Super hotel, delicious food, nice rooms, private beach with sun loungers and no queues. The staff is also very friendly. Who needs a relaxing holiday is worth considering :)
Before going to this hotel, our family, as usual, got acquainted with the reviews of the hotel, no one could have thought that they did not correspond to reality. This hotel is located in an urban-type settlement. There are no restaurants or cafes around here (as they write in the comments). There are only small village-type shops nearby. There is no pedestrian road to the shops. There is a road only for cars, where cars pass at high speed, naturally pedestrians do not have the slightest desire to walk along it. You walk through the grass, skirting the manure left by local horses and cows. The embankment is abandoned, the road to it is broken. We have never had a desire to spend time there.
As for the hotel itself. Externally, the hotel looks very good. It's very cozy. The rooms are more or less comfortable. However, they saved money on all sorts of little things here. The hangers in the bathroom are aluminum, very thin, and under the weight of the towels they slowly begin to unbend, but there is a big plus, you can easily return them to their previous position with your thumb. Cabinets without doors, although I'm lying, one door is present. We had 5 hangers for 3 people, two of which are from the futurino children's world store, which are given out in the children's world for free when buying children's clothes. There is no tea set in the room (as they say on the hotel's website), only a kettle and two glasses, without a teaspoon, tea and other atrebutics. We arrived early in the morning, we were hungry, but the reception said that breakfast would only start tomorrow. Since there is nowhere to eat nearby, we wanted to buy food from the restaurant, but the receptionist did not appear for more than 20 minutes, as we did not ring the bell. As a result, we went to eat just like that, we thought if we would pay for something. But after the meal, the administrator did not appear. And in general, for 2 days (until one incident happened, I'll tell you about it later), we generally met the administrator at the workplace extremely rarely. After we "secretly" had breakfast, we went to the city, did not sleep all night, but there was nothing to do in the hotel and around it too. We returned at 14:00, the receptionist finally met us and began to tell us all the rules of the hotel. We tried to make it clear to the administrator that we were very tired, since I was in the position at 6 months, my husband had a baby sleeping in his arms, in a word, our brain did not perceive anything, one thought was to go to sleep, but the administrator replied that my task was to tell us everything no matter what. We listened in silence as best we could and went to the room. Breakfast at the hotel made us laugh. There was no butter, everything was taken out in small portions, for example, 4 pancakes were taken out, wait until the next portion was baked, and so it was in the whole meager menu.
And now the story about that incident: we went on an excursion on the second day, on my return, my dad lost the room key (my mom and dad also joined our family team), the keychain itself was in place, but the key popped out of the keychain and got lost. Dad checked his pocket on the tour, felt that the keychain was in place and calmly spent his rest time further. He tried to explain all this to the administrator, but the administrator said that the cost of the lost key was 5000 rubles. Dad said it didn't cost that much. The administrator said that then you pay at least 3,000 rubles. Dad replied that he would not pay. On his suggestion, why is it impossible to make a new key or replace the larva, which costs several times cheaper. The pope was rudely told that it was not for him to decide what they would do and how. In more than 70 hotels he visited, he never paid for a lost key, at least that much. To which the administrator immediately began to be rude and say: "what am I going to pay?" In general, the conflict began. The hotel manager came and started saying that he was going to throw Dad out of the hotel and offered my father to leave the hotel and sort it out outside, at that moment we were on the second floor, and when we heard that the hotel manager was yelling: "Get out, I won't let him talk to my girls like that!" we decided Go down. It seems to me that they say this only in a brothel, but not in a hotel. When we went down, I started standing up for my father, the receptionist jumped out of the counter and started yelling at me, YOU're telling me, I remind you, I'm 6 months pregnant. We are a family that has traveled many times, but we have never met such communication with the guests. As soon as I told the receptionist that I would describe all this in a review, the hotel manager immediately changed tactics. He calmed down, although before that he shouted that he was of Caucasian blood. Of course, everything changed right away. We went to the room, my husband was left alone and began to explain everything to the manager. As it turned out, the manager does not know what is going on here at all. That the butter was going somewhere, which seemed to be allocated to the guests, that the beds were not being made, that the cleaner was late, what was happening at breakfast, he just now decided to check everything on CCTV cameras and was shocked by what was happening. He began to apologize, said what he could do for us, etc. We said we didn't need anything. The manager left her husband his number and asked him to call if anything. In the morning, breakfast really changed, butter and porridge appeared, everything was in abundance, nothing had to wait as before. The receptionist greeted us with disdain, as if we owed her something, I saw her only gnawing seeds in a shared restaurant, I did not see her at the workplace. How can an employee chew sunflower seeds in the workplace? Not even at her workplace, at the reception, where she should be, but in a shared restaurant where the guests eat? We informed the manager about the unfriendly appearance of the administrator, the next day, there was already a man. Here he pleasantly surprised us. I was always at the workplace, greeted with warm words. But it lasted exactly two days. Then this lady appeared again, and behaved exactly the same as before. Although the manager said that she no longer works at the hotel. On the 5th day we moved out, although the hotel was paid for 10 days. We left at our own expense, to another hotel. At the sight of this receptionist, who treated us like Mr. Well, he is in hotels and did not want to spoil his vacation anymore. She wrote the pure truth. I just don't want anyone, just like us, reading all these positive reviews, to choose this hotel. After all, they do not correspond to reality. It seems to me that a person should understand where he is going. Knowing the truth, we would not have chosen this hotel, especially since we gave a round sum for it, for this amount we went to a 5* hotel in Turkey, for example, such as Rixos Antalya or Trendi Lara Antalya, out of season, but still. I attach a photo of the manager with the cook and their friends playing cards. Also, the hotel has only breakfast and there are no restaurants and cafes around, I must say that it will not work very well to eat at the hotel either, from the entire menu, you will be offered a maximum of 2 options. In general, there will be no choice. I wish this hotel to get acquainted with or read the literature about the service in hotels. After all, in fact, he has every chance to receive only positive feedback from the guests.
I also attached a photo of the hotel's instructions for visitors, a very interestingly written text, such texts are written by our neighbors in the entrances, it reads more threatening than friendly. I especially liked the line where they write that they used this hotel as their own home. Now I understand why the receptionist and the hotel manager behave like at home and not at the workplace. They gnaw seeds and play cards, where visitors should rest, but not employees. And also read the last line written in yellow text. I'm sorry, but this is a clear threat. To hang this up for your visitors, after reading it, you just don't want to be a hotel guest.
I really liked Abkhazia itself. It's beautiful here. Nature is gorgeous. Yes, there are a lot of abandoned houses here and little has been restored after the war, but in general I do not regret coming here. For those who are coming here to relax for the first time, I advise you to stay better in Gagra. The town is more lively, and more restored.
Objectively, this is the best hotel in the vicinity of Amzara. It was put into operation last year, everything is new. Nice rooms, clean and tidy everywhere. Friendly staff. The price includes breakfast and lunch according to the buffet system. The cuisine is very tasty, the portions are large. The bar will open soon. A swimming pool with clean and warm water, comfortable sun beds. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. A shuttle service to and from Adler Airport is provided.
My parents stayed at the hotel at the end of August and were satisfied with the service and the hotel as a whole. Special thanks from me for helping with the organization of a gift to parents in honor of the wedding anniversary.

