea. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive from the Airport. It takes 25 minutes by taxi to the old town, you can risk walking to Nabha, we reached it in 30 minutes. If I still have a chance to fly to Sharm el Sheikh, my choice will fall on this hotel again

A large hotel comp. From 3 different locations (hotels). You can walk and use everywhere (except some restaurants).There is a large paid Water Park. Excellent rooms (although not everything always works in them). Good cuisine. But if you like to swim in the sea, the hotel is not for you. There is a very long pier and a limited place for deep-sea swimming. We were in the windy season. The waves were significant and it was difficult for children to swim from the pier. The bottom is not visible, because of this it is not very interesting to swim only along the corals. From the beach, the sea to the depth of comp. Max 0.5-1.5 meters. The bottom is rocky and it is difficult to move without "coral" shoes. Everything is fine, but the beach is on the 3rd.

The room, even for an additional fee at the reception, is magnificent. Cleanliness in the room and throughout the territory.
The sea is gorgeous, the reef is amazing and it's worth a look!!!I was pleased with the food, a lot of vegetables, a barbecue every evening. There are additional restaurants. The staff is polite, 95% can speak Russian. There are two more hotels of this chain on this territory, which are free to enter, and with club resort bracelets you can visit their restaurants.

The room was great by location, near the pool, just between the beach and the restaurant. Very clean, perfectly cleaned, Otherwise, as in all hotels, the facilities are optimal, considering that we were in the room only after lunch to take a nap and sleep at night. We spent the rest of our time at sea. The cuisine is varied, all the restaurants that were on site were visited, although there were only two to choose from (it really depends on tips and on a good relationship with the staff themselves) But this is also the case in Russia, thank people more often and they will do everything for you. Who goes to watch the animators, I agree, there are a minimum of them, mostly during the day by the pool. But we didn't really care about that either. The most important thing is the sea, the beach, the attitude of the hotel staff to the guests. This is my purely personal opinion, if you just want to relax on the beach, have a delicious and satisfying meal, choose this hotel and do not look for flaws in the house where the door was opened to you🙂

Everything is fine with nutrition, too.
There is no walking area and shops outside the territory, so it is better to go shopping by taxi. The prices are affordable through the app.
The beach is like everywhere else in Egypt, the coast is knee-deep, the reef is only from a pontoon. We were a little unlucky with the weather, strong winds all week, the pontoon is closed. But these are small things.

Beautifully maintained territory, polite and open to dialogue staff, delicious and varied food. It is in this hotel that it is quiet and peaceful, other hotels are located nearby - there was often a traffic jam, we did not need it.
This is a family hotel, but couples and friends also relax.

Among the advantages: large rooms, four of us had a rest, the children (4 years old and 11 years old) had a separate small room, each had its own bed. The food is also very decent: both local and European cuisine, they bake buns, bread, tortillas, even pizza right in front of you, there are fish and seafood on the menu (mussels, shrimp have been), and meat (beef, chicken), cooked in a variety of ways. For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, an omelet, scramble, or just scrambled eggs are prepared on request with different fillings. There are porridges. In general, the menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner: salads, vegetables, cakes, cakes, oriental sweets, fruits were not very rich (grapes, oranges, watermelon, melon, dates), but we had enough. Dates, watermelons, by the way, are very tasty. The hotel provides the opportunity to use the A la carte system for free. We had 4 trips, used only 2: we chose restorns of Iranian and French cuisine (there seem to be 5 restaurants in total on the territory). Our first trip to Egypt. Everything is amazing.A huge territory, lots of greenery, flowers. Several pools, a private beach with a pantone. There is a rope stretched along the reef, the current is strong, it is possible to hold on to it. The depth near the reef is 20 meters. All the kids were swimming near the shore. There are a lot of fish and they are gorgeous. There is sand, there are a lot of sun beds. Towels are provided. Animators entertain, have fun.
Food: the choice of dishes is huge. Fish, chicken, lamb (fried, steamed and cooked on coals). Vegetables, fruits. Desserts, ice cream. You will definitely not stay hungry. The chefs are awesome, healthy men who know their job, see everything, offer dishes and smile. The pros.
About the room:TV, air conditioning, small refrigerator,safe. A teapot (tea bags, coffee and sugar were placed constantly).Bottled water was supplied regularly.
