We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in June 2022 and have already booked 3 more rooms for September. You get used to good things quickly))
Hospitable, attentive to details hosts, cozy atmosphere, delicious home cooking (Caucasian and Russian) at prices from the distant past (soups, pickles, meat and fish delicacies, compotes, lemonades, space cakes). Everything is fresh at any time of the day!
The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is powerful and obedient, cleanliness and coolness everywhere in the protected area.
The excursions are great, you can book directly from the hostess Serafima, we took almost everything - we were never disappointed.
The sea is 150 meters (5 minutes at a calm pace), clean (pebbles).
We are waiting for September with childish impatience!)))

The hotel can be classified as a 3-star hotel. Do not wait for super repairs and new sheets in the rooms, but in general it is fine, the water is hot, cold always, cleaning on request, there is no sound insulation))), the air conditioners work. The pool is excellent, there is a hydromassage, the water is of a pleasant temperature, the children swim all day. The elegant dining room is open all day, the chefs try to please you with the variety, beauty and deliciousness of the dishes.(even locals go there, this is an indicator!) The chacha in the canteen is good, the wine is upi. The prices are adequate. There is a nice gazebo where the whole hotel gathers in the evenings for fun gatherings, discos on Saturdays. In general, it's good, fun, and sincere. The hostess of the hotel is Serafima, very responsive, she will tell you everything, tell you, help. The sea is nearby, really 10 minutes to the water, grocery stores on the way. There are a couple of cafes on the shore. In general, I recommend it, I really liked it, if without pretensions to chic-modern)))

A great place to relax. We rest from 07/27 to 08/6/2022. I like everything, the pool, the dining room with delicious homemade food... the hostess Serafima and her family are very decent and hospitable people. Unfortunately, there are also disadvantages: we live in an old building, and of course everything is old there, and the second minus is terrible Wi-fi. But in general, everything is great. Breeze-thank you for a good rest, and a warm welcome!

We had a rest in August 2021. I really liked the guest house! Friendly hosts: Serafima, Ararat and all their friendly family, delicious food, the sea is nearby. A separate thrill is the pool: the water is always warm and clean, the children did not want to go to the sea because of it! We lived on the 2nd floor with a private balcony, the air conditioner worked perfectly. There is everything you need on site: a dining room, a laundry room, an ironing board with an iron. In the dining room, the food is varied, delicious barbecue and homemade wine in the evenings, as well as soulful gatherings in the gazebo while the children splash in the pool, musical accompaniment and even a disco with live music! Transfer from the airport and back. The beach is quite passable. The sea, of course, cannot be compared with Turkey, but this is no longer a question of "Breeze".

We were here in September 2019. I really liked everything. In 2021, we wanted to go there too (but there were no seats) book in advance. A very popular place. great hotel. Everything is well thought out and organized. Every whim is here and now. They have a huge number of people resting, but they do not interfere with each other. These are mostly families with children. We were pleasantly surprised that they remembered us, although we had been there once before. They even gave me my last name. It's just amazing. two years later, remember the people who rested with you for the first time. The staff is not noticeable, it feels like they are not there, but everything is clean everywhere. They ate only there. We did not have any over-acclimatization :), although it always happens in other places. I read reviews saying that the kitchen is expensive. And I am surprised at this. There is no need to gain so much and complain about + 5 kg. Take porridges, soups and scrambled eggs. 3-4 types of porridge are always available. 4-5 soups. The second one cannot be counted at all. For every taste. you can also have meat, fish, chicken and lean dishes for vegans. You can take half a serving. Everything looks just magical. it is not possible not to gain a mountain :). Pastries can be made to order on the road at the right time. Fig jam is generally a bomb. I really don't like sweets, but it's just a delight. Excursions can also be booked there. If you want to go without outsiders, just voice Seraphim and arrange everything with the best driver. They'll take you wherever you want. for your money, any whim. Thank you for your hard work. Sergey, Valentina, Sima, Ararat, Tatiana and the rest of the inconspicuous staff for cleanliness and hospitality. For a great vacation and the desire to come back to you again and again.

We had a rest in the summer of 2021.We wandered there by accident (as we were looking for housing at night), and stayed there)))Price, service, food-everything is great!!!everything is appropriate.The staff is very friendly to everyone with an individual approach.We did everything as much as possible what we asked for.
We had a rest with two families of 2 children each.The excellent enclosed area allowed us to let the children play and swim in the pool area.The pool is always the cleanest.The sea is also very close, literally 5 minutes.
It's a short walk from the border.
And by the way, we took several e-tours there at the hotel and were very pleased.
I recommend it to everyone!!!