For the second summer of 2022-2023 we are resting at the Art Hotel. I love this place. The staff is very friendly and friendly. They will always be interested in how things are and how the mood is. The second time we came in general, as to relatives, we were very warmly welcomed. Everything is within walking distance of both a store and a pharmacy. The rooms are nice, all with balconies. Everything is working properly, and plumbing and plumbing and we were lucky with the Internet. We lived in 24 and 25 rooms. We will definitely come back more than once.
We found the perfect hotel in Abkhazia, where the sea, comfort, silence and amazing views are nearby. It is brand new, with a cozy finish, spacious, comfortable rooms,
It is visible and felt that the owners and employees of the hotel are trying to take care of the guests.
And all this at an affordable price. From now on, we will only stay here, recommend to friends, as well as come with families. No one wanted to leave.

After a long search, we chose an Art hotel. I must say right away, only the hotel saved the rest. Everything is as in the picture, you will not find the best in Tsandripsh. European-style, beautiful, the sea is nearby, the store is nearby, the food is decent. Of the cons:1. there is no equipped beach from the hotel stated on the website; 2. Music screams until 22.30-23.00; 3. Cleaning is lame, water and shampoos were brought once a week at the entrance; 4. In the evenings, and during the day, there are some influx of relatives / friends of the owners, the impression that you are generally superfluous here and kind of passed by, decided to come in; 5. By the middle of lunch, all the food is cold.But, given the antler situation with decent places to stay in Abkhazia, the hotel is decent. The price tag for it is not a budget one. You can only talk about "Abkhazian hospitality" if you are ready to be given excursions, drinks, etc.

We decided to come in and eat dessert. It wasn't on the menu. Ordered : French fries , khachapuri , sweet wine , but offered dry ... and assured that it was very sweet , took lemonade ( homemade ) 400₽ .as a result: the fryer did not work, they offered mashed potatoes, then they also offered potatoes at home (someone refused) . The potatoes were disgusting, the sauce was like water, the khachapuri was very dry and tasteless. Lemonade - juice diluted with mineral water , mashed potatoes - a full hat . As a result : there is 1800 vodka in the receipt , 600 rubles in the menu . No maintenance of any kind .. for a very long time, they took everything themselves from another table,. but the coffee turned out to be delicious from an automatic coffee machine) . They really fell for the appearance of the hotel . I do not recommend the cafe of this hotel .

The toilet drain did not work. The towels are stiff and washed, there are no bathrobes. Room cleaning is also not very good, when checking in, a piece of hair was removed from the floor. There is a kettle in the room, but there is no water or tea bags. The staff is attentive and polite. Will I come and recommend this Hotel? Probably not, because the price/quality does not match
The new hotel is all new and well renovated.
I wish you to develop further and open a cafe or restaurant on the territory.
