I stayed at the hotel from October 14th to 15th. Theft is rampant in the hotel. Money was stolen from a wallet in the room when I went to breakfast at the hotel. I was out of the room for only 15-20 minutes. The security camera on the floor where my room was located was not working on the day of the theft.
The director of the Aida hotel behaved impudently and defiantly, treating customers with disregard. Instead of making amends with me, she tried to negotiate with the police officers.
As a result, they refused to compensate for the damage, no apologies.
Beware of this hotel, no one will provide you with security here.

Noisily. Every night the neighbors gasped and groaned. An old mattress, it was very uncomfortable. The Windows overlook a busy street, from early morning the noise of cars, even with the window closed. The whole hotel looks "tired".
Breakfast is included in the payment, but it is not exactly hearty, tasty and varied. For a small price, perhaps you can consider it, but I will not choose it anymore

Bad old carpet in the rooms.

I don't understand the rave reviews and positive ratings.
I lived in a room, attention, junior suite. I checked in after a hard flight and was greeted in the shower room by a tuft of hair in the drain. There are also falling apart fittings in the bathroom, which was very annoying when using.
The room itself is greasy, the bed linen is stained, which apparently just can't be washed anymore, and there are holes, some kind of smeared snot on the curtains too. Breakfasts are not so good, having tried it once, I didn't even want to continue for free.
The day before departure, I packed my suitcase on the floor and found a cockroach in it!!! (apparently he wanted to leave this disgusting place).
If I had to choose a place on my own (the accommodation was on a business trip), I would never have checked into this hotel again in my life. Oh, yes, they also don't have a certificate of stardom.
The only plus is the location, that's where the advantages end, but also, I would prefer to live geographically further from the center, but in a clean and tidy place.

And the second time, we got a room with a broken sink and a non-working outlet, with an antediluvian air conditioner that threshes like a tractor. With stains on the carpet. The breakfasts are not bad, but the vegetables and cheese are delicious, and once the cucumber slices were not edible at all. There are no complaints about cleanliness. The staff is very friendly.

I didn't like it - the room, namely a stupid renovation, you need to climb on the bed in the mirror, and the TV is on the side, the plaster is falling off. It was very hot, I had to open the window, but as a side effect, the noise of loud cars and barking dogs from the private sector. There is no elementary kettle in the room, a bathtub for children or dwarfs (it would be better to make a shower), the hose on the watering can is short and you need to wash off your head with cancer.
A solid three.
