We had a vacation with my husband from October 19 to October 25, 2024.
I liked everything very much: location (10 minutes by car from the border, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea),
The food (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner on the menu, which is posted the next day in the evening) is good, no one was hungry.
By the way, many thanks to the staff for repeatedly arriving later than the meal schedule due to excursions, but we were individually warmed up and covered. I am very pleased with this attitude!
One gets the impression that he came to stay with old friends or relatives! Traveling twice a year, we do not remember such an attitude towards the residents ...
The staff is super in every way!!!
The room is always clean (daily cleaning), cozy, there is a hairdryer, a kettle, three towels for each, shampoo, shower gel, nice white bed linen, good pillows and blankets (the only but big minus for a married couple is that in double rooms there are two single beds - it is very uncomfortable, in the middle it turns out large pit.....)
Heated swimming pool (easy access, clean)
We celebrated our wedding anniversary with my husband and were very touched when, with beautiful music, turning off the main light, they brought us a cake with a burning candle, a bottle of champagne and a beautiful postcard with wonderful wishes.... Mmmm.... They moved me to tears with their hospitality and good wishes...

The hotel is new, well located for lovers of peace and quiet rest. The food was passable, they didn't starve and didn't have to go to cafes. The grocery store is next to the normal assortment, if something is missing. Mattresses, pillows, blankets, bedding - everything is great!!! We slept well! The territory is well maintained, there are places to sit. OF THE CONS... There is a swimming pool, but it is dirty and was not heated during our arrival at the end of October, and for us it was significant when choosing a hotel, it means CHEATING! Although we listened to a whole lecture by an employee who serves him, the water is warm. We're just dumb. The cleaner came to clean the room strictly after lunch, when she wanted to lie down in the room for a while, although we were not there all morning and afternoon. Therefore, cleaning is also a huge DISADVANTAGE, this technique is common in those hotels where the staff is too lazy to clean in the expectation that they will say that it is not convenient for us now. I will not list other disadvantages, since this refers to the peculiarities of the local mentality. But they understood where they had come to, it was even fun to watch. But in general, the rest was a success. But the hotel only has a THREE, but a solid one!!! If they develop, work, and not degrade, then there are good chances. good luck!!!

The rest was a success, first of all, thanks to the friendly and smiling man at the reception. Immediately there is a feeling of hospitality and comfort.
By cons:
1. The cleaning is not thorough enough, it was not cleaned under the bed, on the balcony. Dust and dirt also clogged the table on the balcony, they rinsed it in the shower, but this did not solve the problem.
2. Lunch. It's like my grandmother forgot for 90 years what she put in and everything boiled down, and she just forgot to put the meat in. There was only one normal vegetable soup in 3 days.
3. The Internet seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be. By the way, we are currently resting in a hotel far from civilization and it is flying.
4. 2 beds shifted instead of one: they woke up in the pit one by one.
5. Beach towels are changed every 3 days. It would have been better if they had saved on bathrobes and not given them out, but towels were taken away in the evening and given out in the morning, as is done everywhere.
6. The water in the pool did not warm up normally, because they said that they changed the water the day before our arrival. We swam every other day - moss / mold on the bottom in places. There is a vacuum cleaner, but it lies aside.
Of the advantages:
1. New renovation.
2. Clean dining room.
3. Good pillows and blankets.
4. The presence of a balcony.
5. The beach is nearby, there is a bar and sun beds with umbrellas.
6. Pleasant waitress.
The atmosphere is made by the administrator and another woman who often laid out napkins. Thanks to them!

