The Bon coffee shop is a place where you want to go again and again. It is cozy, warm and very tasty here. Coffee is always on top — baristas know their business and prepare drinks with a soul. Be sure to try their signature desserts — they perfectly complement any cup.
The service is pleasing: the staff is polite, friendly and always ready to help with the choice. The interior is stylish, but without too much pathos, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant.
Bon is the very corner where you can escape from the hustle and bustle, drink great coffee and just have a good time. I recommend it!

The place is really great, beautiful and cozy. The food is still delicious and the quality is excellent.
But lately, to my great regret, there have been problems with the kitchen and customer service, everything has become noticeably more expensive, and the size (volume) of dishes, especially salads, has decreased dramatically. That is, "the price is higher - the size of the dishes is smaller" - is this the new ideology of the Bon cafe chain! ?
In the branch opposite the French Embassy, they once brought us a salad, completely forgetting to add chicken fillet to it, which had never happened to us here before) And in the same branch, we are constantly given checks with keycodes, when registering them in the application from the Tax Inspectorate, the 1% cashback due to us is not assigned. Moreover, there is no such problem in other branches.

It all depends on the area! On C1, Rustaveli Bon shots are cool. Everything is delicious, clean and fresh. But! We were in Bon Atlas, where we were served an omelet mix with 2 pieces of baguette for breakfast, so the baguette was with a green mold like that... I didn't notice her, because I didn't expect that they could have such a thing, I ate almost a whole piece... In general, the manager apologized for a long time, but the fact is the fact. Don't go there anymore...

I ordered oatmeal porridge with fruits, they brought a huge portion (I did not expect something and did not warn in advance either), it tastes 2/5, it is also not oatmeal, but mixed with corn or some other cereals (nothing is said about this in the menu and the waiter did not warn). Fruits do not taste well with porridge.
Sour cream was not served with the pancake (the pancake is very dry), and when asked, cream was brought:(
I ordered an ice cappuccino, and it was warm, not cold.

- in the beginning, they brought double espresso and cappuccino - standard, but it would be better to bring it at the same time with a meal or after, because drinking coffee on an empty stomach is harmful.
- croissants: with turkey and salami: the filling is delicious, but the croissants themselves, right here, are not croissants (layered in butter), these are dry puff rolls, also the one with turkey was clearly yesterday's.

I love this place. The service is excellent. I love their pancakes. I'm crazy about their almond croissant! Fragrant coffee from the barista! 😊 And many more different goodies! A great place for a morning breakfast, as well as for meeting with loved ones and just having a nice rest and conversation. The place is not big, but it is the same as in Europe. Simple, concise and tasteful!
