Hotel is very clean and staff is very polite ,helpful .hotel is near from all attractions ..frond desk is always available for help especially farman and shahbaz
We were a family in early March for a week.
Convenient location near the beach , bus stops , shops .
The hotel is clean, excellent food was served for breakfast and dinner.
The room is spacious and clean, everything works, the linen and the bed are excellent.
The rooftop pool is super heated, the Mucraru employee is always polite and cheerful respect to him!
I went to the gym in the morning, too, everything is new in excellent condition, there is a cooler, sauna, towels!
Recommended for a visit !
A very decent three-star hotel. Nice lobby and room interiors. Clear. Perfectly located. La mer beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the world trade center metro station is about the same. There are many supermarkets and cafes around. There is a bus stop nearby. The staff is very friendly. There was no hair dryer in our room, they brought it right away when we called. I'll be happy to come back. Thanks to the hotel for the great days spent in Dubai.
A very nice hotel. It is located 15 minutes from the sea, unfortunately there is no beach of its own. We went to a very, very decent city beach! But there are a lot of shops, eateries, boutiques, etc. nearby, as well as an alcohol market, this is a difficult topic in the UAE, but then it was solved on the way to the beach. The quality of service and the maintenance of the rooms are about 4 stars, although the hotel is positioned at 3, maybe this is the case for Dubai... There is a private pool with stunning views and a fitness room, included in the price of a standard room. Breakfast, buffet, lunch mostly a la carte and dinner too. The portions are huge. We liked it.
Yes, the hotel takes a deposit of 350 derham. Unfortunately, there were no slippers, but they give adapters for sockets to the Euro standard. There is a kettle in the room. Water and tea/coffee bags are brought to the room.
I really liked the hotel and the service. Smiling staff. They make their way well, every day, change towels. We had a breakfast, dinner rate (you can change it for lunch), delicious food, Swedish in the morning, lunch on the menu. There is a rooftop pool. La mer beach is a 15-minute walk away. The beach is nice, but it seems to be closed. White sand, sparsely populated. We took a taxi to the Dubai Mall. There are cafes and many shops near the hotel. I liked everything, I recommend it.
Great hotel! Friendly staff! 👍🏻👏🏻 spacious rooms, comfortable beds! Gorgeous Swedish breakfasts👏🏻 and in the evening, for an additional fee, we used their Swedish dinners, very convenient, after long walks to have dinner at the hotel and immediately go up to the room to relax! The location of the hotel is excellent, near the bus stop to the center, lots of shops, currency exchange, wonderful La Mer beach within walking distance of 7 minutes The area is Filipino, Hindu, but we did not observe any outrage/begging, we returned to the hotel after dark every day.
Great hotel. Very clean, the furniture is as new, linen, towels are snow-white. Very tasty breakfasts, a good assortment. Super pool on the roof. The water is clean, warm, and the view of the Burj Khalifa is amazing. The beach is about ten minutes on foot. The beach is public, but clean, there are showers, changing rooms, lifeguards. I recommend the hotel.
If you are choosing a hotel for a beach holiday and the budget does not include hotels on the first line, the choice is good. To the beach ~15 minutes
The rooms are spacious.
The price is low.
La mer is close.
(The safe wasn't working at the entrance, they came and fixed it)
There are exchangers around for 3.65.
There are not expensive cafes and shops nearby (cafes should be chosen more thoroughly)
Settled ahead of time
There are no special disadvantages for a budget holiday.
Great hotel, nice rooms. Excellent staff, always ready to help. Good, varied food. The beach is large and clean with a large infrastructure within walking distance. There is a good Turkish restaurant near the hotel. I highly recommend it.
Nice hotel. The location is good. The food is decent.Filipinsky, Indian district. The beach nearby is relatively free, the water is cleaner than on the central one opposite the wheel, and there are fewer people. Adults can walk 15-20 minutes. By taxi , 500-600 rubles . There is a rooftop pool with a view of the city. The guides inside speak Russian.
