It's a beautiful place. The menu, the interior, the service - everything is perfect.
We like to have breakfast here. The waiters are very attentive, tactful, prompt. The pastries are always super-fresh, the coffee is excellent.
Everything would be fine, but the service (to be precise, its absence) completely kills the desire to visit the institution again. If you have to wait for juice for 20 minutes, and then go to the counter to remind him about your order, then the institution does not care about the visitors, no matter how they explain the delay. In general, it is easier to find an alternative place (fortunately, there are enough of them in this quarter)
It's a shame that the staff does not work very willingly, without a desire, you feel like an uninvited guest is carrying elementary coffee for a very long time, which stands and cools down at the checkout they could not give me ice cream for a child, the cashier very rudely told me to let your waiter try and then we will put it to you although I know that a person with access to the program could have punched the catfish well, the main thing is that you will get a waiter and he is zero on masa, I understand that this is not a premium, but I want a human relationship.
We were at breakfast on 19.06:
- in the beginning, they brought double espresso and cappuccino - standard, but it would be better to bring it at the same time with a meal or after, because drinking coffee on an empty stomach is harmful.
- croissants: with turkey and salami: the filling is delicious, but the croissants themselves, right here, are not croissants (layered in butter), these are dry puff rolls, also the one with turkey was clearly yesterday's.
I didn't like it.
I love this place. The service is excellent. I love their pancakes. I'm crazy about their almond croissant! Fragrant coffee from the barista! 😊 And many more different goodies! A great place for a morning breakfast, as well as for meeting with loved ones and just having a nice rest and conversation. The place is not big, but it is the same as in Europe. Simple, concise and tasteful!
We love it, it's always quite tasty. I really like Isti. It seems to be made on karkada tea. I love your pancakes. Recommend. Moreover, it is good in all branches
Zero stars! A crazy experience! The service at Café Bon was not at the proper level, as usual in this place: there was no menu, the wrong menu was displayed, a long wait, late food, no drinks and a rude waitress. We need better management!
Bakery and cafe with a French context. In fact, of course, the dishes are not like in France)
I recommend coming here for croissants, the rest of the desserts leave much to be desired. There are good breakfasts and hot dishes
But as usual, the Uzbek flavor is superimposed into French culture
Overall, 4 out of 5 stars
Only the coffee was delicious
The service has deteriorated very much
The kitchen is limping
The average check per person is $8
Prices are cheaper than in many coffee shops
One of the most beloved branches in the Bon coffee chain
I want to come back to drink coffee with the company and alone😍 There is an opportunity to spend time with pleasure and delicious food😍
yesterday we went to the Bon on Sadyk Asimov street. The pancakes were cooked for 30 minutes, we ordered a mojito and ice tea. There's no lime or mint in the mojito, it's like lemon juice. They didn't even try. The admin came up and took it away, changed the order to oblipikh tea, also brought it is not clear that I could not finish one cup, the kettle remained full. We would like to see more professional staff in one of the most popular establishments - in Bon.
The atmosphere and staff are very pleasant. You can sit still.
Menu:
- the most important thing is not to buy desserts (any kind of cakes), they are always overdue, as if they had been on the counter for a week.
- the main lesson is not to take anything with nuts, they don't know how to peel nuts. There is always a piece of shell. I hurt my tooth like that.
- Forget about the croissant, they don't know how to cook it, it's better to have a KayLab
+ Good soups and sandwiches. (Great tuna sandwich)
+ Large portions in salads
+ Delicious coffee and fresh carrot
Honestly, I love Bon! But this particular trash. Today we were there for the 3rd and last time. They made us frappuccinos without ice. Besides, it's terribly sweet, although I asked for a little syrup. A friend was made a roll for 20 minutes, then someone else's orders were brought twice - a croissant and another roll, not with cheese. In short, trash, not an institution. I don't advise anyone.
A very tasty coffee shop. The breakfasts are excellent and the coffee is excellent of all kinds. I recommend pancakes with salmon and strudel especially. The prices are moderate - 150-200.000 soums for two.
We went bad, visited different branches for three days in a row and ran into fakaps three times. On Novomoskovskaya they put sour chicken soup to take away, the next day they brought a very small portion of soup to Shevchenko, but since the child was hungry, she did not even begin to figure it out, the next day she took chicken soup from Sadyk Asimov again, and the portion was exactly a bowl, 160g. In the first and third cases, the managers apologized and replaced the soups, but such systematic errors indicate that Bon is no longer the same, and apparently it is OK to make such mistakes in their system
Not bad, the waiters are friendly. But it's too noisy. If you, like me, want to sit alone in silence and read, then this branch of Bon is not for you. It's better to go to other branches.
Very strange Caesar salad. Boiled chicken is diced, mixed with cheese and butter (?), and all this is spread on a piece of white bread. It's an incomprehensible concept, they could at least toast bread, or not mix the breast with cheese
Very bad staff; the waiters are all frostbitten and may not come up, even if called. There was a hair on the pancake; despite the fact that I'm not very squeamish about it, it's unpleasant.
On August 18, 2023, on Friday, at 22:25, I went to the cafe "Bon!" located on the street.Sadika Asimova 44. It is open until 23:00.
After 3 minutes, they accepted my order: a pancake with salmon and tea with sea buckthorn.
The pancake was brought only after 22 minutes without tea. After the reminder, the waitress brought tea a couple of minutes later.
Without asking me, the waitress closed the account and demanded to go to the cashier (which is open until 23:00) to pay.
I told her that I would pay for it after the meal. However, another waiter comes next and repeats the demand for urgent payment. He was also told that I would pay after the meal.
Next, manager Anton comes up and repeats the demand to pay the bill immediately. The time was before 23:00. They didn't let me eat in peace.
The evening was ruined by this attitude.
The food is excellent, really very tasty and, by the way, not so expensive. Good French atmosphere. 4 stars because of the waiters. It was in this branch that the inattentive waiters got caught. Also, the one who served me was not polite. But other branches have very warm staff. I advise you!