If you need a vacation with delicious food, with the sea... which is 5 minutes from the hotel, with a clean pool and beautiful rooms... You can only go to the "Breeze"!!! We had a rest at the Guest house "Breeze" from 03 to 18 June 2022. I really liked it! There are five of us: three adults, two children. We rented a double room with all amenities on the second floor. The room has all the necessary furniture, TV, air conditioning. There are two washing machines on site, available around the clock, an ironing board with an iron. The room is cleaned every three days, but if there is a need for unscheduled cleaning, you can contact the staff. The girls are very friendly, they respond to requests instantly. Personally verified)
Transfer is possible upon your request.
I would like to note the very friendly and kind attitude of all the staff of the guest house, it is very pleasant)
Excellent dining room, cozy veranda, huge menu, VERY TASTY FOOD! VERY TASTY HOMEMADE WINE! There is a Playground on the territory: a slide, a swing, a carousel (and this is great, because there are a lot of children). Separately, I would like to mention the pool with warm and clean water :) with evening lighting, it's just a DELIGHT! In the evenings there is a disco, the atmosphere is very joyful and pleasant :)
Five minutes to the shops, five minutes to the sea, 15-20 minutes to the center of Tsandrypsh. We are all absolutely delighted! Many thanks to all the friendly staff of the guest house for their hard work! I really want to come to Breeze next year!
That's what is REALLY missing in Tsandrypsh, it's sidewalks! This is a big problem! Walking along the edge of the road with children on scooters and with strollers is very problematic and unsafe. There are quite a lot of cars and they "fly" at high speed. Let's hope that this issue will be resolved.

We liked everything very much, the hostess Serafima and her whole friendly family are the best and kindest people in the area, we are acquainted for the first time, but the attitude was like our own. Excellent cuisine, yes, not cheap, but very tasty, every day a variety and very tasty cakes and sweets for every taste. Leisure on site: swimming pool, children were happy and evening gatherings in a cafe with wine, with a tea for parents to relax, that's what you need. It was not the first time we had a family vacation in Abkhazia, but we are very pleased with the chosen location, just 5 minutes from the border. They meet on the phone with the hostess, they also accompany her. If necessary, excursions to beautiful places can be organized. We were lucky, we also got to see live music on arrival and on the day of departure, dancing, disco, whatever your heart desires. And most importantly, the pool is open daily and music is on site until 23-00, it's not boring at all. If there is an opportunity, we will also come and bring our relatives. I forgot to write about the rooms, we lived on the 3rd floor, everything was clean and good. Air conditioning is working, shower, toilet are all in the room. And a beautiful view from the balcony!

Everything is always fresh.The hotel itself also makes an impression on 5 stars, personally I regretted that I did not stay in the Breeze. The sea is clean, the beach is relatively clean. To be honest, prices this year for Abkhazia are quite overpriced for food in cafes and fruits on the market, I'm not talking about housing at all. I do not recommend the private sector, your room will not be cleaned, take out the garbage yourself, we do not change the bed linen and towels on demand. But at the same time, the Abkhazians are very friendly hosts. I repeat, in the "BREEZE" the service is at the level of👍, even when the lights were turned off, and this can happen 5 times a day, everything works for them, including the Internet.

The pool is divided into two sections for children and adults. The water is warm and clean. The continent is mostly families with children, with different ages. Every child could find company. It's so comfortable there that I didn't even really want to go to the sea beach, which is a 2-3 minute walk away.

Even at the booking stage, I was pleasantly surprised by the caring attitude of the hostess. And I was captivated by Serafima's melodious voice.
Upon arrival, we did not wait a second for the transfer. Ararat, the owner of the house, met us at the airport, drove us to the guest house with a breeze, suggested how to get across the border better and faster.
Coziness, comfort, beautiful views, proximity to the sea, wide beach, hospitable hosts, delicious food in the dining room. It is clear that everything around is done with love and care.
The girls are always smiling, always prompt, help.
I love Abkhazia, and now I have a favorite place in Abkhazia, where it is warm as at home.

They meet on the phone with the hostess, they also accompany her. If necessary, excursions to beautiful places can be organized. We lived on the 2nd floor, everything was clean and nice, mountain view. Air conditioning is working, shower, toilet are all in the room. The sea is nearby, 2 minutes. The beach is wide, there is a cafe with sun beds for 100 rubles for the whole day, a changing room. The rest was a success. We really liked it there, we didn't even want to leave.
