Service for 5, a lot of food is one of the advantages of the dining room, the trays for dishes are dirty, dishes with a lot of chips, food with a lot of mayonnaise, chicken kebab is almost at the price of pork (not too much), they sell supposedly natural wine in a plastic bottle,it was checked, the gibberish from which blows your head and torments heartburn,although the cashier Tatiana swore that it was natural, WiFi normally does not work from the word at all, the TV works every other time, the mattresses in the room are so sagged, the back was numb after an hour they asked to replace it, they said that another mattress pad was not available, but this did not help much, there is one narrow closet with three shelves in the room for four people, there were no elementary shelves for soap and shampoo in the shower, I liked the pool, I liked the disco on Saturdays, it would be better to go to New Athos

We came to breeze based on the feedback of our friends, of course, I looked at the information about the guest house before the trip and read the reviews, and was surprised that I did not find a single negative review! My family and I have experienced everything for ourselves!As I rested this year, I haven't rested for a long time!Clean, warm pool, excellent dining room with delicious, homemade, fresh and healthy food!Hospitable hosts, very attentive, friendly, responsive, girls in the kitchen, maids-they work like bees from early morning until late evening!The canteen is open from 8.30 to 22.00, but after a late excursion and an early departure home, we were fed the freshest food, which is not a little important to me!The sea is very close, the nature is beautiful!They can arrange any tour, transfer!The photos correspond to reality, the rooms are very clean, good bed linen,the air conditioning works perfectly, the TVs are modern!There is a huge Parking lot, the territory is well-groomed and clean, there are cameras all around, I highly recommend you to relax!I hope that I will return next year, I really want to visit the place where everything is done with a soul!

Herring salad under a fur coat - 50% potatoes.
Okroshka on kefir with a complete absence of kefir, instead of it some kind of sour liquid.
Wine on tap is chymose, do not take this stuff.
The territory is large and clean.
I won't say about the numbers - I wasn't.

We had a rest in August 2022. I agree with the review below. Strict regime rest. You are constantly under supervision. The linen has not been changed once in 13 nights. It seems to me. that it did not change after the previous vacationers. The terry cloth was stained with something brown . But we didn't say anything. But then they texted me that we were the ones who threw up on him. They wanted to sell it to us too. When we left. We were forced to buy back the old one. a towel grayed with old age for 700 rubles. We stained it with their powdered wine. They left it as a gift . Before that, my T-shirt was washed off with ordinary soap. Apparently, this is how they update their underwear, which wants the best. Check everything upon arrival. Otherwise you won't pay later. They call themselves mini Turkey. ha ha. They weren't even close.

Good afternoon! I couldn't resist and also decided to leave a review, although it's been 6 years since we rested here, but we still remember the Breeze and its hospitable hosts with special warmth!!! So, we rested in the "Breeze" with my husband in the summer of 2016, when the 2nd building was just built (we were among the first to move into this building)), and there was no pool and separate parking for cars at all..... but our vacation was very wonderful, largely due to the cordiality and care of the owners of the "Breeze". The hosts did everything to make the guests feel comfortable and responded to any request.....And there's nothing to say about delicious homemade food!!!! It's just that, as they say, "you'll die"))) and what a great homemade wine it was, mmmmm......plus a large bright room, a cozy courtyard, and of course, the proximity of the purest sea (literally 5 minutes at a leisurely pace), crossing the road did not bother us....Indeed, it is a paradise!!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Special thanks to Serafima and Tatiana for their attentiveness, care and responsiveness!!! We are very glad that the "Breeze" is growing and thriving! Good health to the owners and further prosperity!

A very warm welcome, the most sincere hosts and staff!We rested for 14 days June-July 2022. We booked 3-4 months in advance, the hostess Serafima is very professional and attentive to the wishes of the client. She organized a magnificent view of the mountains for us, we enjoyed ourselves every day and energized ourselves.
Nearby there is a grocery store, fruit stalls and other things. There is a good heated and illuminated swimming pool on site, cleaned regularly. There is a playground, a large parking lot.
Once a week, a disco is organized for guests.
After 23:00 there is silence on the territory - special thanks!
Room cleaning on request.
Super dining room, rich assortment, delicious!
1-2 minutes walk to the sea!

A great place to relax. The owners did everything so that the vacationers did not need anything. Well done. Its own dining room, it may be expensive, but everything is delicious, from under the knife. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Sima is just great. Breeze is a real Oasis among the poverty and devastation of Abkhazia. I recommend.

