Careful, SCAMMERS! Once there was a Butique House hotel, but now it's some kind of abandoned place that was cleaned up by the locals and rented out as a hotel, using old photos and descriptions. It is located among garbage dumps and slums. Of the multilingualism, only broken English. - The air conditioner is not working - the shower hose is leaky and located right in the toilet, it also flushes the toilet bowl - there are no towels, as well as bed linen, and the cape and plaid are dirty, stained, torn and with traces of insects. - there is no cleaning in principle, there is more dirt in the room than on the street. - the bed is broken, like all the furniture, the doors are rotten - fungus-eaten coating hangs from the walls and ceiling - you can hear everything that happens on other floors and rooms, there is smoking everywhere - the only thing that works is wi-fi. I recommend using it to call a taxi and leave this "Last homeless shelter" as soon as possible.

I would not have chosen this hotel if someone had posted photos of the rooms before me. And they are sooooo different from the photos in the cards on booking websites. In reality, the hotel has a real slum atmosphere with a view of the garbage dump, a smoky lobby with the inscription No smoking, singing neighbors, a dozen cockroaches right in the room - it's all Butique House or Erciyes Hotel. Take a look at the hotel in Google maps panoramas and photos. The only advantages are free WiFi and pedestrian/transport accessibility to the coolest locations in Istanbul. More nuances - prepare + 5 Euros for the bill for a certain City Tax and wait for the refusal of a refund if you suddenly change your mind about staying in this place. The photo shows a triple room, if anything.

For the meager money it cost - not bad at all. Although, of course, in absolute terms - not very much. A half-turned faucet, flushing the toilet bucket, a tiny room, a half-dead WiFi, a location in a strange place... But for the sake of economy, it's not a bad option. The staff spoke both Russian and English, served normally.

The hotel manager is a fraud. Be careful if you find yourself in this hotel. Special attention when paying. Ask for a receipt at the reception. But it's better to look for another place.
