Very cute. Clear. In general, I liked everything. Cozy, quiet, calm. The rooms are cleaned regularly, but they don't wash under the beds!))))) The sea is 4 minutes away slowly. The most beautiful thing is the BEACH!!!! It's just great!!!! It's small, only 40 umbrellas, but the cove is just fabulous. We went to Protaras on the central beach .....NO..... We spent all the days (not counting the sightseeing days) on our own.
Next to the hotel there is a supermarket the size of our "pyaterochka", and the assortment is not particularly different. We bought local wine and beer there - it was delicious!
There is also a tavern nearby in which the soup for 4 euros is simply not edible, something else was ordered - not tasty, very not tasty. The service is disgusting. We went only 1 time and didn 't dare anymore . Although vacationers who did not have food in the package went there to eat and praised. Well, what can I say?....Everyone has different ideas about delicious food.
But I really liked the food in the hotel itself. And the interior of the restaurant is also pleasant. The chef is smart!!!! The chefs are great! The waitresses are great, they don't leave, they clean the dishes right away. We were satisfied with the rest . I recommend it!!!
Nice hotel! Inexpensive, but at the same time the food is excellent, the rooms are large with sea views, across the street is the sea, a picturesque bay, in the evening there is somewhere to go, near a tavern with live Greek music, also near a minimarket. We went with my wife in 2015 and fell in love with this hotel right away, then with a child of 5 years in 2019, God willing, only there! There were Alushta in Crimea for the same money in 2020, in general, before Cyprus as before the Moon, no service, devastation all around, prices are crazy. The rotovirus was caught, although they did not dive and did not swallow water..The child after Cyprus, in general, does not want to go to our resorts anymore..
Let's start with nutrition:
breakfasts are mostly monotonous, as everywhere else, but with minor changes every day (sausages, toast, cucumbers, sandwiches, cereals and coffee were always there). Regarding drinks: there were several types of coffee, tea and juice.
The dinner was varied, there were no drinks. Instead, there were always watermelon and melon or grapes.
There have never been queues. Everything was delicious. The restaurant itself was very clean and pleasant music was always playing.
Number. as for the room, I can say that it is spacious with a sea view, the most beautiful view from the balcony in my life, so you will not regret it. But looking at our hotel from the street, I realized that probably all the rooms in this place have access to the sea. Our room had everything for a comfortable stay: 3 large mirrors, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a small table with a chair, a computer table with two drawers and a refrigerator, as well as the same chair as in the past, there were two chairs and a table on the balcony, it was convenient to dry things, there were 2 more air conditioning (in the bedroom and bathroom), one outlet (take an adapter from home, otherwise you will have to pay extra euros), a safe, a push-button phone, a TV and a hairdryer. There is also a panoramic door (or probably a window) in the floor to the balcony. There was a toilet door in the room that couldn't be locked. In addition to the bedroom and the balcony there was a toilet room, after reading the reviews here, we thought that the furniture would be old, but no, all the faucets and furniture were new, the shelf in which the sink was built was very large and a lot of cosmetics could be put there. However, the only thing I didn't like about this room was that there were no bubbles with shower gel and shampoo (there were only 2 soaps and glasses). The room itself was sound-insulated, so you won't hear the neighbors. They cleaned every day, but they didn't change the towels until I told them about it. There was no WiFi in the room
About the hotel itself: the air conditioning worked very poorly in the lobby, it was a little stuffy, but tolerable. The review turned out to be too big, so look for it on other normal sites
I liked the hotel, it was cozy, the receptionists were polite, attentive girls, very friendly, thank you very much. The rooms are ordinary, there is everything you need, a balcony, the rooms were cleaned, towels were changed. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful, for all tastes, I really wanted porridge in the morning and after 8 a.m., I want to thank the young staff in the dining room, they work very well, change tablecloths, appliances on time, take away used dishes. Well done!!! The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, especially liked the gazebos on the grass and sun loungers, you can sit down and relax. Good location of the hotel, close to the sea, near a tavern where you can have a snack and near a supermarket, and a little more walk and there will be a travel agency where we bought excursions. It is a 20-minute walk to the city center, and there is a bus stop with a timetable next to the hotel. The beach is small and it's good, the water is clear, turquoise in color. Everything was fine, just fine, and the presence of some nuances, so we were ready for them, reading reviews before the trip, so that upon arrival everything was perceived very adequately. I thank the staff of the Adelais Hotel for a good stay. Thank you very much!!!
I join all the positive reviews of this cozy wonderful hotel!!! We had a rest in October 2019. A very good-natured, calm and cozy place. The staff is smiling, caring - check-in was an hour earlier than promised. They are cleaned regularly, the dining room is serviced at the highest level - everything is neat. timely.VERY TASTY dinners!!! The chef is a great fellow!!! I cooked a lot of various meat and fish!!! Every day there were seasonal fruits, delicious pastries, mousses, jellies and a kind of confectionery paste - sweet and extremely tasty.
The hotel guide, Alexander, is a very tactful expert in his field - he did not impose trips, but only carefully advertised and explained various aspects of the holiday. We recommend visiting the fish restaurant "Karas" from him with an order of fish meze. It costs 20 euros per person - but portions are more than enough for two. It's a long way to get there on your own, but they pick you up from the hotel through a guide and bring you back.
A separate and HUGE bonus of the hotel is a beautiful sea cove directly opposite with turquoise-emerald water and a sandy beach. it is easy to get to it, skirting the abandoned hotel on both sides, which is opposite across the street. The view from the sea is simply amazing - on the right, on a yellow-sand cliff, there is a wonderful blue-white little villa all in flowers, like from the movie "Mama Mia".Beauty!!!
