I really like this hotel. It is imbued with the spirit of the classics. High ceilings, lots of elegant details. You won't find such a thing in a modern place anymore. Like little Italy. In addition, it is an architectural monument. The lovely, friendly hostess, Lala, and delicious delicious breakfasts made from local products. Moreover, the prices are very affordable.

Good day to all! I want to say that this is the best place to relax! We had a rest at the end of September 2024. Gorgeous interior, incredibly comfortable beds. Cleanliness and peace!!!! We had a good rest. They allowed us to use the kitchen, they responded quickly to all our requests, helped in everything. A million thanks to the housewives! Great location. The sea is clean, but the beach is pebbly. We swam in sneakers. But we liked it. We were with 2 children. The youngest is 2.5 years old. Everything is within walking distance, which is convenient.

We had a rest in July 2024. When choosing a hotel, I paid attention to the interior and the fact that it is an old house. Everything turned out to be as in the photos, they lived in a room with a mezzanine - the daughters settled there. A really very atmospheric homely, small hotel with excellent interior and good attitude. Excellent cooking, excellent homemade wine and chacha. A small but very cozy garden near the entrance. All requests are fulfilled. The hostess is very pleasant and welcoming, she will always ask how you are, if you need anything. She will advise you where to go and go, the history of this house is very interesting - talk to the hostess, learn a lot of new things. It's not close to the sea - about 25 minutes on foot, but it wasn't a problem for us, we always walk a lot. I definitely recommend it!

We rested at the hotel on May Day holidays. We are frequent guests in Abkhazia, stayed in different hotels, but returned here for the second time. Since the season in Abkhazia has not started yet, we were lucky to rent a suite with a balcony. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a conditioner, the whole hotel is clean, cozy, atmospheric! The territory is closed, there is a place for a party, covered Parking for guests' cars. It feels like you are welcome here, the owners and staff love their hotel and are ready to help with any issue. A separate topic is the kitchen of the hotel, its legendary breakfasts!!!, however, due to the fact that the season is just gaining momentum, this service was not available... In general, I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come back myself! I wish the hotel prosperity and year-round occupancy! Thanks for the rest!!!

We rested for 10 days in June. A great small hotel, in the second half of June almost no one was there yet, the season was just beginning. Beautiful interior, excellent hostess, will tell you everything and help with all questions. There is an excellent inexpensive bistro nearby with very tasty and large portions. There are small shops down the street to the sea, there is a good restaurant, the Hait tavern.

Cozy, comfortable, homely. I liked everything very much, the hostess's attitude towards the guests as if they were relatives. The hotel is super, especially the reception, where it is so cozy and beautiful, the smell of wood, antique paintings, service desks, chess, at first I took it for 3 nights, then I extended it. Not far from the sea, the market, it's nice to walk along the streets. The rooms are perfectly clean. Thank you so much for the warm welcome.

We had a rest in July 24. The hotel is in the building of a villa, once a ballerina who lived there, the hosts are hospitable, under our late arrival they treated us to fruits and gave us water. Everything is generally fine, but the mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable. Somewhat aggressive, insistence on buying breakfasts and dinners from them, a mediocre breakfast, for 4x 1800, pancakes, sausages, nothing unusual. (vegetables and fruits would be nice) Mosquitoes in the room! Take the fumigator. Tea was left, apparently from the previous tenants. I would like a minimum set of tea, coffee, sunflower oil, pure! a sponge for washing dishes and a good mattress with a pillow. To the embankment on foot 15 m, taxi Garuda to the beaches 250 rubles. There are a couple of shops (stalls) nearby with Moscow prices.