Excellent service, helpful staff, always smiling, friendly. They will tell you and show you everything.
Special thanks to the chefs, the food is very tasty. The child ate fully-the mother is resting, which is very important on vacation. There is a separate bar on site, where there are refreshing drinks,
Barbecue, etc.There is a warm, clean swimming pool on the territory, which we were very happy
about. The sea is 5 minutes away at a calm pace, sun beds with umbrellas, there is also a bar))) . In the evening, music by the pool, you can sit and relax. Drive from the border for 15 minutes (if not faster) shops are all nearby. The rooms are modern, air conditioning, snow-white linen, there is always hot water, there are no power outages. The rooms are cleaned every day. You can describe it for a long time))))

We were on vacation from 16.08 to 21.08. We were very satisfied with the rest
The hotel is excellent, not a human being, a comfortable number of rooms, no one bothers anyone, everything is enough for everyone.
I liked the food. The food was delicious and with love: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner - according to the menu, which is set for the evening. Thanks to the nutrition, we didn't even want to have a snack during the day))
There is a separate bar on site where you can order drinks, alcohol, hookah.
The hotel is relatively new, in 2021, the rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, TV and hairdryer, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are clean, they change every 4 days, we were satisfied)
There is also a swimming pool on the territory, in which we managed to swim for 1 day, since some kind of reaction happened during cleaning and it turned green, but we were not upset) Jaba tried very hard to clean it day and night, we hope that everything worked out for him)) Special greetings to him 👋🏼 He always talked to us, gave us advice, took us to the bus station when we were going to New Athos. In general, we are very grateful to him))
In general, the entire hotel staff is very polite and responsive, they always made contact, they could just chat about everything))
There is a shop near the hotel with reasonable prices where you can buy absolutely everything.
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea at a calm pace, on the way to the sea there are small shops where you can buy souvenirs, circles, tunics, jewelry, taste wine, chacha, in general, whatever you want)
The beach is private, pebbly, with umbrellas and sun loungers, with a towel from the hotel - free of charge. There is also a bar on the beach from the hotel where you can buy drinks, ice cream, hookah)
We are very glad that we got to this hotel, as we chose from several options and did not regret at all that we chose the Art Hotel. The rest here is calm, measured, relax with all your heart. We hope to come to you with friends next time ☺️

A wonderful hotel, stylish, cozy! Excellent food- buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner- a la carte ... cooking like mom's- with a soul. The sea is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The staff is sooo friendly and ready to help with any problems. We took two rooms for two adults and four children - and we were placed in adjacent rooms connected by a common terrace. I would like to thank Alkhaz and Jabu separately ... tourists like us will probably be remembered for a long time - they are our saviors))) In general, you have never regretted your choice of hotel ♥️

Great hotel, vacationed in August 2024. We were looking for an option with the possibility of accommodation with animals - a cat traveled with us. The hotel is modern, comfortable rooms, toiletries, linen change - everything is OK. A la carte meals - everything is delicious and simple. There are few people in the hotel, no hustle and bustle. The staff is friendly, they will always prompt and help. Pizza, burgers, kebabs are near the hotel. Grocery stores and other things. 5 minutes walk to the sea, own sun beds, you don't need to pay anything. The sea is clean, there are few people on the beach, this is undoubtedly a plus. Overall, a quiet, relaxing stay, very satisfied!

A nice beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are a lot of shops along the way. The staff is polite, helpful, attentive. Takes into account all the wishes of the guests. A chic hotel surrounded by pine trees, the feeling that you are in the forest. Nice, clean rooms, which have everything you need: towels (including beach towels), slippers, kettle, hairdryer, cups. Beautiful interior and exterior of the hotel. A warm swimming pool with sun loungers, gazebos and a bar nearby. On the beach, whenever you come, there are free sun loungers. There is a bar where you can buy drinks, ice cream, watermelon at reasonable prices. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners are delicious at home. The staff is very nice, always ready to help. We walked around the neighborhood and the hotel is better than we have never seen. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay.

A great, inexpensive, new hotel. Heated swimming pool. Comfortable, large rooms. Nice beds, fresh linen. Slippers, bathrobes, three towels each. Free Wi-Fi. Big TV, 20 Russian TV programs. There are pine trees around the hotel, birds are singing, squirrels are running. The sea is 3 minutes away at a quiet pace. The embankment is landscaped. Sun beds from nearby hotels. The power is on. If you don't eat enough, there is a magician next to you with democratic prices.

