We celebrated a family birthday here in a small hall for 50 people, agreed on the phone, initially everything was fine, but in the end we were very dissatisfied.
Firstly, the entrance to the hall is up the stairs immediately from the street, it feels like you are sitting on the street, it is insanely cold. Although there are heaters, but it does not help, the guests were sitting in outerwear.
Secondly, in the middle of the holiday, the electricity was completely cut off twice specifically in our hall, because there was not enough capacity.
Thirdly, the waiters are very slow, inattentive, with dissatisfied faces, there is absolutely no service here.
We agreed on 17:00, arrived in 15 minutes to meet the guests, the waiters began to change clothes and even left their things in the middle of the hall!
Fourth, there was a fireworks display as a gift to the cake from the institution, one of which simply did not work on time for the ceremony
Fifth, very cheap dishes and appliances
Sixth, I promised homemade wine for everything that was ordered, but in fact I forgot about it
On the positive side, the only thing I can say is that the food is quite tasty, but this will not surprise anyone in Yerevan
We will definitely never come back here!
