I stayed this hostel for several days. To be honest, it's the best solo hotel ever! The all facilities such as kitchen, toilet and bathroom are highly hygienic, nothing complain. At the entrance, you should take off your shoes so that rooms keep clean, only slippers are allowed. Besides, workers were considerable, always payed attention for all guests. I'm a foreigner but there're no difficulties😊greatly recommended hostel for women as well!

I stayed at the hotel on 14.10.2024. Very convenient location, in the very center of Astana. I am pleasantly surprised by such an unusual environment and perfect cleanliness. A large kitchen - living room, there is everything you need, a lounge for relaxation. Everything is clean and beautiful! Special thanks to the receptionists at the reception, charming Sania is always in a great mood, explained and told everything, showed the rooms, advised where to go for dinner, always helps with everything. An equally pleasant young man, Daniel, friendly, responsive, will advise and help, called us a taxi, well done! Only pleasant memories of the hotel and the staff, I recommend it to everyone!

A great capsule hotel right in the city center. I booked a Deluxe with my own shower in the room, the hotel is clean, a cozy kitchen and a place to relax.
There are nuances, but if you read the reviews, you will be prepared for the fact that the rooms are not large, they are capsule-type and very compact.
Good service and very helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the administrator MEIIRZHAN SOVETOV, who helped at any time, told me which places are better to visit.

Well, judging by the reviews, this hotel is a lottery and you never know what you're getting. After living for 4 days in a Deluxe room, I realized that renting the cheapest apartment in Astana for the same money would be much more profitable and that's why :
-The TV is not working
-The safe is not working
- It was cold in the room, the maximum that could be offered was another blanket, it felt like 18 degrees
- The shower head was splashing water in different directions
-Shower with an area of 1 sq.m with an uncovered toilet, when bathing, you have to take out everything that can get wet from the shower, including towels and toilet paper
-Cleaning every three days (in our case it was on the 4th day of stay)
- Garbage collection should be carried out every day, but until we asked for it ourselves, no one came to us
- Half of the lighting just didn't work
-There is a constant smell of noodles from the ventilation (as we were told - it's just noodles under us, there's nothing to do)
It can be seen that the idea was cool, but it looks like this hotel was scored financially, and this also affected the staff. As a result, I do not recommend it

I want to start by saying that 1 star is a stretch for this "hotel".
The young man and I came to Astana for the first time for a few days, decided to stay at this hotel.
Immediately after checking into the room (we had our own shower and toilet), I was only confused by the size of the room. The room is literally microscopic! If you live together, then you just won't be able to stand in this room together. All 3 days we had a strong feeling that we were living in a compartment on the train.
Also, for me, a huge disadvantage was that there is also no window in this pantry, respectively, you are not allowed any fresh air. I'm not claustrophobic, but even I was as uncomfortable as possible in this room.
I can't help but mention a separate toilet with a shower. The toilet takes up almost the entire space of the "bathroom", and every time I took a shower, I banged my elbow on the sink or my knee on the toilet (despite the fact that I am 160 cm tall and of small build).
The next day, another joke appeared - very strongly from the hood began to stink of instant noodles. At first we thought maybe someone was eating, it's okay, but the smell didn't go away for a second for 3 days. A couple of hours later, I went to the reception and told about the wonderful aromas in our room, which gave me a very bad headache and made me feel sick. To which they replied, "Yes, we always smell like that, because it's noodle downstairs! Well, you're not sitting in the room, go for a walk, and everything will be fine with you!". Thanks for the unsolicited advice.
Oh, I completely forgot to describe the fact that half of the functions in the room do not work. Of the 5 light sources, only 3 were working; the TV and the safe were not working. A lot of things were held together by snot.
I'm very picky about cleanliness and I may not be objective, but when I saw someone else's tuft of hair on clean bed linen, which was supposedly just made, I felt sick.
Well, the final touch was that we were literally evicted a day earlier (I was incredibly happy about it, to be honest). In the morning, on the third day, our bathroom drain just stopped working. We went to the reception, the girl called the man who was supposed to solve this issue, he turned out to be an electrician for some reason. Strangely, he couldn't help.. The receptionist started calling the plumber, it seemed like he was supposed to arrive during the day, so we were going for a walk. Right before leaving the hotel, the administrator announces to us that they have called a plumber (they do not have full-time craftsmen - except an electrician for all hands) and we now owe them 10,000 tenge, and in general we are the first to have this happen in 4 years of operation of this hotel. It took us a very long time to figure out who was right and who was to blame, and in the end we were given the choice "either pay the money or we evict you." We didn't think long, packed up quickly and left this hotel. To be honest, it even became easier for me to breathe.
My score is 0.5/5. I would never go back there, I didn't like the cleanliness, the atmosphere, or the room, and I'm not talking about the attitude of the staff at all.
The very idea of the hotel is very interesting, and the execution was probably cool only 4 years ago when it opened. Now there is a persistent feeling that money is being siphoned out of the hotel, but they do not want to invest.
Well, the only advantage is probably the location.
I won't make such mistakes anymore, it's better to overpay, but sleep in comfort and without the strong smell of noodles, which I won't eat for a long time now..

I came to the 30STM concert in October of the 24th year, booked this place, and messed up something there, abandoned the place in the men's room. But the charismatic and smiling guy at the reception fixed everything, solved it and helped!
I also met a lovely Kazakh girl and went to a concert together))))
Also, the same guy at the reception broke up where to go, where to eat!
The capsules are comfortable, the rooms are clean, there is Wi-Fi, it smells nice!