I will leave a review about my stay at the hotel in July 2024.
Overall, the hotel is nice, fresh, clean. I was very pleased with the pool (heated in the evening), the lighting and the area with sun beds and tables arranged around. We had 3 meals a day included. The food is ordinary, homemade, delicious, but for men the portion will often be small)) The staff are all kind and smiling. There is air conditioning in the room. They clean it every day.
It must be understood that Tsandripsh is a village, there is nothing here but the sea and simple cafes with a mandatory service fee included, which is mostly TERRIBLE. There are no shops except stalls either. I don't understand how to go somewhere, because buses don't run there, and taxis are decent (according to people). Fortunately, we rented a car in Sochi and could afford everything (to go anywhere and anytime, safely and comfortably). Of the entertainment there are only excursions. For sure, everything is very interesting and informative, but how you will be taken to it and back is far from a fairy tale. We decided to try the simplest and went to the Evening Gagra. It's beautiful, interesting, a guide for 4/5, but here's the driver... returning back in pitch darkness along the highway at a speed of 100+, overtaking on unobserved turns, through a solid oncoming lane and a bunch of violations, it was really HELL. Fortunately, everything ended well, but we didn't buy any more excursions and went on them ourselves in our car.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
1) the room was booked for 2 people (husband and wife). The bed was double (as it were), but in fact it was single beds combined with each other, which is why one of us constantly fell into the gap between them. It was impossible to sleep in each other's arms, we had to go to different corners of the bed.
2) there were bedside tables on each side, but only one of them had a night light

We had a rest at the end of August. The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is very attentive. The room is great. There is a water cooler on the floor, an ironing board with an iron. But of course there is, but about the food I will put no more than 3 on a 5-point scale. And somehow it turns out that the room has a kettle and mugs, but no spoons. There are gazebos for relaxing, but there is no light in the gazebo. The pool was not heated, although it was written on the website that it was heated. Well, maybe because it's August, although it was cold to swim for a few days.

When choosing a tour, Art Hotel was one of the most interesting options from the presented segment… We lived in it with a family of three for eight days, we really liked everything! Excellent location, not far from Sochi, which is a big plus after the flight and customs clearance. The hotel has a stylish modern interior, with an abundance of soft and comfortable furniture, an on-site bar, as well as a large and clean swimming pool. The room is cozy, small, but with everything you need: air conditioning, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes, slippers, clothes dryer, refrigerator, glasses, kettle, and tea cups, there is a water cooler on each floor, the only thing that pumped up is a Wi-Fi network outage. The room was cleaned daily, linen and towels were changed on the fourth day. The food is simple three times a day, everything is delicious, homemade, we ate more than enough. A huge plus is a private beach and sun loungers with umbrellas. Within walking distance there are shops, a pharmacy, tents where they sell everything you need. It was at the end of May. The hotel has a good, stylish interior, 5-7 minutes to the sea, there is a heated swimming pool on site. The sea was cold, so the pool was very helpful. The standard room is small but very cozy, everything you need is in the room, a pleasant bonus was the presence of a terry bathrobe and slippers. The room has access to a large veranda, where it is wonderful to drink coffee in the morning while birds sing. Stable WI-FI throughout the hotel (for some it is important). The cafe on the ground floor offers a comprehensive meal (the level of the pioneer camp is "first, second and compote"). A grocery store in a five-minute walk from the hotel, which has everything you need, helped out a lot. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly, the reception is at the level of a good five-star hotel, I especially want to note the work of the administrator of Alkhaz: a high-class professional who can solve any problems and questions quickly and in a timely manner with a smile on his face, the level of work of an "experienced manager". Review of the Art Hotel Tsandripsh. The advantage of the hotel is that it is new , clean and beautiful so far. 5 minutes from the sea, the beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, there is also a bar on the beach.. there is a nice large warm swimming pool on site, both for children and adults. The sun beds and umbrellas around the pool were also very pleasant. Room cleaning is very expensive. It was necessary to ask them to clean up, although the staff should do it without reminders. The maid always came to clean the room after lunch. It was incredibly uncomfortable, because the child sleeps during the day. It would be more expedient to do the cleaning before lunch, when the majority of vacationers are either at sea or at the pool. The sink and toilet were not washed at all. During the 12 days of rest, bed linen and towels were changed only 1 time.... No one even thought about sweeping the large veranda, where needles were attacking from the Christmas trees. Although these needles all reached into the room. The food is also not Wow. A meager breakfast buffet with boiled sausages and eggs every day, cheesecakes and bread. There are very few vegetables and fruits. Lunch and dinner on the menu. . There is no choice. The portions are small. Cutlets are all semi-finished products. We had a rest at the ART hotel in June 2024. We REALLY liked the hotel itself. Upon check-in, we offered 2 rooms to choose from. The room has 2 beds, slippers, bathrobes, a set of towels + beach towel, hairdryer,TV, tea set, refrigerator. On the balcony: a table, 2 chairs and a dryer. Wet cleaning was carried out daily, linen was changed on the fourth day.The hotel is not big, with a swimming pool (water is heated) There are sun beds and umbrellas by the pool, there is a children's area.
The hotel administration is always in sight, they solve any questions that arise, just instantly.
I liked the food. Everything is delicious and of high quality. Breakfast is a buffet, lunch and dinner are served in portions.
All the staff of the hotel, it is clear that they are trying.
The hotel has its own beach with umbrellas and sun beds.It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the beach slowly .Umbrellas and sun beds are always available.
The beach is a large pebble, and the same approach to the sea. It won't be comfortable without special shoes.
There is not much place to go in the evening, because the hotel is located in the village, there is no embankment. We were satisfied with EVERYTHING.We needed a relaxing vacation, and we got it. I RECOMMEND the hotel!