We were here with my daughter in September 2021, a gorgeous pool, normal service, they will meet and take me from the border (300 rubles) the owner himself meets. The food seemed expensive for me, but it was delicious. On the stairs to the steps in the photo a praying mantis

It's been 4 hours since we got home. We were in Abkhazia for the first time and we will definitely return. We rested for a month at the Breeze Guest house in Tsandripsha. Where to start... The room is great, we had a 4-seater. The price per room varies from vacation dates - May, October is cheaper, peak season is July, August. We were in May, June. I must say right away - the sea is cold, we flew away on June 11, the children only wet their feet. But, as they say, to each his own, I swam, the skin burns, invigorates. The hotel has a nice heated and illuminated swimming pool, a separate paddling pool for kids. The kitchen is excellent, everything is fresh, there were no problems for children of 1 and 4 years old. In the morning, porridges to choose from, pancakes, pastries, khachapuri are different. At lunch, soups, hot dishes to choose from, dinner - grilled dishes, fish. Prices - porridge 80p, omelet 80p of 2 eggs, soup 120, dolma 120p, trout on the grill 200-300p (prices for June 2021). We ate in other cafes and canteens - we liked it more in the Breeze. You can order half a portion. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom, TV. The room is cleaned upon request. Towels are provided for everyone. A balcony with mountain or pool views. On the 1st floor there are washing machines, irons, etc. The hosts are very friendly and friendly people. All questions are solved, they will prompt and help. We recommend taking excursions from them, because there will be a proven guide, a good minibus, not a pazik, return control, and a late dinner if there is a delay from the tour. The prices are identical in the village of Tsandripsh. We went to New Athos, Lake Ritsa, thermal springs, gorges. Even with 2 children, we liked everything. The price of the tour is around 1000 rubles per adult, children are free. For this money you will receive a transfer, free tastings of cheese, honey, wine, amazing stories about the history of Abkhazia. The guide, Asida, was especially impressed. In Abkhazia, it is customary to live in a relaxed way, if nature, mountains, and clean sea are important to you, then you will be able to relax. Abkhazia is for those who will not notice the absence of a sidewalk, crowded garbage cans, poorly equipped beaches. Abkhazia is for those who will appreciate the greatness of the mountains, feel the full power of canyons and gorges, experience anxiety before the riot of mountain rivers, enjoy the sun and clear sea. Well.... in general, we liked the Breeze, met, posted...The territory is very beautiful, cozy, 1 minute to the sea at a brisk pace and 3 minutes to the ruins.The rooms correspond to the photos, there is a dining room in which they are deliciously fed, but compared to Lazarevsky it is more expensive (probably due to minimal competition).They make both kebabs and fish, the choice is good.Everyone is very friendly and good-natured, during the 6 days of arrival all the issues were resolved quickly and peacefully.A clean and heated swimming pool around the clock, in the evening the whole courtyard with a fireplace, everything is green, the view of the mountains is gorgeous, and in general nature cannot convey, I fell in love with Abkhazia.We didn't go anywhere in the evening, there wasn't much to go, but for the first time, lovers of noisy embankments liked the peace and quiet.We got a sparsely populated clean beach, we liked that I bought sun beds and it's yours all day, even if I left, I remembered the number of the sunbed, told the workers and again in the evening it's yours.Now about the cons, there are not many of them, but there are moments that have slightly offended the soul, well, first of all, one of the cons is that it only goes to the education of guests, MOM IS SITTING BY the POOL, THE CHILD SWIMS UP TO HER AND SAYS, MA...I WANT TO GO TO THE TOILET, TO WHICH MY MOTHER WAVED HER HAND, MAKING IT CLEAR TO GO TO THE POOL,....of course, I understand that this is practiced everywhere, but kind people, where is the culture? And the other two disadvantages are related to the Breeze, on the website and in the reviews we wrote that parking is free, but they charged us 100 rubles per day, somehow I did not want to open the description and prove the opposite to the hostess, the money was paid, but the sediment remained.And the second one is cleaning the yard, I understand that the workload and all that, but on the 4th day of arrival I asked for a broom myself and swept a strip near 6 rooms (it wasn't hard,) but someone broke a glass there, someone had pebbles and so garbage on small things, I just didn't feel comfortable myself, although every morning they cleaned next to this place next to the dining room.Well, these disadvantages are not significant, I think they will just be taken into account.But in general, of course, I was satisfied and I will recommend a vacation there.I will not say whether we will return there or not, we were at the end of August and the prices suited us, but we will see what happens in other months.And so I wish you development, prosperity and many grateful residents.Thank you for the rest.

Everything is wonderful! Heated pool, nice rooms with shower, air conditioning and TV. If it were possible to cook for yourself, it would be 5+ You need to understand that this is not a hotel in the sense of yelling and behaving like ..., it will not work, this is a family vacation, the audibility between the rooms is such that the neighbor's sniffling through the wall is audible)) The hosts are very friendly, many thanks to Stepan, Sima and of course Tanya for the Kiev cutlets ;) in general, everything is great!!!!!
