When I come to Aktobe, I often visit this institution with friends, the last visit was just a month ago, I asked for a review - I am writing.
The cuisine as a whole has always been pleasing here, with the exception of noodles in ramen, as if a rubber rollton had been brewed.
The obvious disadvantage of managers is poorly trained staff working with people. Customer focus is 5 out of 10.
With a relatively low workload, the waiters never came up on their own for 3 visits last month to find out if something else was needed, even when they pass by the table, they still need to be shouted at, after pressing the button, the wait reached 10 minutes and this is all despite the fact that the client pays a 10% commission, which by law it cannot be turned on without his consent. And at the last payment: "Can you come and pay at the checkout?" - a moveton.
I always respect the work of waiters, but in order to respect it, it must match.
1 - kitchen, 1 - neatness, 1 - general atmosphere
Minus 1 for the service and minus 1 for the rubber noodles and the killed menu.

There are very big claims to the ‘service’. At 23, they are already closing with might and main, no matter how I go in, the cleaners always start mopping the floor right in front of the table, rattling chairs, stinking of funds. They turn off the music. The waiters are just shouting obscenities in the hall. The most uncomfortable place, they nag you with their eyes and wait for you to leave. You're sitting there, finishing your dessert like a thief. At 23:20, the waiter said that they were closing.
Although the opening time is indicated until one o'clock in the morning. It's all unpleasant. They are preparing an alternative on the spot, they do not know the assortment, they do not understand what product they are working with. There is no grain. Probably only one barista girl knows what an aeropress is. For some reason, Kemex is on the menu, but there are no filters for it, maybe it's a lie and they just don't want to cook it because they don't know how.
No one knows how to talk culturally, there is zero subordination. As I understand it, no founder/director/or even manager controls this, they just don't care, because there is not much competition in the city. I'm a guest - I don't want to know any details of anyone's lives, hear all this stuff, and leave an hour and a half before closing time.
Some kind of obvious lag behind the world.
