We are currently enjoying our wonderful stay at Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai, and we are truly impressed by the high level of service, excellent facilities, and warm atmosphere this hotel provides.
Service and Hospitality
From the very first day, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we need, yet they remain discreet and professional. Any requests are handled quickly and efficiently, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.
Rooms
Our room is spacious, clean, and ideal for a family with children. The housekeeping is excellent, keeping everything spotless without being intrusive. Even though we don’t have a sea view, it doesn’t matter because we spend most of our time enjoying the hotel's amazing amenities and outdoor activities.
Dining
One of the biggest highlights of our stay is the food experience. The variety is impressive – from delicious seafood and international cuisine to simple and tasty meals perfect for kids. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, and we truly appreciate the attention to quality and choice.

A very decent all-inclusive hotel in Dubai. Perfect for families with children. The area is rich in entertainment, beautiful lobby, polite staff, decent food, private beach, daily cleaning. All these are advantages.
Among the disadvantages, I would like to note the high price for all additional services of the hotel, some distance from the city, which makes it impossible to get there without a taxi. I will also take it to the cons that you need to request a toothbrush with paste every time you call the reception. At the same time, there is so little toothpaste that this operation has to be repeated every other day. There is also a high price for drinks if you are not on an all-inclusive holiday, full board or half board. (For example, juice, a can of cola cost about 20 dirhams - 450 rubles for our money).
Overall, the experience is pleasant. It was the end of September and the beginning of October quite comfortable. It's hot in the afternoon. The sea is, of course, very warm. The rooms are perfectly cooled and maintain the right temperature without blowing from anywhere, so it's not even noticeable that it's +35 outside. I recommend it!

We arrived on 08.03. Everything is clean, everything is in the room!!!! The staff is friendly, neat, and beautifully dressed! Cleanliness is everywhere! Swimming pools, even the beautiful Vilna construction site from the room. but! Who is used to the service, keep in mind! You will have huge queues at the entrance to the restaurant (dining room)! They let you in based on the availability of tables! I went in, there were 4 empty tables, I sat down indoors first and then I saw a table on the street, it was free, I moved with the children to this table, put my things down and put a plate of food. I went to get some juice, I come back, and they're already shouting at me, like our table, the waiter comes running, then the manager with the aggressive face that's busy here. I tell you how busy it is, there were three empty tables, how do I know what is occupied if there is no reserve and it is completely empty. As a result, aggression is directed at me. It turned out that if the waiter brought you to a certain table, then you can only sit at that table. This, of course, puzzled me! The next thing that shocked me was the morning of 09.03. At 7-8 a.m., my husband and I always swim, went out, went to the pool and put my things in an empty gazebo with sun loungers, and again the shock! They started kicking me out, meaning I can't go to bed and sit on a chaise longue until I get towels!!!! It is necessary to stand in the cosmic queue for Towels! This is also the first time I've seen this!!! And only then can I lie down! What is this anyway? What a vacation with some restrictions! This is my seventh time in the Emirates! I stayed in different hotels! Of course, I haven't seen this in the top five! A huge minus! It's just that because of some little things they start to spoil the mood! And yet, they take a tax upon check-in. Usually in fives is a deposit that you then spend or pay for a mini bar. The mini bar is empty here. So keep in mind, you won't see compliments on a holiday here!!!!! You can only swim from 8 a.m.! Rest with restrictions!

I liked the hotel , the room was good , although there was a view of the construction site . The staff is excellent, polite. In restaurants, the food is fresh and delicious, Wi-Fi catches. It's hot outside, the water is unrealistically warm, but dirty. There is a lot of entertainment for children. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone. Overall, I liked it, but I won't go to Dubai a second time. There is a construction site and sand all around. It is very convenient that it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the airport, it is close. We had a vacation with our family in November 2024. The perfect time to relax. The sea is warm, the pools are cool. At the reception, a special thanks to the Beer employee explained and showed everything!!! There is a tourist tax in this country. Which was paid for at the hotel. 15 dirhams per night. 7 nights came out 105 dirhams. They are irrevocable. These are the rules. On the food bill, I recommend a buffet with Russian-speaking staff and very polite! on the 8th floor of Sheesh and the 1st floor of Suan Bua. I do not recommend the Sands restaurant since there are no Russian-speaking employees and our order was explained differently by 1 waiter and then he got tired, did not even try to talk to the translator and left altogether and did not even try to explain properly by sending it to another. Another waiter explained everything in a completely different way with an interpreter. But I brought it as the first waiter said. In general, they are reluctant to explain and do their job. As I understand it, knowledge of the language is mandatory and because of this misunderstanding and unwillingness of employees to do their job. The first day we were nervous about this incident at Sands. But then everything became fine after visiting Sheesh and Suan Bua. They hold events and there are games for children. Everyone is polite and tidy. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!! Of the wishes, I want to make a free transfer every hour to the city! Not 1 time. It's paid per day. And at the entrance there are their own taxis with the maximum business class rate. The same as Yandex business class taxi.

