There is no room service as such, you are checked in, given towels, and that's it. We took the vouchers at the last moment, literally 2 weeks before the trip, so we got a room in a simpler and cheaper house, where the rooms are very small, with minimal furniture and repairs, overlooking the railway (although on the first day we were moved into another room without a bathroom with a view of the overgrown garden). Then they gave us a private bathroom. Perhaps the conditions in the building are more expensive and more pleasant. It was sad that the air conditioner wasn't working properly, it was stuffy to sleep at night, we asked the staff to fix it, but to no avail.
The staff does not climb, but also does not lick you, the hostess responds to requests. It was convenient that you could buy excursions through it, and they mostly made good impressions of Abkhazia) 4 days flew by just because of excursions and trips to the beach. Her friend took us all day to the Mountains, Lake Ritsa, and waterfalls for a reasonable price. Respect to Victor!

But that was not the case...4 days after departure (we and Surgut) I called Tatiana and asked when she would return the money to us? I promised that tomorrow! ...It's been over a month...but we never saw the money! There was no curtain in the shower, and when it was no longer possible to wash, because a huge puddle formed on the floor every time, several times they approached Venus with a request to hang a curtain in the bathroom, which they received only promises from her.As a result, when her patience ran out, she had to demand in raised tones, which she really did not like. For this, she threatened to evict me to the street, but the curtain was immediately found and hung in our bathroom.
4. On the 1st floor there is a dining room where we ate once upon arrival. The next morning, the same Venus promised porridge for breakfast, arriving at the appointed time (9 a.m.) instead of porridge, we received an answer from her: "I didn't cook it, I just woke up." We didn't go there anymore. There are still a lot of unpleasant conversations with Venus... but I'm afraid there won't be enough space here, I won't clog it up. We had no desire to sort things out, we were settled in another hotel, far from the sea. The next day, I called Tatiana, she said there were no rooms available... And then I started writing to the tour operator, since I signed the contract with Alean, and not with Tatiana, and it seemed to me that there was a banal fraud here: we book a room of a higher class, on the seashore, as a result, for several days we are settled in rooms at a cost not exceeding 2 tons per day (I think even less) and the difference is in our pocket, of course we were not refunded the difference in price. After a few days of demands, we were finally settled in this very hotel by the sea. The room turned out to be better in terms of amenities than the previous one, but the amenities of the village center were gone. There are several cafes in the area, not with the richest assortment, but with prices two to three times higher than in the center. We went through everything for the sake of testing, the "native" Cafe of the hotel with the same name turned out to be of the lowest quality. There are two shops with the minimum necessary set of goods and rather high prices.
From those who came with us to other buildings of this hotel, we learned that they did not have a TV, the air conditioner worked poorly, and there was not always water. The girl who arrived a little later was settled in a nearby private house, in a room with shared facilities with the owners, and a huge dog in the yard.

About the room: 13 m2, very small for two people. There is literally nothing to breathe with. The windows do not open, only the door to the balcony, but it is uncomfortable to sleep at night, at least.
Next, the furniture: there are two Ikea chairs on the balcony (pleased), a plastic chair in the room, beds, oh yes, they require special attention. The bed rails are tightly taped (!!) to the frame! In order not to fall through between them, there is plywood. Isn't it lovely? The mattresses are old, sagging, and it is not comfortable to sleep. The bed linen also leaves much to be desired. The towels are decent, they gave out three pieces per person.
There is also a tiny locker in which the things of two people will not fit exactly. There are two blankets lying there at the moment. Nothing else will fit in there. There is a refrigerator, loud, but also a plus. There is also a desk and a coffee table. Everything is of different colors, textures, it looks like it was going to be in the trash.

