I have traveled almost all over Belarus, and there is almost no normal Belarusian cuisine anywhere. Either chebureks, or hamburgers, or soup kitchens with salads from that time made of mayonnaise and other rubbish. And it was only Here that I found the real Slovene rural cuisine! Sauerkraut, lard, black bread, homemade sausage. All dishes are prepared properly in the village-in ovens. For those who are not driving, there are great local berry and fruit drinks. Try not to drive through this place. You won't find another one like this. I always stop by on my way to Moscow and brought my friends from St. Petersburg. And I get very upset if it's closed.
Many people travel from Minsk because there is no authentic Belarusian cuisine in the capital.
