Special thanks to the chefs and girls in the restaurant! The sea is two minutes away. But there were a few unpleasant moments. They won't affect the rating, the hotel hasn't gotten any worse, it's still gorgeous. But there were those moments. - Cleaning service. Everything is fine, but for some reason the bed wasn't made. This is the first time I've encountered this. The two beds weren't even touched. After checking in at the reception, everything was fixed. - The child had a birthday one year ago. This moment was not noted in any way at the hotel. When asked at the reception, they said that the child was not registered, so they missed this moment and congratulated him with a piece of cake the next day. Thanks a lot for that. But then we saw a woman being congratulated on her birthday at breakfast, and we were presented with a bottle and an envelope. An interesting point)) my child doesn't need a bottle, but the fact is)) - When checking in and paying in cash for the room, the hotel still owed insignificant pennies. They said they would give it back later, but in the end they didn't. It's nothing, pennies, but the fact itself. For some reason, when paying for a spa treatment, no one forgave me a ruble. - Massage. It lasted 30 minutes and all these 30 minutes I listened to the adventures and achievements of my master)) about all her illnesses, about all the men, and so on… I'm not a psychologist to listen to other people's problems, I needed a high-quality massage. And the quality is so-so..

I will recommend the best Apsuana rose hotel in Gagra. 😍 I definitely want to come back! (Photos are attached!) I liked the attitude of the hotel staff the most. Everyone is very friendly and attentive! 🙏 Meals (breakfast and dinner) are just fire! 🔥 A varied selection of dishes and everything is very tasty! 😋 The rooms have a feeling of warmth and comfort. It's like being at home! The fullness of the bathroom set was impressive, even a toothbrush with toothpaste was! 😮 The very interior of the hotel is something! For me, this is the perfect mini-suite. We had a view of the mountains from the window - it's a thrill! The silence is perfect. Room cleaning is also great! 👍 I liked that the hotel has a SPA. I went for a massage twice (I especially liked the classic one) and a facial treatment. The masters are fire! 🔥 The skin just shone after the procedure! The gift was an hour in the Hammam - it was just magical! 🧖‍♀️ I would especially like to thank Lana, Renata, Victoria, Anastasia, with whom I managed to communicate for their professionalism and kindness, and of course the kindness of Olga waiter and Maria! 🙏 The maids are all kind! I can wish the hotel and those who create such a service prosperity and loyal customers! If I fly here again, I would like to go back to the same hotel! 💯

On our second trip to Abkhazia in NG, we stayed at this hotel. We chose the price / quality! We were very satisfied! The staff is very attentive and pleasant, they will always prompt and help (which pleasantly surprised us), the rooms are amazing: beautiful and stylish, and most importantly, you can see that they are being watched! Special thanks to the chef for the food - everything is delicious and varied! Special thanks to the owners of the hotel for their attention to the guests: we were given a very pleasant surprise and a visit to the hammam in the spa area, and every evening the hotel hosted interesting events that took place in a warm and homely atmosphere!