Great hotel. The rooms are modest, no frills. Refrigerator and safe, shower cabin and toilet with hygienic shower. Everything works. There is a TV. But when to watch it??? The hotel is clean. They wash and rub something all the time. It's the same on the territory. Especially in the evening. Everything is put in order after the tourists.
The elevators on the room map go only to your floor or the 8th floor where the restaurant is located. Lobby and granite floors without a map. Upon arrival, they give you a ribbon on your hand. There are waiting and rest rooms for incoming and outgoing tourists.
The food is on the level. From the children's menu to spicy Asian cuisine. There is alcohol. It is necessary to take everything included. Otherwise it is very expensive. After 1800, everyone is asked to leave the sea. Evening entertainment bar, disco, restaurant on site. For children, cartoons on the big screen on the beach. In English, of course. The atmosphere is very calm. A lot of security staff. Bodyguards are everywhere at all attractions.
Dubai Airport is 20 minutes away. When leaving, do not remove the ribbon from your hand. All employees are positive and smiling. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. The hotel is designed for family holidays with children.
Of the interesting features, planes fly almost over the hotel. It's kind of fun to sit in the water and see off the planes. The noise from the planes in the room is almost inaudible. Only if you open the door to the balcony.

I really liked it, good rooms, good food. There are a lot of entertainment for children: slides, pools, a climbing wall, jumping towers, a lazy river, free ice cream. There is only 1 big minus, a lot of all kinds of marine life, when I swam in a mask I saw a stingray, a lot of jellyfish that sting (I still have a burn), the water is not very clean, there are a lot of rocks and algae at the bottom. As it is, everything is fine.

I didn't really like the hotel. Vacation in November 2024.
Pros:
great spacious room with sea view. (It's better not to take it without a view, you'll look at the construction site)
The food is good for adults, and the children's table too, the 4-year-old child always found something to eat. Everything is delicious.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of January. The hotel is located near the DXB airport and from the center of Dubai. There are only construction sites around the hotel, you can only leave by taxi. There are no shops, cafes, or anything within walking distance of the hotel. Outwardly, the hotel is not bad, there are no Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they are not very friendly. A non-refundable tourist fee was charged upon check-in. We settled in quickly, the room was on the 8th floor. In principle, the room had everything necessary for hygiene (dental and shaving kits must be requested separately). The room cleaning is good. The hotel's territory is large, there are many pools (not all are heated), and there are lifeguards at each pool.The beach line is great, there are a lot of sun beds, children's entertainment on the beach was not all working (apparently out of season).
I liked the rope park, but I need to make an appointment in advance where beach towels are provided.
Considering that the hotel has no food, breakfast or half board will not be enough. The food is not very diverse. Prices in restaurants on the territory of the hotel are quite high (the price of 1 dish is around 2000 rubles, and not particularly tasty).
We took guided tours.
I do not advise changing the money at the reception, the course is not profitable.
There was a children's animation (in English) in the evening, not every day, it was boring.
Not far from the hotel (7-10 minutes by taxi), there is a fish market where you can buy and immediately cook selected fish delicacies, I liked it)!
bottom line: the hotel itself is not bad, but there are more interesting and profitable options for the price and location

