Ma.Me - a restaurant near Azatutyan Avenue (Yandex stubbornly believes that "Artsakh" is here).
It is usually empty during the day, the interior is clearly conducive to loud gatherings in the evening.
The menu is only in Armenian! So don't forget to install yandex.translate before the visit. He's coping fine. And the staff speaks Russian.
Spas is more acidic than the rest, and the grains are crushed, not whole. It seems to me tastier this way, and the greens were put (but maybe it's just the warm season has started and now they will sprinkle everywhere on top).
Dolma is very salty, but thick matsun compensates for this, it turns out a good balance.
Lamb ikibir is the thickest pieces of lard that I have ever met, even too much, the middle is no longer fried fat, but just fat. I told the waitress - she replies "because THIS IS ARMENIA", I say "yes, I have already eaten ikibir in Armenia, but the rest are still thinner."
Assorted pickles - will help pass the time before serving hot. The bouquet of spices and the balance of vinegar and salt is unusual. So I won't say that I ate with delight. But I won't say anything bad.
Hashlama from tails - I cut the meat from the bones, but so far it has been with all hashlams from tails here, probably, the norm. The broth is very thick and rich, like gravy from a good lagman. They asked if they could make a summer version with sweet pepper, and I agreed. As a result, the pepper was not stewed with the dish (as, for example, it was done in the Nur tavern), but just lay on top a little. That is, warm raw pepper. If I knew, I would have taken it without him.
One lap is better than the neighboring Zangezur.

I went to this institution with my Wife after the Normed clinic. We liked everything. Very courteous staff, delicious price and not high prices. The entourage is really like from the 90s, but it creates its own charm.

I came in the afternoon, after fgds. The menu is in Armenian, but the official suggested the dishes. In general, the good attitude of the staff encourages me to put five stars, because I usually do not go to such establishments - the restaurant looks from the 90s, everything is in wood and forging, Russian chanson is playing, but it does not look old, everything is neat and clean. They brought borscht and Greek salad - I ate more than delicious for my money! Later, I was offered cheese for tea, but since I was after the inspection, I refused salty, so they brought custard pies, cold, fresh and delicious, as a compliment from the institution) Thank you for the service, I talked a little about my homeland to the Russian chanson, I was filled with comfort and went home)

I don't know if it's delicious here, because I've been sitting here for 60 minutes waiting for my order to arrive. I've never been served anywhere for so long.