There is a mini garden with a fountain in the courtyard. This is where the luxury of boutiques ends. We had a standard room for 4,500 rubles. In my opinion, it is expensive, but such prices (or even higher for worse rooms) are everywhere in Abkhazia during the season. The refrigerator does not work, the TV is practically the same (4 hissing channels). A light ambergris is coming from the bathroom. There is no kettle or even glasses. You can ask for glasses in the dining room. There is an air conditioner and it even works)
There is a washing machine in the yard, which can be used for free — this is a big plus, of course, when you are with a child.
They don't clean the rooms, but that's how they do it. They say: we have subtropics here, you know, so take out the trash more often 😁
They cook in the on—site dining room: lunch or dinner — 800 rubles, breakfast - 600 rubles. Portions are large, you can take two with a child. The first dinner was very tasty: a huge fish (grilled trout), broccoli salad, noodle soup and dogwood compote. Breakfast for an amateur, a lover of falling into a sugar-gluten coma. And it's expensive for such a set: rice porridge with milk, more like soup, two pancakes, one cheesecake, a piece of sweet pie (something like a cupcake or gingerbread) and suddenly a piece of pizza. More honey, dogwood jam, sour cream and a pot of tea. You can ask for coffee, they'll make it. The breakfast is plentiful, but useless and not particularly tasty. For 1200 rubles. for two people in St. Petersburg, you can have breakfast in a normal place 🤷

The beach is a 20-minute walk away. The road is lined with products of dog life, along the way there are dogs themselves. Huge stray dogs. In general, there are many of them in Abkhazia. It's scary 😁 There are no sidewalks, you can say: they are crowded with cars or littered with household and construction debris. Or guarded by huge dogs)
The embankment is beautiful, green, with fountains. There is a Turkish cafe "Chegem". Large portions, cheap, tasty, interesting choice of dishes. I liked the liver kebab: served on pita bread, with peppers and tomatoes on the grill and a portion of rice (450 rubles). And lentil soup: it comes with a plate of cucumber and tomato salad and fresh pita bread — for all 200 rubles. But there is no toilet. Be prepared for the fact that there is no toilet anywhere, even on the city beach. There are a lot of cafes that sell beer and one toilet for everyone — in the cafe "Dam". They let you in there without any problems, but it's still not very convenient. By the way, it's also very tasty at the Dam. Although you can't say that from the look of it. Pleasant, friendly, smiling waiters, which is rare for Abkhazia.

Terrible hotel. The lobby is beautiful. That's all. The rooms are creepy. Dirty. Someone else's hair is on the bed and towels. They respond to the booking review with some nonsense. They slander the guests. Themselves in the morning with alcohol. The hostess always sleeps somewhere during the day. I don't recommend it

Impressed by the excellent reviews, we chose this hotel. In fact, everything turned out to be different....It all started with the settlement. An improved 4-bed room was booked, upon check-in it was offered to move into another room, of course, the one that is worse than ours, because other people were settled in ours, for unknown reasons. After a long conversation and our refusal, we were settled into a reserved room with moldy corners. It was impossible to dry even towels in the room. At the request of the staff to replace the towels, they were refused with the formula "yes, dry it yourself, we are not obliged to change them all the time." During the 8 days of stay, the linen was not changed once, the garbage was not thrown out, what was the cleaning of the room, and whether it was at all, is not very clear. Please note that rudeness and the friendly attitude of the staff are included in the price and will be an integral part of your vacation. A certain Oksana especially distinguished herself, who offered my friend's husband to order pizza and rolls for her (no comment)....We had a rest in Abkhazia not for the first time and were surprised, because we always met with cordiality and respect for the guests, but not this time and not in this hotel. I would not advise anyone to relax in this hotel!

There were three of them: 2 adults, a baby of 1.5 years old. We found this hotel on a Booking when it became simply impossible to be anywhere else in this hospitable country! They did not book, they came with intelligence and stayed. We were bribed by cleanliness, a mini-garden at the entrance, a fountain, hospitality, a very beautiful design of the hall and the entire entrance group (we can say the lobby). Convenient location in the city center next to the botanical garden, to the embankment at a calm pace and with a baby stroller 10-12 minutes. The breakfast is excellent! Everything is delicious, satisfying (especially cheesecakes!!!) coffee 👍 as for the room, it is clean, everything you need is there, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, cabinets, new furniture; good mattress, clean linen, there was no smell in the room, plumbing without mold and rust, there is a minimum set for a shower. We had no requests for level 5* All inclusive, we were satisfied.

Very nice hotel! Saved our mood in this unforgettable city))) our room was huge, everything was new, clean, beautiful, we didn't see anyone. The price is slightly higher than the average, but it's worth it, considering that for 3 thousand you can get a dead room / apartment with a Soviet renovation and a shaggy years' decor.. We did not regret the money, we felt very pleased. Good tourists and prosperity!