The location offers a peaceful and peaceful rest - in the evenings you can walk towards the center of Protaras along the sea. And in the afternoon, for the sake of curiosity and photos along the shore towards Ay-Napa. There are many wonderful coves and the opportunity to swim in them...Go back on the 101 bus.
Have a pleasant and positive stay in this wonderful intelligent place!!!
Great food, great music.
Friendly hosts.
Daily cleaning.
Transport accessibility (you can walk to Protaras in 20 minutes, 30 minutes to Ayia Napa by bus)
I want to come back)
Good location (5-7 min sea, public transport stop opposite, shop and cafe border the hotel territory, 5-7 min car rental, mopeds, bicycles, excursions); the sea in the bay is very clean, the approach is gentle sandy, the bay is very picturesque, cozy-the best in the area; the food is good, delicious; in a cafe nearby it is also delicious and adequately priced; the rooms are in good condition (everything worked for us)the pool and the territory are normal
We liked it, that's why the Internet was turned on))). Family vacation, quiet and peaceful. Close to the sea, delicious dinners, themed. The breakfast is usual, always the same, but satisfying and delicious. Nice friendly staff. If you want to have fun, look for another place. I repeat, we liked it.

Not far from the sea, the interior is clean, there are pools: tiny for kids and for adults up to 1.75 m. The food is delicious in the dining room, every day in the evening there is a new menu (Greek day, Italian, etc.), repeated every week. But drinks are for a fee, even water.
Very polite cleaning girls in the rooms, at the reception (the administrators speak Russian). But the young people who work in the dining room and in the pool bar upset us. At least one of them, before our departure, for some reason, half the night (from 2200 to 0130 approximately, when I couldn't stand it and once again, after a deliberately loud slam of the door, left the room and saw him leave), slammed the door loudly on the ground floor (they have a staff room there, apparently). Nearby there is a Smartbay and a good cafe. In general, I recommend it to families. The price-quality ratio is normal.
The hotel is price-quality. The hotel is very good for a budget holiday. The staff is friendly, the food is good (for dinner, they mark in which dishes there are products that you are allergic to, although for some reason this does not apply to sweets), the location is good - it is not stressful to go to the sea at all, it is quiet. Our mattress was very comfortable, double. It is not suitable for tourists with strollers, I may be mistaken, but I did not see ramps there. The breakfasts are so-so. I recommend it, we had a very good rest
The hotel is located near the sea. There are Russian-speaking staff. We changed the linen once in 6 days. Daily cleaning service. However, the location on the 1st floor is not very comfortable for drying clothes. The food is delicious. The menu is varied. There are special chairs for kids.
The price/quality ratio is excellent. The food is good. The breakfasts are the same, and there is a sufficient choice of dishes for dinner.
The only drawback is the paid Wi-Fi. And it doesn't work in the rooms! Only at the reception and can catch by the pool. What is the problem with making a normal Internet connection?..
a clean hotel, delicious food for dinners, breakfast is standard, there is always a cafe next to the road for lunch, excellent coves with beaches within 10 minutes.
There is no free Wi-Fi. There is only one tavern near the hotel, so either that or you can have a snack at the hotel bar. The rooms are old, but cleaning every day, linen change in 2 days, the hotel staff is very friendly, the dinners are varied and delicious. Not far (10 min.) the beach is not big, the prices for sun beds and umbrellas are standard (2.5 euros). Bus stops are very convenient near the hotel. There are no entertainment events at the hotel.
The hotel is 3*, and it is very good, the staff, service, food, in general, all the service is at a decent level. The town of Protaras is calm and friendly. I liked everything.
Convenient location, beautiful view, professional ethics of the staff at a high level.
At first, I was very upset by the lack of WiFi in the room. WiFi is only paid, only at the reception. But the purpose of the trip was not the Internet either.
An ideal hotel for those who do not like cramped and large beaches — there are many small and medium-sized ones in the vicinity.
the hotel has a sea view. The breakfasts are standard, but the dinners are super. There are no animators. There are no entertainment evenings either. There is no gel , shampoo, glasses in the room . The staff is friendly. Three beaches across the road at a distance of 300-500 m. The hotel is for older people.
three stars correspond to three stars) the rooms on the ground floor are new and quite decent) spacious with beautiful terraces, the old rooms are too small to turn around. not very good nutrition. The second line, but it is very close to the sea and the water in protaras certainly cannot be expressed in words how gorgeous)
Good location, delicious food for breakfast and dinner, inexpensive drinks at the bar. Literally cross the road to the sea, it's not noisy, very cozy rooms
The hotel is on a solid 3. Budget, which means "pay for comfort". For example, the refrigerator in the room is locked, the remote control from the TV for money ...
A good view from some rooms. It is located on the outskirts of Protaras. The sea is a 10-minute walk away.
How many stars, that's the score. The hotel is old. They charge money for everything (safe, refrigerator, TV). The cooking is very mediocre. Sometimes he left dinner hungry. Compensated by polite staff and a very good guide, Alexander.
It's fine for this money, there is a pool, you can serve it in the evening, we were gone all day, had breakfast in the morning and left on the quadric, had dinner in the evening and went for a walk again, just slept, so it's normal. But all additional services for money, Wi-Fi, refrigerator
The hotel is old, needs renovation, the territory is empty, if you arrive after dinner, no one will leave you food. And if you leave before breakfast anyway, they will put a dry thin sandwich. Wi-Fi is paid and only at the reception, you can catch it for free in a tavern nearby. There is no animation. But the food is delicious. The only plus.
The hotel is on the outskirts. You need to go to the sea across the road, not the most picturesque view ...
No wi-fi

The hotel is not three stars, but a maximum of one, so I put one star. The refrigerator is paid, there is no gel and shampoo, the furniture is dead, they run into the dining room one at a time, the elevator often does not work, the food is three
