It's a beautiful place! The service is excellent, there is a metal detector at the entrance, which is very important for safety! The territory is well maintained! There is a petting zoo! Bus drivers are super polite and funny! As they say, the theater starts with a hanger)

And the park and zoo service is behind you, you only pay for the restaurant!
A place for those who understand how much it costs to keep such a territory in order!
This is not a free beach on kapchagai (you will not see cigarette butts, beer cans and grubs)

A great place to relax. Clean air, nature, lakes..... A beautiful cascade of pools with the purest water. Excellent cuisine, delicious coffee. The room stock, of course, requires updating at some points, but this does not spoil the overall picture. Definitely recommend a visit!!!

A very cool place to spend a day off. We liked the safari park, you drive by car through the reserve, which is home to wild boars, hares, marals. There is a kennel on site where you can feed the animals. The territory is huge, it's better to rent bicycles to drive around everything. We were at 8ozer in July for two days, from Thursday to Saturday , a great place to relax , the territory is huge , well-groomed , cycling is super , reception and housekeeping are very polite and helpful staff , rooms are clean .
The Arowana restaurant , where breakfast is served , liked the speed of service , polite waiters , all the dishes are delicious, desserts deserve special compliments - we tried everything !
The biggest minus in this vacation was visiting the Vostochny restaurant, it seemed that this was another state in this territory, they ordered 5 hot dishes, accepted the order, after 15 minutes one was brought, after another 30 minutes the waitress came and said that the remaining 4 hot ones would not be, there were no ingredients! Does the stop list work in the kitchen at all? Where are the restaurant managers looking? While we were waiting for an hour, four companies came in , tried to place an order and left.
The cocktails were brought in sticky dirty glasses .
A very strange place for 8 lakes .
I would also like to ask the administration to put up signs and directions where you can drive and where not on rented electric cars.
And in general, the place is gorgeous for a family vacation !

At the moment, a very beautiful complex, a huge territory, a huge and cool swimming pool, from Friday to Monday the most visited days in the pool, but on other days there are people ... the staff is pleasant, the kitchen is delicious, you can not leave your drinks and food at the entrance, except for baby food ... you can rent bicycles and ride around there is also a thermal SPA on the territory, with a sauna and a hot pool (especially good in winter) there are several playgrounds, catamaran rides on the lake, I also advise for business events… And there are many ducks that are present in the area of the bridge over the lake, all children and adults feed them and admire them…

We are here every weekend-this is a place of strength for our family👍🏻 An amazing beauty park with lakes, ducks, geese, excellent cuisine in the restaurant, fresh fried fish and a very tasty barbecue, the opportunity to rent a bike and ride along the paved paths to the eighth lake - in 5-6 hours of stay you are energized for the whole working week. The prices are very reasonable, we rented a house for a couple of weeks this summer. In winter, a SPA with a thermal pool with hot water, in summer a large pool warms up to a comfortable warm temperature, children have a zoo and the opportunity to ride horseback. In general, this place is our love😊

For me, this place is ambiguous. What's worth watching is 100%. The houses are quite comfortable, they are cleaned on a daily basis, and the cleaning is at a good level. For some reason I thought it was possible to swim in lakes. However, this is not the case. The lakes are beautiful, but I do not recommend going close to them, as they give off an unpleasant smell of swamp. The lakes are objectively dirty and it would be more accurate to name 8 marshes.
The location of 8 lakes suggests that there is a place for swimming. But swimming is really only possible in pools. The pools are clean, the territory is well maintained. On the downside: there are a lot of people (many come to spend the day and go home for the night). As a result, many people occupied a whole line of sun beds, where they drank and ate (they did not go to restaurants), respectively, it was not always clean during the day directly by the pools. There was a huge queue for ice cream and bars. We were there for 12 days, went around the whole territory, there is where to walk and what to see. We were on evening programs, it was interesting.
However, be prepared right away that there are a lot of tiles and sweltering heat during the day.
A place, in my opinion, for a one-time, but comfortable enough vacation (we speak as a family that prefers natural places for swimming, we are not fans of pools). For fans of pools, it's probably paradise.
I am surprised when the local population says that this is a high-class vacation. In my opinion, no. It's better than nothing, but nothing more.
Oh yes, I didn't tell you about breakfast) Breakfast is included in the package for those who come with an overnight stay. The breakfasts are designed for heroes) There are so many things on offer that we just asked not to bring half of them, as we would not have eaten)
We had lunch and dinner in restaurants. We've been to all the restaurants we've found on the premises. I must admit that there was good cuisine everywhere, there are no complaints about any of them.
An important point is that prices in 8 lakes are very high, and the same food and souvenirs can be bought much cheaper outside the territory. However, this is about having your own car, as there is nothing nearby. Delivery cannot be ordered, delivery trucks are not even allowed on the territory.
And another important thing: it doesn't matter if you spend the night or not, the entrance to the pools through the checkpoint is paid) you need to buy a bracelet for the day)
Interesting) This is news to me, usually if you live on the territory, then as a rule, a visit to the bathing area is included in the price, but this is not about 8 lakes)
In general, our vacation went well, but it was not a budget one and in my opinion it is better to go to the sea!
We are not planning a repeat trip to 8 lakes!