Well, Chet wasn't very impressed with this hotel. It looks like it's not bad, it's located near the beach (10-15 minutes of leisurely walking, the beach is very good). But if you start to look closely, the rooms are cleaned purely formally (the bed was made and the trash was taken out), everything in the room itself is already badly worn (the shower watering can was dangling and tied with a bag), the safe was broken. The food is very average. The staff is quite friendly. The tours at the hotel seemed a little expensive, but worse than that, the performers- the drivers never arrived on time. The hotel has its own rooftop pool and everything is fine there. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the center and an hour on foot. There is a market nearby, many shops
A decent 3*. It is located in an area where the main population is Hindus, Iranians and Pakistanis. There is a mosque not far away. The beach is about a kilometer away on foot via an elevated walkway and a couple of busy roads. The city beach is equipped with showers and changing rooms. The water is clear, the sand is fine. The food is not very varied, but delicious. The disadvantage of the staff's work is that there are often not enough cutlery on the tables; food is replenished slowly. Even ordinary water is often not enough. The rooms are cleaned with high quality, and there is a pleasant aroma when cleaning the carpet in the hallway. But the towels in the room were only for the shower. I had to ask for the 3rd day for my face at least, for my hands, and they didn't bother. The shower outlet is only for the electric shaver. There is a hairdryer in the room, but you need to use it in the room. An adapter is needed for sockets. Ask at the reception when checking in. They asked later and promised to bring it. That was not the case. We met a maid and took her in. She also gave me an ironing board and an iron. Guided tours can be purchased directly at the hotel. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. You will receive hand-painted towels at the entrance. There is no balcony in the Superior rum, and there is nowhere to dry the laundry. The beds are very comfortable, the bed is great.
I liked everything:the food, the location, the staff, the pool and the gym , the room is small but cozy, the silence in such a crowded place, the beach is 17min away and shops and attractions are located nearby.
It's a cool hotel, they didn't find any dirty places in the room.the food is delicious, the staff is kind, the pool is warm :))
there is a place to eat near the hotel, and there is also a beach 15-20 minutes walk away.in principle, the location is not bad.I recommend this hotel:D
The only thing is, when you leave the hotel, there are rich people on one side and Hindus on the other.
Excellent food solid 5, service solid 5 service is also 5 c + the only one - 2.2 km to the sea and so everything is OK, there is a souvenir shop and all sorts of stuff, so to speak, I recommend this hotel, if you don't like it, look for a better one, I personally liked everything.
We stayed at the hotel in November 2024. The hotel is modern. There is a swimming pool (some reviews say that it is missing). Of the advantages, I would like to note the proximity to the beach. One of the disadvantages is to get to the sights and metro by bus. If you left the hotel and went straight towards the beach, then the area is more or less nothing, two-storey Dubai. But if you leave the hotel and turn left, you get into a dirty unpleasant atmosphere. There is no sound insulation in the rooms.
A normal hotel for reasonable money. There is a Russian-speaking staff, and there are Russians at the entrance offering guided tours. Decent rooms without frills. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a choice, but the dishes are repeated from day to day with a small variety, then pancakes, then waffles. 20 minutes from La Mer beach.
It's a pretty good three. Unless, of course, you expect something from her that cannot be in 3*. There was no soap, toothbrushes, shampoo - we went to the supermarket nearby and bought it. There's a hair dryer in the closet. It was cleaned every day. We hung up do not disturb every other day, so they called in the evenings if they needed water or towels to change. The breakfasts were normal, and they always left well-fed and satisfied. Lunch and dinner were not bought, there is a lot of inexpensive food near the hotel. The most delicious and inexpensive Filipino cuisine near the Picnic cafe. And in general, you need to look at where a lot of locals eat. That means it's delicious and fresh. They brought Alko with them. There's an alcohol market nearby, but we never got there. There's a pool on the roof, we went down a couple of times. And so the beach is 15 minutes on foot, we swam in the sea. There is a sauna, a fitness center, and there were almost no people there. Everything is clean, friendly staff. They left a deposit of 300 d for two people and a tour fee, like 70 d for 7 nights. By the way, dirhams were bought at Sberbank, the normal exchange rate.
Overall, the hotel is wonderful!
12+ for all guests. In the Filipino-Pakistani district of Deira. Beautiful, well-groomed, bright. Excellent location and transport connection. We have never used a taxi. Between the center and the sea. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The rooms are comfortable. Three elevators. Excellent sound insulation. An important note is that the hotel is for non-smokers or non-smokers. The staff is English-speaking.
On the plus side: There is always hot water. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Wi-Fi is everywhere!!! There are many relaxation areas in the lobby.
There are a few butts.
