We were a family in early March for a week.
Convenient location near the beach , bus stops , shops .
The hotel is clean, excellent food was served for breakfast and dinner.
The room is spacious and clean, everything works, the linen and the bed are excellent.
The rooftop pool is super heated, the Mucraru employee is always polite and cheerful respect to him!
I went to the gym in the morning, too, everything is new in excellent condition, there is a cooler, sauna, towels!

A very decent three-star hotel. Nice lobby and room interiors. Clear. Perfectly located. La mer beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the world trade center metro station is about the same. There are many supermarkets and cafes around. There is a bus stop nearby. The staff is very friendly. There was no hair dryer in our room, they brought it right away when we called. A very nice hotel. It is located 15 minutes from the sea, unfortunately there is no beach of its own. We went to a very, very decent city beach! But there are a lot of shops, eateries, boutiques, etc. nearby, as well as an alcohol market, this is a difficult topic in the UAE, but then it was solved on the way to the beach. The quality of service and the maintenance of the rooms are about 4 stars, although the hotel is positioned at 3, maybe this is the case for Dubai... We liked it.

I really liked the hotel and the service. Smiling staff. They make their way well, every day, change towels. We had a breakfast, dinner rate (you can change it for lunch), delicious food, Swedish in the morning, lunch on the menu. There is a rooftop pool. La mer beach is a 15-minute walk away. The beach is nice, but it seems to be closed. White sand, sparsely populated. We took a taxi to the Dubai Mall. There are cafes and many shops near the hotel. I liked everything, I recommend it.

Great hotel! Friendly staff! 👍🏻👏🏻 spacious rooms, comfortable beds! Gorgeous Swedish breakfasts👏🏻 and in the evening, for an additional fee, we used their Swedish dinners, very convenient, after long walks to have dinner at the hotel and immediately go up to the room to relax! The location of the hotel is excellent, near the bus stop to the center, lots of shops, currency exchange, wonderful La Mer beach within walking distance of 7 minutes The area is Filipino, Hindu, but we did not observe any outrage/begging, we returned to the hotel after dark every day.

Great hotel. Very clean, the furniture is as new, linen, towels are snow-white. Very tasty breakfasts, a good assortment. Super pool on the roof. The water is clean, warm, and the view of the Burj Khalifa is amazing. The beach is about ten minutes on foot. The beach is public, but clean, there are showers, changing rooms, lifeguards. We stayed at the hotel in November 2024. The hotel is modern. There is a swimming pool (some reviews say that it is missing). Of the advantages, I would like to note the proximity to the beach. One of the disadvantages is to get to the sights and metro by bus. If you left the hotel and went straight towards the beach, then the area is more or less nothing, two-storey Dubai. But if you leave the hotel and turn left, you get into a dirty unpleasant atmosphere. There is no sound insulation in the rooms.

The most delicious and inexpensive Filipino cuisine near the Picnic cafe. And in general, you need to look at where a lot of locals eat. That means it's delicious and fresh. They brought Alko with them. There's an alcohol market nearby, but we never got there. There's a pool on the roof, we went down a couple of times. And so the beach is 15 minutes on foot, we swam in the sea. There is a sauna, a fitness center, and there were almost no people there. Everything is clean, friendly staff. Overall, the hotel is wonderful!
12+ for all guests. In the Filipino-Pakistani district of Deira. Beautiful, well-groomed, bright. Excellent location and transport connection. We have never used a taxi. Between the center and the sea. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The rooms are comfortable. Three elevators. Excellent sound insulation. An important note is that the hotel is for non-smokers or non-smokers. The staff is English-speaking.
On the plus side: There is always hot water. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Wi-Fi is everywhere!!! There are many relaxation areas in the lobby.
There are a few butts.
1. It is further to the sea than indicated. The distance is 2 km on foot or 20-30 minutes under the heat. Through several roads with traffic lights. The nearest beach of La Mer is no longer the same. But still, the toilet, changing rooms and a shower remained from the infrastructure. The bathing area resembles a paddling pool. The water is blooming.
2. In ordinary rooms, even if you have a suitcase of clothes with you so as not to wash anything, it is not possible to dry a swimsuit and a beach towel. It takes a day to dry in the room - this causes a musty smell to appear in the room after a few days. The air conditioner is centralized and lives its own life - it's cold, it's hot. Not a very comfortable closet.
Rooms on both sides. Those whose windows overlooked the neighboring building have complaints of discomfort in the reviews.

When buying a safari at the hotel, they forgot to register us and we had to wait an extra hour for them to pick us up. Our guide from Anex tour had more expensive vouchers. The guide from Anex tour, Abel Alapishvili, is very touchy. We didn't buy anything from him, so he didn't give us any information about the transfer to the airport. Linen and towels are always clean, it seems to me that towels were changed every day (I don't understand why). But for some reason, one towel was not reported to us three times in a row. The air conditioner cannot be configured, it is centralized, you can only turn it on or off. The room was very cold (we were in March) and very humid. The clothes did not dry out for three days.
The Windows overlook the courtyard, where something buzzes all night (it looks like an air conditioner), and you can reach out to the neighbor opposite without any problems.
The breakfasts are hearty, but very monotonous (the same thing every day but in different variations - omelette, potatoes, vegetables, sausages, etc.), for 9 days of stay, everything was too boring.
The big plus of this hotel is the staff. Very responsive and friendly. All problems were solved promptly, and the necessary supplies were brought upon request. Everyone is very friendly.

I did not expect luxury here for the money I paid (12 nights for about 100-110 tr. with breakfast).
But it's clean, the workers are trying, the room is cleaned every day without reminders.
The breakfasts were helped out by excellent pastries. Otherwise, the choice is not great, but we did not stay hungry.
The location is very interesting:
You will go to the Left, you will come to Asia (Filipinos, etc.). All the nearest cafes are theirs, but in general, if you like wok, then it is quite decent here.
Go right, you will get to a decent part of Dubai (local restaurants, Turkish) and the famous restaurant La Mer. This hotel was chosen for him. Walk for 10-15 minutes at a calm pace.

We stayed in February 2024. A great budget hotel. Very pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, attentive attitude to the guests from the staff. Upon check-in, the room category was upgraded for free. The room is cozy, comfortable from the point of view of ergonomics. The breakfasts are decent, I really liked the porridge and pastries, The cleaning is good + water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar.
