A wonderful hotel, interesting interiors and design.
We stayed at the end of August 2024.
The hotel has quite spacious rooms: both twin and triple. Special thanks for the cool mattresses and two pillows of different softness/height. I usually suffer in a new place, but here I slept like a baby!)
The room has tea/coffee, refrigerator, air conditioning, soap / shower gel, slippers.
By location: Rike Park and all the attractions are 10-15 minutes away on foot. There is an Avlabari metro station nearby.
The breakfasts are good. There is a restaurant on the 5th floor with a stunning view of the city. Be sure to have dinner there.
There are lovely girls at the reception, there is a young man who speaks Russian, mostly English.
Of the cons: only the price ... per night for a standard twin is about 11 thousand rubles for 2 adults through our services. Direct - about 9 thousand, triple for two - 12-15 thousand / night. Of course, considering that you come to the room only to spend the night and have breakfast - it's expensive, but it's comfortable!
Therefore, I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to help in any situation! We were even checked in ahead of schedule, which was very nice. The room was clean and cozy, and the water and towels were updated daily. Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts. Homemade pie has really sunk into our soul! And, of course, it is impossible not to mention the charming dog that lives on the territory of the hotel! 😍

A great hotel for a reasonable budget. A normal breakfast.
Very colorful design. The restaurant is on the 5th floor with a great view of the Presidential Palace.
There are elevators and parking in the basement.

Good location of the hotel, excellent view from the balcony of the old town, park, Peace Bridge, cable car, etc., within walking distance, near the temple
The standard room is cozy, good beds, a spacious bathroom, but the sconce switches above the beds are in the hallway, an excellent makeup mirror is installed in the bathroom, but without backlight.

A very unusual and interesting hotel, full of various artistic details and books.
The breakfast is good. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
Tea station, slippers, bathrobes.
On the 5th floor there is a good restaurant with reasonable prices and friendly staff and an excellent 360° viewing platform from all sides.
The breakfast is not bad, there is everything.
The staff is attentive and smiling.
Next to the presidential residence in the old town. A couple of minutes walk to the park, funicular, shops.

A very interesting hotel in terms of design. The service is good. The staff is friendly. All requests were resolved by phone call. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The rooms are cozy. Cleaning every day. The rooftop restaurant is the most luxurious place of this hotel. View of the whole of Tbilisi🤩

Unfortunately, the race for profit overrides hospitality. We booked a hotel on the Island.<url>, but a week before the arrival, the hotel was refused, as they later found out, a large group of Chinese had settled in. We had to urgently look for other accommodation. And upon arrival, we couldn't give up one room, we had to pay, although we didn't live.
I would like to wish you to think more about your guests and your reputation.
I don't recommend it. There are other good hotels in hospitable Georgia.
Construction and demolition of old buildings is underway in front of the hotel, which is also inconvenient.

A fairy tale house from a fairy tale. The rooms are clean and spacious. Heating from the air conditioner, can be adjusted individually. The breakfasts are simple. But you won't stay hungry.

A good hotel in old Tbilisi, convenient location, within walking distance of the tourist area of sulfur baths, Avlabari metro station. In the adjacent streets you can buy fresh fruits, berries, etc. The rooms are small, there is a small balcony. The breakfasts are delicious. There is a restaurant with a nice view on the 5th floor. The staff is polite.

A wonderful hotel from which it was a pity to leave. I liked everything: the location near interesting sights, the unusual design of the building with many details on the facade and inside that you can look at endlessly, friendly staff, a cozy room with a comfortable bed. The breakfasts were not bad, though monotonous, but quite satisfying.

Nice hotel in the old center. Nearby there are exchangers, a small market, a good khinkalnaya. The room was not very clean when checking in. The breakfasts are not exactly gorgeous, but there is something to eat. A nice rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the city.

Great hotel. Interesting design. Good location, good views, great breakfast. On the fourth floor there is a restaurant with a terrace and a beautiful view of the city. The staff is very friendly. Tour groups often stop, but it didn't really bother.

I really liked the inside of the room. Plenty of space, clean, good bed and high-quality bed. Delicious breakfasts, friendly and caring staff. Nice decoration of the reception area. Relatively close to the center. What I didn't like - no shampoos / conditioners, dear laundress, view from the window of the old house, no Parking.

I liked the place, you can easily walk to the main places. The street itself is quiet. The room has a balcony with a view of the neighboring house with a hole in the roof. Time has passed, but I'm still worried about how people live there. After these experiences, I did not find any flaws in my room.