For lunch, compote is like at a wake. We had a rest in October, on the streets persimmon is ripe on the trees. And in a week at the hotel they gave each a thin slice of watermelon, and one slice of cucumber and tomatoes. And they clarified that one at a time. Baking something like a charlotte from the store, twice. For breakfast, if you are five minutes late, you will get nothing. They take out several pieces at a time. In October 2023 we had a rest in Abkhazia. We decided to take a walk. Attracted the attention of an Art Hotel with a cafe, looked into it.
In Tsandripsh, this is a really beautiful

We ordered a couple of portions of fries, khachapuri, a bottle of vodka, homemade passion fruit lemonade, a bottle of wine, coffee. We waited for 15 minutes when they would bring vodka with lemonade, wine glasses and a wine glass.
After that, we were told that the fryer was broken and they could offer mashed potatoes. And someone else refused potatoes in a rustic way and can also bring us. Serving potatoes in a rustic way with white sauce. But you can't call it a sauce in any way, it tastes like sour cream diluted with water 1:10, it pours terribly like water. Puree is also tasteless, colorless and odorless. Homemade lemonade turned out to be pineapple juice diluted with sparkling water. The wine was semi-dry and terribly sour, it reduced not only the mouth, but also the teeth. Khachapuri is a dry tasteless dough with a minimum amount of cheese. In the menu, the cost of a bottle of vodka is
600 rubles. They asked for the bill, and they were fucked up by the fact that the price for a bottle of vodka increased by 1.200₽!
As a result, we were very dissatisfied, the service is 0, the food is not delicious., but inside and out everything is very beautiful.

On the third day of rest, I wanted to change the hotel. I can't say anything bad about service and comfort. BUT the biggest and most important thing is the food. Families with young children are staying at the hotel, they have not even heard of any children's menu here. What is prepared here is the same for everyone, not everyone can eat, especially children. The men left the table hungry and ate in the neighboring cafes. There are no fruits
and vegetables, from the word at all. And this is Abkhazia in the month of June.... There are no pastries, for all the time there were Charlotte and cupcakes from the store. So I don't recommend the hotel to anyone. You can take accommodation, but only without food, as you will remain hungry and with a sick stomach. I'm attaching a photo of today's first course, judge for yourself (egg soup). Half an egg was floating in the broth.