I really liked it, I was with 3 children, the youngest is 2 years old. Everything is thought out for kids, shade, pools, fountains, food. They paid extra for the sea view at the reception. We got to the city by taxi. The taxi was called through the app, there was no other way. I read in the reviews that you can use Yandex. Taxi, you can. But more expensive. The food is great. In the main restaurant downstairs, we only had breakfast, lunch and dinner at sands. We've been to the Argentinean grill twice more, it's also very tasty. We are currently staying at the hotel on 27.7.2024. Everything is fine! The hotel is excellent in everything, if you do not look for disadvantages! The beach is 250 meters from the hotel, the sea is warm and clean. The beach is sandy. There are a lot of sun beds, there are enough for everyone. The conder works well in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The room is cozy with smart TV, large beds, iron, refrigerator, sea view! the sockets are Arabic, but we were given an adapter. The food is varied: fruits, meat, beef, chicken, fish, sweets and much more (you will not go hungry) . on the 8th floor there is a restaurant with Libyan cuisine overlooking the sea.
It's cool for children in general - pools with slides, with fantanes, you can ride in circles around the pools. 2 adult pools!
In general, if you do not look for disadvantages (and there are practically none) then you will enjoy your stay at this hotel! The heat in July is up to 40 degrees in the afternoon, but if you are at the hotel and swim in the pool, then the heat is not particularly felt, and in the morning and evening you can go to the sea!

We were in this hotel, the hotel is decent and very nice, in the evenings there is a kids' club with an entertainment program, a movie at the sea ( in English ), the food is very tasty ( despite the small incident ). One disadvantage: the pool for kids is very, very cold! The staff is understanding, we played with bottles (we put them against the wall making our own wall), they did not throw them away, they carefully collected the toys, asked my sister for a comb through an interpreter, they always greeted and chatted). The main thing! A great hotel with its own beach, but on the outskirts. Go out for a walk only on your own territory. But Dubai Mall is 20 minutes away by taxi, 10 minutes to the airport. Hi everybody. I come to the UAE for the second time and stay at this hotel with great pleasure. I like it for its "non-pretentious" nature, people from all over the world, Russians, French, Italians, and "locals" from the Persian Gulf countries, relax here. This is a hotel for a family vacation with children, but I travel for business and I really like it here, and it is very comfortable for several reasons. The first reason is just good, intuitively, according to Feng Shui, all the elements are in some right ratio, the sea (water), the sky (air), the sun (fire) and the place itself (earth). Away from a large crowd of people, but in transport distance from Dubai life (shopping, excursions and various attractions here). Plus the food: very tasty and combinatorial, like in that movie about what's important. And Thai for you, and Halal, and global, and European, and even a little Russian, if you want. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and were very satisfied.
We flew to Dubai for the first time + with a small child)
1. We chose the hotel a few months before the trip. The child is 2.9 liters, so all the most important points and reviews have been studied.
2. The travel agency only took accommodation. Thanks to the video review, we learned that it is more profitable not to take half board.
3. The room was spacious, there was no mini-bar. Room service is chargeable, even with an all-inclusive system.
Daily cleaning, 1-2 bottles of water.
4. Planes are really flying over the hotel, and something very big is being built nearby)
BUT everything is fine with the sound insulation in the room, especially if you close the balcony doors.
During the entire vacation, flying planes did not cause any inconvenience, the sound of construction in the room overlooking the sea is not audible.
5. The food is varied and delicious. Considering the fact that Centara is a chain of Thai hotels, it is surprising to read outrage about the presence of Asian dishes😊
Every day there were meat dishes, salads, side dishes.
There is also a restaurant by the pools where you can order pizza, meat dishes, including those cooked on coals.
The restaurant on the 8th floor is very picturesque.
5. The territory and the beach are ideal for families with children😍
The entrance to the sea is soft and transparent.
Several pools (one heated), slides, a river, animation, a children's playground, a children's pool inside the river is just a favorite place for children, but in November it's fresh in the shade, sometimes it's cool, so the main location is the sea
6. The hotel staff is as friendly as possible 🌷 There has never been any negative impression.
One of the possible disadvantages is the remoteness of the hotel from the center and the lack of shops across the street.
In 15 minutes by taxi there is a shopping center with a huge hypermarket.

Beach: towels are given out right on the beach by cards, there were always enough sun beds. There are two bars. Everyone gives you as much as you want, they just ask for the room number. Smooth entrance to the sea. Sand with small shells.
Animation every day - water aerobics, shows for children - magic tricks, acrobats, fire. Mini disco for kids in the children's room. Volleyball on the beach.
A children's club with a console, playing with children, drawing, doing crafts. The limit is 3 hours per day.
On the territory there is a water park for children up to 140 cm and a lazy river, various family pools and 16+
