As I understand it, the time and work of the staff are very much appreciated there, but they are extremely disrespectful to the time of customers. It's a pity..

I have been in service for 7 years and over the past year everything has deteriorated, previously, when servicing, if something was noticed broken or torn, they showed and told me what and how and how much it costs, and recently, the bumper was painted, according to the hard hat, the bill says that all the clips and bolts are new and in fact nothing was replaced, I just noticed the absence when examining the bolt, he indicated that it was not there, and I was told that it was not there, but the question is why indicate that it was all there? I changed the windshield, I noticed myself that the plastic closing the mechanism of the accounts was broken, but the manager did not indicate this, it remained unclear whether they broke and wanted to hide it or it was before, then why did they not say when disassembling? More sediment! We changed the headlight, everything seems to be OK. I took everything beautifully, in the evening I was eating and the handles of the Light were shaking, the sediment was back, I turned to the manager, he took the car tested, the answer was: everything is fine! I'm shocked! But nothing happened that evening. I return to the manager, but I demand the head, they recognize the factory defect, they ordered a new one, upon the arrival of a new headlight, no one dialed me that the headlight had arrived, and I had to call myself, clarify what when, and in response she arrived a long time ago… Conclusion: the service has gone bad!
