Pros: Clean. Comfortably. High ceilings. Few people. A quiet area.
Cons: We stopped by in early October - it's cold. There is no curtain on the bathroom, no hygienic shower. There is one outlet in the room. At the reception, the girl does not understand Russian well and does not speak English. Misunderstandings arise. We waited an hour for check-in, the administrator could not confirm the reservation at the booking. There is no cash change, we waited 2 days for the change. In the evening, the door to the territory closes, but the bell does not work, we could not get to the hotel for half an hour, we stood in the rain. A local SIM card was found well - they called the administrator, only after that they got to the hotel Breakfast from 8 to 10, but in fact breakfast is not ready until 9, and after 10 they no longer feed. On the 1st day, breakfast was not ready at 9, they said that they would call for breakfast. On the 2nd day, an invitation was waiting in the room, they did not wait and came up after 10, but it was too late. The girl rudely refused, says we are to blame, so we moved out.
Subjectively: families with children stay here, it doesn't matter to whom, it doesn't matter to us. The mattresses are wrapped in plastic wrap - I don't like it.
Nice guest house- large rooms with high ceilings, excellent plumbing, clean. The shared kitchen is large, equipped with everything you need. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool (in the warmer months), a swing. Metro, shops, park are nearby.the area is nice and quiet.at the same time - in the city center.
It was very cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, they helped with orientation around the city, suggested how to get around the local tricks of taxi drivers, also suggested where and how to install cameras on the roads so as not to pay fines. They were very kind.thanks to Daniyar
It's just a hostel, with a shared bathroom on the floor. As soon as they came in, they immediately forced them to take off their shoes, gave them one-time slippers, if they did not fit, go everywhere barefoot. There's dirt everywhere!Considering the unsanitary conditions, they did not have breakfast. The staff needs to learn how to serve and be polite. We planned to stay for three days, but we moved out on the first day.To say that we were disappointed, to put it mildly, is to say nothing.
On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed linen was clean
Of the minuses, this is not a hotel, this is a hostel, a shower and a toilet combined and one for the whole floor, there were no detergents in the bathroom, the nearest store is very far away, there are no cafes nearby and generally in a dead end and there are construction sites and knocks all night
In general, I did not like it at all
I fell for the reviews. There are solid disadvantages. I often visit Tashkent, but I don't set foot in this hotel anymore. The bathroom is terrible. The staff sleeps on the move.
A great option, the city center, central park on foot is all new, the staff will help with all questions. Price/quality compliance

Excellent staff.
As far as I understand, Indians live in the hotel on a permanent basis with all the ensuing "amenities" from such neighbors. The owners protect and control as much as they can, but with a claim to comfort, it is better not to go here

The bathroom is not clean, the toilet is a mess, no toilet paper, no paste, no brush, no gel, no shampoo, not even a towel, I do not advise it is very dirty