1. It is further to the sea than indicated. The distance is 2 km on foot or 20-30 minutes under the heat. Through several roads with traffic lights. The nearest beach of La Mer is no longer the same. But still, the toilet, changing rooms and a shower remained from the infrastructure. The bathing area resembles a paddling pool. The water is blooming.
2. In ordinary rooms, even if you have a suitcase of clothes with you so as not to wash anything, it is not possible to dry a swimsuit and a beach towel. It takes a day to dry in the room - this causes a musty smell to appear in the room after a few days. The air conditioner is centralized and lives its own life - it's cold, it's hot. Not a very comfortable closet.
Rooms on both sides. Those whose windows overlooked the neighboring building have complaints of discomfort in the reviews.
3. In the travel agency on the ground floor, you can only deal with their manager named Mikey.
The price-quality ratio is quite consistent. Yes, the view from the window is not very good, but we only returned to spend the night, we had no time to look. The Satva area, yes, there are migrants, but it didn't bother us or bother us. The hotel is mainly inhabited by Russian speakers. The breakfasts are excellent, buffet, lunch and dinner are a la carte or buffet, depending on the number of guests. There is enough food, they cook very well, but it's too small for children. And the trouble is, there's only water for lunch and dinner. The room is clean, but they clean it late. There is a set for tea and coffee, which are replenished daily, and water is also supplied. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. From a logistical point of view, everything is fine. If you figure out the transport cards, then there are no problems at all. There are bus stops on three sides, and a 30-minute walk to the metro. La Mer Beach is a 20-minute walk away. We combined beach holidays in the morning and sightseeing in the afternoon. Since the time was calculated by the minute, our logistics are 100% worked out. The hotel has Russian-speaking local guides who are very friendly. Currency exchange across the block on the left, shops on every corner, even bought Dubai chocolate😊
I recommend it, a super hotel in a good location with a swimming pool overlooking Burdsh Khalifa, the chefs made a masterpiece New Year's Eve dinner. The hotel is clean and pleasant.
The hotel doesn't seem to be bad. It is located two kilometers from La Mer beach. There are 2 pools on the roof, one for children and the other for adults, both heated.Upon check-in, they charge a deposit of 300 dirhams and 10 dirhams tax for each night. The deposit will be refunded upon eviction. The food is monotonous and sometimes very spicy. We had 2 adults and a child to ask for an extra bed. Water, tea and coffee were replenished only when requested. The iron was also given only after the request. When the room was turned in, the Wi-Fi was turned off, but when they came to the reception, they connected us again, as the room was turned in at 12:00 and we were picked up from the hotel at 18:00. When buying a safari at the hotel, they forgot to register us and we had to wait an extra hour for them to pick us up. Our guide from Anex tour had more expensive vouchers. The guide from Anex tour, Abel Alapishvili, is very touchy. We didn't buy anything from him, so he didn't give us any information about the transfer to the airport. I waited until the last, I had to write to him several times and he answered at 1 a.m.
Good room stock, unworn furniture and plumbing, clean. They clean well.
The hotel is located in a ghetto for immigrants from Southeast Asia, you constantly get the feeling that you are in Thailand.
It's a long way to the sea, it's a long way to the nearest beach - La Mer, don't believe these "15 minutes", etc., look at the map. The beach is dirty, the water is dirty and this is not at all the consequences of the flood in April, as the "experts" lie. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to it, because 1.6 km along crooked trails, with a passage over an elevated bridge, in the heat.
You have to go to a bus stop 400 meters away and go to other beaches, such as Kite Beach, and this is 40-60 minutes in the morning crush with hard workers. Buses run every 20 minutes.
the food is extremely monotonous, for 13 days there are the same sausages and omelets.
Unexpectedly, the buffet for dinner was canceled as part of the main course. The dishes offered on the map were with very specific spices and almost no protein products.
The staff is helpful, but clueless, they chatter very quickly in terrible English with a small vocabulary, nothing is clear what they are saying, some kind of merged meowing of incorrectly pronounced words.
They cannot solve any minor problem, such as constantly self-deactivating electronic room keys. any question, such as replace the batteries in the TV remote control, throws you into a stupor.
The kettle, as always and everywhere, with the lid broken off, is even funny.
It's a pity I didn't film the faecal waters of La Mer and the devastation on the Lamerovsky promenade.
