Since 2022, I have been servicing my car only at BC.
Conveniently, everything is in one place, from plumbing repairs to detailing.
In order not to explain "on your fingers", they will always take you to the workshop and show you the problem right on the car, if you are not expecting a car, then they will send you a photo or video.
Everything is always clear and on time.

I serve two cars with them. I work with Sergey. The impressions are only positive. I'm a meticulous person
and I ask a lot of questions. Hence my requirements for staff: patience and customer orientation. The staff of Baerncraft is excellent in this regard. The consultations are of very high quality. They will invite you to the remzone to the disassembled car and show you everything.
Spare parts and unnecessary work are not bred. If expensive breakdowns are suspected, they always go from simple to complex, first considering the cheapest options. In general, logic and common sense. The prices are quite satisfactory. The atmosphere is always great. The waiting area is cozy and coffee is always offered. The remzon is very clean.
My colleagues service their cars here too, although they have to drive from the other side of the city.
I'll also mention it as a separate convenience: after the repair, you can also leave the car in the car wash, treat the rubber bands with silicone before winter, and other pleasant little things for which you don't have to go somewhere else. In general, everything is turnkey, it's important to me.

And how to change the oil in a car, so the locksmith managed not to put a sealing rubber band in the drain plug of the filter. As a result, I had to go again in an emergency, because the replaced oil leaked onto the asphalt of the MKAD. When contacting some specialists, they tried to make me guilty of what happened. Thanks to the director named Artyom, who handled the situation. It makes sense to think twice about applying for car repair and maintenance or not.

I came with problems: cracking when turning, welding the muffler, changing the door hinges, changing the oil. During the inspection, the master identified other problems with the 4,000-ruble suspension along with the materials. We did it for about 3 weeks, taking into account that all spare parts were available. I came to pick it up - the crackle remained, the muffler was not welded, the hinges were not changed. I went to another service station and did everything in 6 hours. The price is higher than at other service stations, and the terms are very long. I don't recommend it.
