I was struck by dirt and water on the toilet floor, there is no paper in the booths, there is no SOAP!!!! There are no shoe covers during inspection and the floor is very dirty.

It's just awful.
One of the reasons why I won't fly to Egypt for another 5 years.
In general, the airport is good, but the Egyptians perform there in full:
First, you will be greeted with a smile and offered a paid quick pass.
After you have refused, it begins:
Checks for 5 pcs. more than necessary.
They are no longer smiling at you, but rather growling.
They can gut your suitcase at every check. Then fold it yourself as you want.
Boys separately, girls separately and constant searches.
Even bare legs are searched (it is unclear what they are trying to find.
Shoes need to be removed (flip-flops), there are no shoe covers, you will have to walk barefoot on the floor, then with dirty feet to Russia, or wash in the sink. We almost missed our flight because of the searches.
Nightmare.

There are very rude women at the front desk , picking on every kilogram , right down to hand luggage. I had my first vacation in Egypt at the end of January this year. Sharm el Sheikh Airport is different from our similar buildings, with an oriental flavor throughout. If you leave early in the morning, be prepared for the fact that not all toilets and snack bars are open. As for duty free, alcohol prices are too high, the choice of alcohol is not that big. Egyptian sweets are also expensive, it is better to take care of their purchase in advance. Coffee is not cheap either.
There are private traders who do not have prices marked on their goods, so they will call you overstated, and you will have to bargain.
There is no toilet paper in the toilets, and there is no soap in many dispensers either.
After passing the boarding queue, we were loaded into 2 buses. They tried to fill the second one, where I was, completely, but in the end it didn't work out. People were still at the airport, we were sitting and waiting for some employee to call someone. I don't know if they sent the third bus or were waiting for the first one. Just a hand-face.

A former Israeli military airfield. There are more than 4 security zones where they are completely searched, there is no waiting area, there is nowhere to sit down, ventilation and air conditioning do not work from the word at all. There are huge queues everywhere and people offering to go through all the posts without queuing for money. And the last thing is that before entering the field, the area looks more like an aquarium: there is no water, no toilets, no ventilation, you can only go out for money.
Our plane was delayed for an hour and a half, so these hours and a half were the most painful... There is not even an elementary vending machine with water or coffee, children are screaming from the heat, elderly people are suffering, there is no order.