Not bad, although these capsules still need to be finalized, I mean the basic 6000 tenge, which, at first, were settled in a sector where it was very hot, later they were moved to normal conditions where it was cool, and then the temperature was automatic and rose then 28 then 29, I thought I would cook. I liked everything. Polite staff. Clean rooms, bathroom and toilet. In the city center, near Bayterek. It is ideal for trips with a transfer in Astana for a day, for example. There are good cafes nearby for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

A good location in the city center. Clean, pretty. There are separate capsule rooms with bathrooms and showers. The cost is an adequate calculation per day. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are comfortable sofas for relaxing. There are a lot of washbasins and toilets, enough for all the guests. The only disadvantage is the steep stairs, it is difficult to climb to the second floor with luggage.

Among the advantages: interesting interior, good location, reasonable price.
On the downside: it was stuffy in my room, and I didn't get much sleep because of it. It was possible to make the outdoor air conditioner more powerful, but then I wouldn't get enough sleep because of the noise.
I've been here like in a museum. There are a lot of impressions.

We took a double room “Delux” with my husband on July 26-27. As soon as we entered the room, there was a noise from the communal ventilation, the girl from the reception said she would call the technician to fix it. Later it will be found out that he will come only the next day at 10.00. I couldn't sleep all night because of this noise, I couldn't stand it, I went back to the reception, they couldn't change the room to another one, they offered an ordinary double room (where there is no shower or toilet). I refused (why should we sleep in a cheaper room and deny ourselves a private toilet and shower because of their lack of organization?)As a result, I was able to fall asleep only at 6 o'clock in the morning, having slept for a total of 3 hours in total (because I need to go on business), Having written to the administrator of this hotel about this noise, I received only "sorry for the inconvenience" in response. The technician did not come at 10.00, only at 13.00 (of course, we cannot wait for him personally for that long, so we had to pray that our things would not be stolen).Later I wrote to the administrator again, but also about the fact that the room is terribly hot, there is no air conditioning, there is also no remote control from the TV. Do you think I got any response from her? No. The second day of silence has begun. Moreover, reading reviews in 2gis, many write about the lack of air conditioning, not working TVs. And as I see it, this hotel does not do any work on mistakes at all, and the administrator does not appreciate his customers. I will not stop here anymore and I DO NOT ADVISE you. I ask you to sort out our situation somehow!
+ even when the technician did not come at 10.00 . And the girl at the reception said if he doesn't come at all or can't fix it, they can give us earplugs. EARPLUGS??? Oh, thanks, they're so cool at drowning out LOUD NOISES.👍🏻👍🏻

The wonderful girl at the Dilbar reception gives this place a special coziness. The disadvantages are very good audibility and pillows, they are, of course, orthopedic, but they did not suit me. The hotel is suitable, in my opinion, for a short stay.

I was passing through Astana. I was interested in the unusual concept of the hostel.
Of the advantages:
1) Convenient location, consider it in the center of Astana. Baiterek, Khan Shatyr, Keruen are nearby, and a lot of things are nearby.
2) Friendly and friendly staff. Many thanks to Adeline and the other guys.
3) Fresh bed linen and towels. They also give each guest disposable slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste.
4) There is a kitchen, electric kettles, refrigerators. Self-service: eat-clean up after yourself
5) Capsules are comfortable in principle, maybe I was lucky. He slept on the lower tier, the neighbor on the second tier did not interfere, he could not be heard at all.
6) There is WiFi. But it seemed weak to me 😁
7) There is a vending machine with all sorts of harmful sweets and drinks. Alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited on the territory of the hostel, but there is a smoking room inside the hostel.
8) It is convenient to wash in the shower, hot water is present. There are three booths, but there are not enough hangers in my opinion. Separate showers for Me and Jo. There is a hair dryer next to the sinks.
There was also a fly in the ointment...
Of the cons:
1) There are no mats in the shower, you can slip, especially if you did not take your slippers with you.
2) Some sinks didn't work.
3) There was a time when there was no liquid soap in the dispensers, shampoo and shower gel in the shower.
4) The capsules are a little backlash. Lockers can sometimes be opened with a little effort by pulling the handle. Maybe I closed it incorrectly.
5) As for the stuffiness, I don't know, maybe I was lucky with the capsule, I slept without a blanket.
Overall, a good hotel. I think if they take into account the disadvantages, it will be quite a good budget hotel.
PS: from the suggestions, you can put a box with disposable seats and a hygienic shower in the toilets. Improve WiFi. You can slightly increase the price and have a basic breakfast: tea, coffee, cereal with milk 🙂

Awesome I came here from another hotel for 4 days for the sake of interest. This is space. The showers and toilets are ideally clean. The bed linen is clean. Quietly. There are people. There is enough space for everyone. Since there is a huge hall and a kitchen. I didn't encounter anyone in the capsule room itself. Although girls lived in all 6. I stayed at this hotel for a week, came on business. The hotel staff is friendly and not annoying, it was easy to make a temporary registration right away. The capsules are clean, I would like to note separately a very comfortable pillow and mattress. There is a kitchen with kitchenware, a kettle, a stove and an oven. There is a cabinet attached to each capsule, which also opens from a card to put things there. There is a shower, but take flip-flops with you. Among the disadvantages, the microwave did not work, and it took a very long time to heat food in the oven. They give out two towels, slippers, and a toothbrush. If you compare it with a hostel, then it is rather not a hostel but a hotel with mini rooms, you feel secluded and no one bothers, you can work. The Internet catches it well. The idea is interesting, the implementation is weak. It looks beautiful, but something is not working, something is broken, something was not intended to work. The capsules have very noisy doors, light bulbs that cannot be turned off are lit inside all night, the fire alarm sometimes beeps, it is impossible to charge the phone inside.
There are beautiful girls at the reception.

Cheap plastic is everywhere. Everything is backlash and creaks, the water from the shower can pour itself at any moment. There is no air conditioning in the deluxe room. There is a hellish mix of smells coming from the restaurant on the floor below.
