It's impossible to find something! The same thing happens at ATMs: I wanted to withdraw dollars from a currency card at an ATM, but I accidentally put a salary card instead of a currency card (the cards are exactly the same in appearance - golden and differ only in the same barely noticeable golden inscription in the corner of BYN and $) and the currency was withdrawn at an inflated exchange rate, which can only be viewed on the website!!! No warnings pop up saying that the course is such and such. Just to deceive!!!

However, some time later, I received a transfer in the amount of 100 rubles to my account from a person who did not know that I no longer use Alfa-Bank's services. To my surprise, the money was successfully credited to the blocked card, after which they were automatically charged 7 rubles for maintenance. Is this even normal? The question arises: how is it possible to transfer funds to a blocked card if you can no longer use this money? In addition, a commission was deducted when transferring the remaining funds to my main card, as the ERIP service no longer worked on the blocked card. This causes me confusion and disappointment, I do not advise using the services of this bank.

I needed a period from May 21 to June 24. Unfortunately, it is done so that you are told: contact the Bank branch, the Bank says you will have to wait from 5 working days .....and up to almost Half a month, when you have only 5 slaves.days to provide Information to the service. The Bank branch Managers were connected to resolve the conflict when the 6th (sixth) slave.A day and it wasn't Ready! There was no time anymore....so it was necessary to prove over 12,000 bel.rubles. on Payments. At the moment: according to the Statements in the application, there is All the slag of the above payments (loaf, milk, kefir, underpants and pads, etc.) and it is not possible to view certain transfers and payments, because the prescription of operations .... I contacted the Bank again at number 198 and requested a Check on 07.10.2024 indicating a specific transfer: The date, time of the transfer, the amount of the transfer-we are waiting for the day 07.10.24. The client logs in according to all the rules using the phone, but cannot transfer money in sufficient quantity. Tech support responds: nothing can be done, you have to wait 24 hours. I hung up and immediately called my prior, the phone was picked up in 5 minutes, the girl on the line explained the whole situation and within 30 minutes promptly tried to solve the problem and we came to the conclusion that Alfa Bank did not even consider an application for sending funds (although support proved the opposite). And now, after 2 hours of torment, those.With prior's support, I was able to receive the desired funds to my account (instead of the alpha 3 days). I came to the conclusion: that I will terminate the contract with this bank and will continue to cooperate with my prior and who really care about their customers. I had the temerity to order a credit and debit card from this bank. The first time, the operator kept me at home waiting for a long time, and then apologized and said that he had checked everything, there were no complaints against me, BUT he would come next week (he could not get to my house, although I live just outside the MKAD). The next operator came and said that the bank had checked everything, everything was fine and was ready to issue me both debit and credit cards. But during the paperwork process, it turned out that the bank's office got it wrong and incorrectly indicated my home address. The representative of the bank apologized AGAIN and went home. The third representative of the bank (he had to kill a representative of Alfa-bank for the third evening) came to me, but misled me and said that it was necessary to immediately pay 10 rubles (transfer it to me to pay for my phone). This service was imposed by the bank in the interests of the bank itself, since the grace period begins ONLY from the moment of making the first purchase (that is, the 10 rubles that the bank representative imposed on me to pay for the first transaction - payment for my phone services and opened only one month for preferential interest-free lending). Then it's even more interesting. After I spent 14,000 rubles on purchases in the first four days of using a credit card, the bank unexpectedly announced in an SMS that the installment plan for 1 year was suspended, and the credit limit was reduced to zero rubles. Allegedly, the bank unexpectedly revealed , according to information received from the credit history bureau, my debts of some kind . But I don't have any debts at all to third-party organizations. The bank was unable to provide any OFFICIAL data or documents. THUS THE BANK: 1. Deliberately misled me and imposed on me the early opening of a grace period immediately after I received a bank card by forcing me to transfer 10 rubles to my phone and opening a grace period for purchases with installments for 365 days. 2. Without explaining the reason, in his own interests, he deprived me of the opportunity to receive an interest-free period for all purchases in the first month. That is, while there will be correspondence and clarification of all the circumstances, and this is at least a month (given by alfa-bank for installments) expires. This bank did not provide any documents confirming the dishonesty of the bank (bank employees came three times and through their own fault could not hand over the cards to me) and repeated facts (three times) of checking my credit history. Scans of the answers are attached . Thus, the bank avoids providing an interest-free installment plan for 1 year with which they lure customers for themselves. Be careful not to get caught by these scammers from Alfa-bank. Don't fall for their tricks. You'd better go to another bank.