Everything is beautiful, the sea, the beach, well, the impression was spoiled by a syringe thrown by some drug addict right on the beach, it immediately became not pleasant
We had a rest in May at this,,hotel,,.Terrible service.We are seasoned tourists and quite unassuming, but we have never had such a holiday...the standard room on the website states that there is a refrigerator, a TV...when we asked the manager where the TV and refrigerator were, she replied, why do you need a TV , we have Wi-Fi,,..They always cheat in the cafe, you constantly need to count everything yourself and constantly deal with the staff.... we got toilet paper with fights for 10 days, two rolls for two....the rest was bought at the store....the rooms are all gnawed, the beds are like in a hospital, although on the website there is a photo of a double bed with a normal mattress....The manager Tatiana is lucky that she does not bark at vacationers ....and so a natural dog....nowhere in any country in the world have I seen such an attitude towards guests...The horror is shorter...I watched a strange cleaning on the beach ...garbage from the beach is thrown back into the sea...NEVER, I implore everyone, NEVER book this hotel
We had a rest with my husband in late July - early August at the hotel. Having traveled half the world, we were in Abkhazia for the first time.
We paid for the tour to the economy room, after reading the reviews, I decided to pay extra for the "improved standard" (suite), while paying the operator a fine. We arrived early in the morning at the appointed time, we were greeted by a security guard Aram. He said that he had to wait for Tatiana to come. He met me very kindly - he fed me, gave me coffee, and told me a lot of interesting things. Tatiana came at 8 a.m., said that we had an economy room (the operator did not bother to inform us that we had changed the room) :)
We were kindly taken in the morning to the private sector to wonderful people (Raphael and Anya, special THANKS!).
Tatiana took us a couple of days later to the ordered room - this is a building on the shore. If you are waiting for service, as in 5* hotels in Europe, then you are not here, see what you book, ask questions ...
We had a GREAT rest! Tatiana did not refuse any request, they took excursions from Victor, unforgettable impressions and emotions, stayed where they wanted and how much they wanted, even took into account my "peculiarities".
THANK YOU, Tatiana, Victor, Aram, and all-all-all for a wonderful vacation! People in Abkhazia are very sincere, they have not heard a single bad word.

So my family and I decided to go to belye skaly on a voucher through the Hottur Tomsk agency. We bought a ticket for 133600 for 4, 2 children and 2 adults, on July 7 we had a flight booked for the somolet essevn, and we had a flight only on September 10, but on September 7 I find out that our flight was canceled by the tour operator for what reason it is unknown, Anna from the Hottur agency found us another Alrosa flight only with departure from Novosibirsk and through Moscow and in Moscow 4 hours of waiting with young children is something... Okay, we arrive at the Sochi-Adler aerator, no one met us, as they said, there will be a transfer waiting at the exit, in fact, no, they called them back and they arrived an hour later! They took us to Tsandripsh, this is a village in Gagra, we are happy, we think we will now be settled in a 4-bed hotel, but no, there were no places for us there, although we booked, they took us to another place 3-bed hotel for 5 days, then they moved us from it again for a day to another, well, it's not for we had reserved places in these hotels, of course we were asked to leave, and then Tatiana from the white rocks came and took us and put us in a junior suite, as she says, which stands on the road near the railway and from the bottom of the cafe, there is mold in the room, there is no TV and kettle, the size of the room is 3x4 no more, and here we stayed for 2 hours I did not I could have stayed there for my remaining 4 days with small children, called a taxi to the border for 300 rubles and went to Sochi, rented an apartment for 4 days for 10 days, and we also had to stay there for 13 nights, but again for some reason our agent took 3 days of rest here! In general, I do not advise you to go to Abkhazia under any conditions! If only by your own car and for 2-3 days

Circumstances have developed so that it was necessary to buy a ticket quickly. We bought into the beautiful photos from the hotel's website and only then read the reviews. What you see on the site and what is provided to you upon arrival are two big differences. We had a tour with accommodation in a junior suite. This room is not located in a hotel by the sea, but behind the railway road, in the building where the dining room is located. to say that we were horrified when we saw the number is to say nothing. The room is on the ground floor, the Windows overlook the courtyard, the door is covered with black blinds, which makes it dark and damp like in a dungeon. There is dirt and leaves in the room. The maid swept it out in front of us. Dirty walls, floor, spider webs, a battered closet with a single hanger. It stinks of dampness. We booked 2 beds, but we were given a room with one. They wanted to lay out an armchair-bed, but realized that this was a vain idea - apparently, it was dragged from the garbage. The scariest thing was that the shower stall was right in the room. As well as the washbasin with a tiny mirror on the wall. The toilet was really in a separate nook - and thanks for that. The website says that the room has a hairdryer and a TV - this was not in sight. The mattress was creepy, all sagged, the springs dug into the ribs. There are no sun loungers on the beach declared on the website. Almost every night, parties were held outside the wall, once at night a local resident clarified relations with his son-in-law in raised tones. No rest, because early in the morning the walking and talking had already begun.
In short, we somehow managed to hold out for these few days and left the hotel without sadness. Everything is visible in the photo. There is nothing to do in the village itself. They also picked up an intestinal infection, although they tried to comply with sanitary standards as best they could.