The hotel left mixed impressions - it was what I liked and what upset me.
The beach is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The beach is gorgeous - soft sand, clear water. There is a toilet, we did not find any changing rooms, there is a shower.
From the hotel to the metro station is a half-hour walk or 20 minutes by bus. The area of Pakistanis, Iranians, Filipinos. atypical Dubai)) but there are many cheap cafes and a supermarket nearby.
The room is very old and crying for repairs. There are dried stains everywhere on the carpet, furniture, and walls. The plumbing is broken. There are no sockets in the bathroom, there is no towel hook next to the sink, I had to go to the bathroom every time to wipe my hands. There is a hair dryer. They give you an adapter at the reception. There is a free safe.
Linen and towels are always clean, it seems to me that towels were changed every day (I don't understand why). But for some reason, one towel was not reported to us three times in a row. After the call at the reception, the issue was resolved. They save toilet paper)) I understand that they don't use it, but you need to be a tourist))
The air conditioner cannot be configured, it is centralized, you can only turn it on or off. The room was very cold (we were in March) and very humid. The clothes did not dry out for three days.
The Windows overlook the courtyard, where something buzzes all night (it looks like an air conditioner), and you can reach out to the neighbor opposite without any problems.
The breakfasts are hearty, but very monotonous (the same thing every day but in different variations - omelette, potatoes, vegetables, sausages, etc.), for 9 days of stay, everything was too boring.
The big plus of this hotel is the staff. Very responsive and friendly. All problems were solved promptly, and the necessary supplies were brought upon request. Everyone is very friendly.
The most convenient if you come to the exhibition at the World Trade Center. The sea is nearby, 5-7 minutes to La mer . The mosque is 50 meters away. Supermarkets are 3 minutes away. There is a gym and a sauna. The rooms are fresh.
It is well located. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea, the beach is urban but clean and lifeguards are constantly on duty. You can also walk to the main attractions of Dubai (the frame, the Museum of the Future, the Dubai Mall), it takes from 40 to 70 minutes. There are many small markets and a large supermarket nearby. The food is quite decent, the juices are natural. The rooms were cleaned every day. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, cups, safe, slippers. On the upper floor there is a gym with exercise equipment, a sauna and a hut. You can use it at any time. Although it is a "three", it is no different from 4*, except that there is no pool.
For your money, and three stars, the hotel is very good. The breakfast is super, the choice is great. The room was clean, everything worked, bed linen and towels were clean and of good quality. They cleaned it perfectly, right after you put up the sign. They did not take a deposit from us at all, and the tax was minimal. The main advantage of this hotel is the Lamer beach within walking distance.(15 min) No need to bother with transfers and taxis.
We have been visiting this hotel for 3 times already! A decent hotel, 3 meals a day. The kitchen is suitable for different tastes, this time I realized that there is... Rooftop pool! A good alternative to the sea, if the sea is not very warm! I recommend this hotel, even though it is 3*, but I will be happy to come to this particular hotel!
Nice hotel, I liked it. Cleanliness and comfort. The staff was good, they understood everything, although we only knew English thanks. If possible, we will definitely come back here.
It was at the end of February 2025. The room was large, with a kettle, tea/coffee/sugar. The safe (did not work, they asked at the reception, the master was sent). A small refrigerator. Ask for a network adapter at the reception, they give 1 per room, it has 2 USB ports and 1 socket. The breakfasts are the same. Lunch/dinner in the city, full of cafes. There are bus stops nearby, see the routes, they go to all parts of the city. The beach is 20 minutes away.
I liked everything, we recommend it.
Conveniently located, easy access to the sea, 10 minutes, near supermarkets. The service is impeccable, clean. The staff is polite, friendly, helpful. Undoubtedly, the hotel deserves high praise, the rating corresponds to
10.04. we are still at the hotel.
Overall, the price/quality/location is good.
I did not expect luxury here for the money I paid (12 nights for about 100-110 tr. with breakfast).
But it's clean, the workers are trying, the room is cleaned every day without reminders.
The breakfasts were helped out by excellent pastries. Otherwise, the choice is not great, but we did not stay hungry.
The location is very interesting:
You will go to the Left, you will come to Asia (Filipinos, etc.). All the nearest cafes are theirs, but in general, if you like wok, then it is quite decent here.