We liked the hotel very much, it is beautiful and modern. Plus a large heated swimming pool. But there are also disadvantages: upon arrival, the floor was dirty, black hair. A little dusty in the evening, I started coughing.
The food is generally good, I was pleased that breakfast is included. In other places, for example, without it, and the price is much more expensive.
Very tasty casserole. There is also a choice for children: semolina porridge, balls with milk, a sausage sandwich, boiled and fried eggs, some fruits.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Tsandripsha. New, small, cozy. Cool rooms, own pool, kitchen - it's a blast, very tasty! We had breakfasts and lunches - it's just a song... You can have dinner here, but for a fee (I recommend dishes from the barbecue). The management and staff are polite, tactful, and hospitable. Thank you for a great stay! We were with my wife and daughter this summer.

The hotel is beautiful by the standards of Abkhazia. Swimming pool. Your own beach. Towels (change on request). Room cleaning is a bit lame and breakfasts are quite meager. Great hotel! Excellent service and food! Clean and cozy! The prices in the restaurant are inexpensive but the service is excellent. Great pool. It is 5 minutes to the sea with a two-year-old child. free sun beds and at the end of our vacation there were free umbrellas at the sea. The staff is friendly and courteous. The owner regularly comes with inspections, which speaks volumes. From the wishes : 1. Organize a playground at the hotel.2. We rested at the beginning of September.A very beautiful hotel! A rarity for Abkhazia. Friendly staff.Quite a delicious breakfast and lunch, but not as extensive as I would like.Dinners are paid, not cheap, there is also little choice, but it is better not to eat in other places. We tried the kitchen elsewhere and were disappointed.There is practically nowhere to walk near the hotel, only excursions will save you from boredom. I take off the star only for cleaning, it's terrible.On the third day, only the floors were wiped, and our bed was made with rumpled sheets, and dirty foot towels were not even changed. Our room faced the road, there was not much noise, but we were bitten by mosquitoes!

We stayed at this hotel from 08/16/12 to 08/19/12. We were very impressed with this hotel after another one. The restaurant is super, the pool is super, the waiter service is super. Very friendly Asic administrator, thank him very much. I liked everything very much, but there is also a very unpleasant moment, so four stars. On the day of departure, before handing over the rooms, they asked for a broom and a dustpan to clean the rooms, to which they received a response from the maid, "don't worry, we will clean everything ourselves." After handing over the keys, the maid went to clean up, after a couple of minutes she ran to the reception and began discussing in our presence that our rooms were very dirty and she needed a validol. 10 minutes later, Asik was taking out a garbage bag, and the maid defiantly in our presence began shouting after him that it was from two of our rooms. And several people from the hotel staff were standing around discussing that there was a lot of garbage after us. This whole situation is very disappointing, you begin to understand that the staff is not customer-oriented and is not familiar with the sense of tact. I really wanted to visit this hotel in the spring, but probably NOT, there was a very unpleasant aftertaste, and what is most offensive is all on the day of departure. It's not very pleasant. I hope that the head of this institution will respond to this review and work with the staff.

Every year, since 2012, we have been vacationing in Tsandrypsh. All the time in the same private house. We are not demanding of the conditions (we are not too lazy to cook breakfast ourselves, walk to the sea in 15 minutes, etc.). The only thing that upset us was the poorly functioning air conditioner, and therefore, in 2023, we decided to change our place of residence, with a mandatory condition: it should be in the Tsandrypsh. The choice fell on the Art Hotel - one of the most expensive in this locality.... the hotel impressed with its view against the background of an insanely beautiful, but unkempt Country of the Soul! The hotel has its own large swimming pool, free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, delicious breakfasts, polite staff, a balcony in the room. The middle of August is probably the hottest period. The air temperature is 35-38 degrees. And here is a small fly in the ointment in this barrel of honey: in fact, what we paid 7 times more for than in the coming years does NOT WORK! It's creepy! The room temperature is like outside! The air conditioner starts working only late at night! But... sleeping with the air conditioner running is extremely uncomfortable because of the noise, it is also impossible to open the window, because the external unit of the neighboring room creates even more noise! I'll add a little more to this spoon:
1. The Internet works the same way as the air conditioner
2. There is a kettle and cups in the room, but no tea! This is ridiculous! I often go on business trips and in any, the most shabby hotel there is tea in the room.
Bottom line: next year we will look for a new place.
PS : Of course, there is a possibility that only we were unlucky and the air conditioning worked in other rooms. We "rested" in room 26.

