- there was only one hook in the shower, there were no shelves and other places to store hygiene products.
- if you turn off the light in the shower / toilet, cockroaches crawl out at night, the administration rolls its eyes at presentation and says this can't be, in the end we just didn't turn off the light there.
- a bad drain in the shower, you can't interrogate toilet paper, and the rest of the soap / soap accessories that should be in a 3-star hotel have not been heard.
- the lights are turned off almost daily, from 20 minutes to a couple of hours, everything had to be thrown out in the refrigerator.
- the TV constantly loses connection, channels disappear, in general, if you have a child who loves cartoons, download in advance, because Wi-Fi in the hotel catches only in the hallway and at the reception.
- there is a barbecue area on the roof, a table, chairs and even deck chairs, but in terrible and dirty condition. The view from the roof is very beautiful, mesmerizing and interrupts all the shortcomings.

The windows are panoramic , the room is bright , the air conditioning has never failed .The bed linen was changed in the room three days later. The service is good , the staff is very polite . Especially I would like to mention Aunt Maya , she is our wet nurse , i.e. cook :) A very warm and good woman . He definitely won 't leave you hungry . The kitchen is homemade, only healthy food for breakfast . We often skipped dinner , so the choice is yours . The impressions were good . If possible, we will return for the beautiful views in the attic and a cozy atmosphere.

We had a rest in June 2022. I liked the hotel. The location is 10 out of 10. The center, but very quiet. Everything is nearby, there are many cafes and canteens with affordable prices and delicious food. The hotel is small, the rooms are standard, medium in size, not small, it is not crowded for a family of three people. The breakfasts are quite hearty, according to the menu. Perhaps there is just not enough microwave to reheat the dishes, since they are not hot or even warm, we came to breakfast at different times and always the same thing.

All the inconveniences of the room were noticed immediately: there is a single hook in the bathroom, where to hang three towels is not clear (there are three of us), there are no shelves for bathroom accessories, we had to occupy the sink, which is very inconvenient, or carry a cosmetic bag with us all the time, the curtain itself in the shower cabin did not move away, and if you pull harder then the clips came off. The shower was leaking, but it was fixed at our request. The lighting system has not been thought out in the room itself. One lamp in the middle and that's it. there is no separate light in the hallway, and there are also no bedside lamps. But you can close your eyes to all these little things. But it is impossible to close your eyes to the fact that the administration is causing global inconvenience to its guests. On the third day of our stay, returning from a walk in the evening, the receptionist stopped us and confronted us with the fact that we needed to move to another room tomorrow. It was very unexpected. Who needs it? To us? He said we should have been warned. But he didn't tell us anything when checking in, or when booking a room, there was no such information. That is, we paid for the comfort room, but after three days, please release it. Of course, after that, I didn't want to stay there at all. But if we had been told about such a "service" on the first day, we would have been looking for something else. In the middle of the rest, it was extremely unpleasant. It's just disgusting. We've been to a lot of places and in different hotels. But this attitude has not been met anywhere.
In the "new" room, the lock jammed the next day. When we returned from the beach in the evening, with a bunch of things, we couldn't get into the room. They went for a dirty walk, leaving all their belongings. Because in half an hour of waiting, the admin couldn't do anything. By the way, the neighbor's boy from the room opposite said that they also have problems with the lock-it does not close. It's a real shame.
The food is delicious, but very modest. There are no drinks for the child, no fruit drinks or compotes. Just tea and instant coffee. There's not even any water. Only hot. No fruit, not even the simplest cookies for tea. There is no muffin at all.
I would not recommend this place to my friends in any case. Shamefully.
I liked everything! The ideal location of the hotel, the beach is 200 meters away, next to the Ferris wheel.
The only drawback is that sometimes the lights went off in the hotel, but in general this is not critical, because I did not come to sit in the hotel, but to relax on the beach :)
Good service, if you need anything, the reception will help everyone. Generally, very friendly people work. The rooms are clean, cleaning every other day. You can sit on the roof, give kebabs, admire the view of the sea or the mountains. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. There is a lot of food for breakfast, but it is not very tasty. But I'm betting a solid 5.
