Beautiful white cliffs. But there are surprisingly few of them. A little to the side, near the tunnel, there is a good cafe, it looks like the Armenians keep it: tasty, inexpensive. The beach is ordinary, pebbly. To get to the beach, you need to enter the territory of the White Rocks hotel and there will be a tunnel. You can also drive to the beach by car, but parking is paid. It is better to leave the car on the road.

If it is not unimportant for you to get what you expected from the tour operator in relation to the Belye Skaly hotel/hotel, then I STRONGLY ADVISE you NOT to spoil the mood. Deliberately false information about the living conditions is provided. There have been similar reviews on the Internet since 2016.
Our story:
We purchased a tour: Abkhazia, Tsandripsh, Bely Skaly Hotel, in the period 06/18/2021 - 06/25/2021.
The hotel reservation was made and confirmed, but the specified service was performed improperly, namely:
According to the contract, a room at the Belye Skaly hotel, located 10 meters from the seashore, in a new building, on the shore, overlooking the sea, should be provided for accommodation, this condition was an essential condition for us the contract specifically for which the tour was selected.
However, the accommodation conditions specified in the contract did not correspond to reality:
upon arrival at the Belye Skaly Hotel, according to Tatiana's representative/administrator, it turned out that there were no available rooms and there would not be. Accommodation conditions were offered in the private sector at a distance of 350 meters from the sea, with an uphill climb, through railway tracks, in a heat of 30 degrees, overlooking the courtyard.
Accommodation at the Belye Skaly hotel is handled by representative Tatiana (administration of the Belye Skaly Hotel), in case of lack of available rooms, it is proposed intentionally, according to a well-established scheme, voluntarily-forcibly alternative settlement in the private sector (quote: "Either sign a voluntary agreement to the terms of resettlement, or take things and look for yourself, or fly away back").
As a result, we had to agree under pressure, because we were not ready to look for housing in another country, as well as incur additional costs to pay for new housing.
To resolve the situation, we turned to the Golden Fleece host, but the company did nothing to change the living conditions of its customers, resolve this issue, in every possible way covers the White Rocks hotel, does not provide information about the hotel (even the phone).
Due to this fact, we had to move into the proposed option and bear regular physical and moral suffering, going this way 4 times a day back and forth, crossing railway tracks with uphill ascent in 30-degree heat, which affected our health.
These actions of poor-quality provision of tourist services, rudeness and arrogant tone of the hotel administrator, caused physical, moral and moral suffering to me and my companions.
In the process of communicating with other tourists, as well as the independent owners of the second part of this hotel, it turned out that this situation occurs regularly with many other tourists and has been on the flow for many years.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A TOUR TO THIS HOTEL if you do not want unpleasant surprises and a spoiled mood.
But if you really want to settle in this particular building of the hotel on the beach, 10 m from the sea, then keep in mind that there is a 2-PART hotel (Hotel Tibes), which belongs to another owner and book directly with him, everything will be without deception, as promised, you will find them on Instagram contacts.

The White Rocks Hotel.Vacation September 2021. They settled us in a building near the sea. There should have been a cleaning and a change of towels every other day and after 5-6 days a change of bed linen, in fact, cleaning and a change of towels were carried out 2 times and then, according to my request, of course no one changed the linen. The food is delicious in the dining room of the hotel, but really there is no menu, you have to ask all the time - "What do you have to eat today?" . The water looks clean as always, but both have diarrhea as always. It's not the first time we went to Abkhazia to different places, every time we catch something intestinal and we sit in the room in the toilet for two or three days, and the lights and water are turned off in the room twice a day at 3:00 in the afternoon and at 3:00 at night. Therefore, from 3 to 4 it is best not to defame ((((( In the corridor of the hotel, the wallpaper has moved away from moisture and mold is visible in places. The reception desk has a list of services available to us, one of them is drinking water. In fact, the water rack was completely empty for all 10 days, but I think it stood like that all summer. My husband said that he would not go to the Black Sea anymore, because on the Russian coast, in principle, the same thing happened.... Oooh and separately about the sailors! It's just a miracle! At first I thought that the mattress was just pushed by heavy previous visitors, then we looked under the mattress. It turns out that there is a piece of fiberboard in the middle, not the entire area, but only in the middle, so if you lie in the middle, then it is firm and smooth, and at the edges we roll to the edge. we removed the fiberboard, it felt better, but the mattress is super-economical because there are springs right under the fabric. Well, in general, somehow we lasted 10 days. Although on the second day my spinal hernia rebelled and I barely walked for 2 days. I had to take pills to get around somehow. There is also a refrigerator in the room, which is located in the table. That is, first you open the table door to the left, then you open the refrigerator door to the right, and there is a bed right next to it, and somehow in this square you have to bend over and get what you need, and then when closing the doors you still don't hit these doors. The pool, which is shown in the photos of the hotel, is empty and looks very abandoned...