There were no bathrobes and an elementary tea set in the room, yes, there was a kettle and cups - that's all. There was also no bottled water.They always clean the room at different times, which is also quite inconvenient, first they cleaned before 12, then they came at ~ 15 o'clock.

We stayed at this hotel in the second half of June 2022. The hotel is clean, new, and the staff is friendly. The tour was taken with food, the food is very decent. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style. The choice is small, but everything is always fresh and delicious. Dinner is on your own account. We always had dinner at the hotel. We tried it once in another place, but the difference was obvious. It turned out to be a little cheaper for the money, but not so tasty. You could have your own wine, I don't know how now. It is especially pleasant that the wine is twice as cheap there. Popular in Russia "Apsny", "Lykhny", etc. cost 270-290 rubles per bottle. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Before going to this hotel, our family, as usual, got acquainted with the reviews of the hotel, no one could have thought that they did not correspond to reality. This hotel is located in an urban-type settlement. There are no restaurants or cafes around here (as they write in the comments). There are only small village-type shops nearby. There is no pedestrian road to the shops. There is a road only for cars, where cars pass at high speed, naturally pedestrians do not have the slightest desire to walk along it. You walk through the grass, skirting the manure left by local horses and cows. The embankment is abandoned, the road to it is broken. We have never had a desire to spend time there.
As for the hotel itself. Externally, the hotel looks very good. It's very cozy. The rooms are more or less comfortable. However, they saved money on all sorts of little things here. The hangers in the bathroom are aluminum, very thin, and under the weight of the towels they slowly begin to unbend, but there is a big plus, you can easily return them to their previous position with your thumb. Cabinets without doors, although I'm lying, one door is present. We had 5 hangers for 3 people, two of which are from the futurino children's world store, which are given out in the children's world for free when buying children's clothes. There is no tea set in the room (as they say on the hotel's website), only a kettle and two glasses, without a teaspoon, tea and other atrebutics. We arrived early in the morning, we were hungry, but the reception said that breakfast would only start tomorrow. Since there is nowhere to eat nearby, we wanted to buy food from the restaurant, but the receptionist did not appear for more than 20 minutes, as we did not ring the bell. As a result, we went to eat just like that, we thought if we would pay for something. But after the meal, the administrator did not appear. And in general, for 2 days (until one incident happened, I'll tell you about it later), we generally met the administrator at the workplace extremely rarely. After we "secretly" had breakfast, we went to the city, did not sleep all night, but there was nothing to do in the hotel and around it too. We returned at 14:00, the receptionist finally met us and began to tell us all the rules of the hotel. We tried to make it clear to the administrator that we were very tired, since I was in the position at 6 months, my husband had a baby sleeping in his arms, in a word, our brain did not perceive anything, one thought was to go to sleep, but the administrator replied that my task was to tell us everything no matter what. We listened in silence as best we could and went to the room. Breakfast at the hotel made us laugh. There was no butter, everything was taken out in small portions, for example, 4 pancakes were taken out, wait until the next portion was baked, and so it was in the whole meager menu.
And now the story about that incident: we went on an excursion on the second day, on my return, my dad lost the room key (my mom and dad also joined our family team), the keychain itself was in place, but the key popped out of the keychain and got lost. Dad checked his pocket on the tour, felt that the keychain was in place and calmly spent his rest time further. He tried to explain all this to the administrator, but the administrator said that the cost of the lost key was 5000 rubles. Dad said it didn't cost that much. The administrator said that then you pay at least 3,000 rubles. Dad replied that he would not pay. On his suggestion, why is it impossible to make a new key or replace the larva, which costs several times cheaper. The pope was rudely told that it was not for him to decide what they would do and how. In more than 70 hotels he visited, he never paid for a lost key, at least that much. To which the administrator immediately began to be rude and say: "what am I going to pay?" In general, the