Go right, you will get to a decent part of Dubai (local restaurants, Turkish) and the famous restaurant La Mer. This hotel was chosen for him. Walk for 10-15 minutes at a calm pace.
The main attractions of Dubai (Dubai Mall, Frame, Gold Suk and spice market, Museum of the Future) are not far away, we took a taxi so as not to waste time and not walk too much in the heat.
We stayed in February 2024. A great budget hotel. Very pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, attentive attitude to the guests from the staff. Upon check-in, the room category was upgraded for free. The room is cozy, comfortable from the point of view of ergonomics. The breakfasts are decent, I really liked the porridge and pastries, The cleaning is good + water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar. They asked for slippers and a knife, everything was brought instantly👍 On the top floor there is a sauna and a hammam, visited once, liked the beach 20 minutes on foot. In general, we consider the hotel to be excellent in its category.
Great little cozy clean. The bed is clean , cleaning is done every day , towels are changed every day . Very tasty breakfasts , we took only breakfast . The location is good . There are bus stops nearby. I love you Dubai. Wait for me. I want to see you every year. There is a Koran and a namazlik in the room. Water , tea , sugar , coffee , soaps , wet wipes every day . The staff is super
A wonderful hotel, food, cleaning, swimming pool, 20 minutes to the beach, I highly recommend excursions, we took a sightseeing tour in the lobby, everything is very well organized
We rested from April 10 to April 19, 2024. The weather is excellent, we swam. sunbathing. I liked the hotel very much-cleanliness, order. Breakfast was included- normal. Lots of fruits. Lunch was paid separately for 55 dirhams. also a good one. We bought excursions around Dubai, on a boat, to the observation deck, to the flower garden. We walked around the Deira district. They mastered the metro, buses, and the population helped them not to get lost. I recommend this hotel.
Great hotel. the price-quality ratio.
the beach is not far away, but if you visit in the summer, take into account the heat, do not run 15-20 minutes quickly. The breakfasts are delicious, lunch can be ordered in the room, the menu is "sewn into TV.
The staff is polite.
There is a tour agency in the lobby, with Russian-speaking staff. There are many cafes and markets nearby. Not far from the Bus stop (at the Iranian hospital), you can take the metro, the museum of the future, and the arch, but you need a special card, you need to get it in advance.
The hotel is excellent, clean, tidy, large rooms, 15 minutes to the sea. The beach is great, sandy, there are few people, there are no sun beds and umbrellas, but you can get under a canopy. It's a bit far to the subway, 30 minutes, we only got there once, but we didn't go, we went to the museum of the future. I recommend.
Good staff service, good location, the room is very worn out, there is no balcony.
Coffee, tea, sugar , water, there is a hairdryer in the room.
Daily cleaning and change of towels.
The breakfasts are good, but it seemed to me a little of the same type.
Near the beach in 15 minutes walk, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. Local attractions are within walking distance.
The guide, whom the carrier will offer you, has very expensive excursions (do not agree : overpay half), the girl in the lobby of the hotel next to the banners has the same excursions cheaper).
It is better to change the currency at a bank branch ( located around the corner of the hotel on the left ) , called the Wall Street Exchange .
Convenient location, excellent clean rooms. For beach lovers — 10 minutes on foot. Near the bus station - to most areas of the city and to the metro. There is also a Filipino quarter with the presence of their cuisine, inexpensive and delicious. A supermarket and a couple of shops with adequate prices. Shops of everyday inexpensive clothes. In ten minutes "Alcohol Shop" (Google maps will tell you), but do not forget to take your passport, otherwise there is no way. There are also tour organizers in the hotel, the prices are no different from online, will help those who do not have much English, since the representative is a Russian-speaking girl. The hotel rooms are non-smoking, except those with a balcony. In general, the impression of the guest house is very positive.
A large nice clean hotel with 3 floors, a gym for 4, a sauna - hammam and dry steam. Without balconies. Good breakfasts. Staff - no complaints - everything is fine. Near 10 min city beach, free of charge. There is no swimming pool in the hotel. There is no kitchen, just a kettle and a refrigerator.
We have been to this hotel 2 times, the first time everything is great. It was out of season and therefore the attention of the staff was sufficient, and the second time we arrived almost in season and the hotel was almost full, and therefore it was a little uncomfortable, there are two pools on the roof for children and adults