conflict began. The hotel manager came and started saying that he was going to throw Dad out of the hotel and offered my father to leave the hotel and sort it out outside, at that moment we were on the second floor, and when we heard that the hotel manager was yelling: "Get out, I won't let him talk to my girls like that!" we decided Go down. It seems to me that they say this only in a brothel, but not in a hotel. When we went down, I started standing up for my father, the receptionist jumped out of the counter and started yelling at me, YOU're telling me, I remind you, I'm 6 months pregnant. We are a family that has traveled many times, but we have never met such communication with the guests. As soon as I told the receptionist that I would describe all this in a review, the hotel manager immediately changed tactics. He calmed down, although before that he shouted that he was of Caucasian blood. Of course, everything changed right away. We went to the room, my husband was left alone and began to explain everything to the manager. As it turned out, the manager does not know what is going on here at all. That the butter was going somewhere, which seemed to be allocated to the guests, that the beds were not being made, that the cleaner was late, what was happening at breakfast, he just now decided to check everything on CCTV cameras and was shocked by what was happening. He began to apologize, said what he could do for us, etc. We said we didn't need anything. The manager left her husband his number and asked him to call if anything. In the morning, breakfast really changed, butter and porridge appeared, everything was in abundance, nothing had to wait as before. The receptionist greeted us with disdain, as if we owed her something, I saw her only gnawing seeds in a shared restaurant, I did not see her at the workplace. How can an employee chew sunflower seeds in the workplace? Not even at her workplace, at the reception, where she should be, but in a shared restaurant where the guests eat? We informed the manager about the unfriendly appearance of the administrator, the next day, there was already a man. Here he pleasantly surprised us. I was always at the workplace, greeted with warm words. But it lasted exactly two days. Then this lady appeared again, and behaved exactly the same as before. Although the manager said that she no longer works at the hotel. On the 5th day we moved out, although the hotel was paid for 10 days. We left at our own expense, to another hotel. At the sight of this receptionist, who treated us like Mr. Well, he is in hotels and did not want to spoil his vacation anymore. She wrote the pure truth. I just don't want anyone, just like us, reading all these positive reviews, to choose this hotel. After all, they do not correspond to reality. It seems to me that a person should understand where he is going. Knowing the truth, we would not have chosen this hotel, especially since we gave a round sum for it, for this amount we went to a 5* hotel in Turkey, for example, such as Rixos Antalya or Trendi Lara Antalya, out of season, but still. I attach a photo of the manager with the cook and their friends playing cards. Also, the hotel has only breakfast and there are no restaurants and cafes around, I must say that it will not work very well to eat at the hotel either, from the entire menu, you will be offered a maximum of 2 options. In general, there will be no choice. I wish this hotel to get acquainted with or read the literature about the service in hotels. After all, in fact, he has every chance to receive only positive feedback from the guests.
I also attached a photo of the hotel's instructions for visitors, a very interestingly written text, such texts are written by our neighbors in the entrances, it reads more threatening than friendly. I especially liked the line where they write that they used this hotel as their own home. Now I understand why the receptionist and the hotel manager behave like at home and not at the workplace. They gnaw seeds and play cards, where visitors should rest, but not employees. And also read the last line written in yellow text. I'm sorry, but this is a clear threat. To hang this up for your visitors, after reading it, you just don't want to be a hotel guest.
I really liked Abkhazia itself. It's beautiful here. Nature is gorgeous. Yes, there are a lot of abandoned houses here and little has been restored after the war, but in general I do not regret coming here. For those who are coming here to relax for the first time, I advise you to stay better in Gagra. The town is more lively, and more restored.

Objectively, this is the best hotel in the vicinity of Amzara. It was put into operation last year, everything is new. Nice rooms, clean and tidy everywhere. Friendly staff. The price includes breakfast and lunch according to the buffet system. The cuisine is very tasty, the portions are large. The bar will open soon.