We were here for the first time, a family of 4 people. We rented cottage number 15. One of the disadvantages is ants, they are everywhere and in the house too, but if you do not eat in the house, there will not be a large number of them. The house has everything you need, cozy, comfortable. The territory is huge, there is a place to walk, ride bicycles. The food in the restaurant is monotonous, however, for every taste and budget. When renting a cottage, breakfast is included. They also gave certificates to the children's playroom and the spa.

I had to interrupt my rest.
1. The houses are old, new floors and tiles were made inside, the walls were whitewashed, that's ALL. Everything else is old, broken, and battered.
Despite the renovation, the houses have an unbearable smell of rot and dampness (this was the main reason that we left, it is impossible to sleep). If you pay attention to the house from the outside, you can see that it is rotting, the slats of the walls are old and damp.
2. The mini-bar cabinet is broken in the room, everything is covered in dust, including the TV, the bed and the sofa with a burst mattress, the wardrobe for things is broken in the bedroom.
The advantages in the house: clean linen and towels, there are bath accessories, BUT there are not enough towels for five stars, and disposable hygiene products corresponding to the star rating of the hotel, although with such a stink in the room …
A nice cleaning lady said that yes, we smell like this now after repairs, and kindly tried to hide the smell of dampness with lemon spray, but in vain.
The breakfast is not varied, simple, but decent.
THE TERRITORY ITSELF IS magnificent!!
Ice rinks , lakes, nature, fresh air, everything is great ! There is a spa, we didn't go, the mood was already ruined.
Walking and enjoying nature is here, but without spending the night.)))))
Oriental restaurant I recommend
Arowana Restaurant - the cuisine is delicious, BUT the dishes are dirty, I couldn't interfere with the tea, 2 spoons from the table, and 2 not washed !
I had to wipe all the appliances with boiling water from the kettle, the toilet is far outside.

Every year in the warmer months we come here on bicycles to ride. A great place for a ride, a walk, a family vacation. A huge territory with its own zoo, clean, clean air and peace everywhere.
Why, if you paid for a visit to the spa center, do you have to pay to get out and go in again? I want to go eat at an oriental cafe nearby, as there is simply no food in the spa. I ordered a smoothie, I ordered tea, but it's not food. Make hot dogs, burgers at least. I think 10% for the service is inappropriate. There are just tables by the pool. We returned from the thermal pool to the table, others are already sitting there, although we left mugs and towels there. The waiters just gave the table to others because we were gone for 30 minutes. The thermal pool is good, 3 steam rooms are good, but the pool near the steam rooms smells strongly of chlorine.

A wonderful park for walking and relaxing.Very nice pool and SPA.There is even a mini zoo and fishing.As a disadvantage, this is an expensive restaurant with not very tasty food.Unfortunately, the restaurant has no competition and you have to eat only there.If I were the owners, I would allow other representatives of the food industry to enter the territory, which would attract more visitors.I often watched how, after seeing the prices on the menu, vacationers were disappointed to leave the summer area of the restaurant or order the cheapest.

The location is very convenient. There is beauty all around. The pools are being looked after. The kitchen is delicious, but expensive. We stayed overnight in the cabins, the cabins were clean and tidy. But I really didn't like that after 12.00 at night, the lights in the lampposts, which are located on the sidewalks that lead to the houses, are turned off. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the house from the restaurant. From 8.00 a.m., workers began mowing the grass with a gasoline mower right next to the houses, making a noisy sound. It seems that we came to rest and not to say that it is cheap. We could mow the grass closer to lunch, when the guests wake up.

Beautiful territory, a good thermal spa, 3 baths and two swimming pools, indoor and outdoor with hot water, the price tag of course is too high for drinks ... We spent two days on 8 lakes with our grandchildren at the end of October 2024, the grandchildren had a vacation. Everything seems to be fine, the room is clean and warm, the territory is huge, but we came because of the pools. In the evening we went to the thermal spa, the grandchildren bought plenty. The next day we went closer to lunch and what a horror, the water is dirty, dirty. Something floats, but mud floats. Apparently, they didn't clean it at all. But very young children also swim there. If you can't see anything in the evening, then in the afternoon it's real, it's terrible. Children dive, water gets into their mouths involuntarily. In general, it became so disgusting. They pulled the children out and did not want to go to the pool at all anymore. They have sworn off going to the thermal spa, it's not worth it for that kind of money. The first time on 8 lakes was in 2016. Then I didn't like it - a small pool, a crowd of people, cerberus guards , you won't relax ...
But not long ago I decided to go and was pleasantly surprised ☝️
Huge swimming pools , clean , tidy, free towels, sun beds, umbrellas, trestles , bar , ice cream, good cuisine... You can walk outside the water park, it's green, it's beautiful.
There is a thermal SPA.

8 lakes is no longer a place where you can have a good time!
Weekend admission is 15K for an adult, 9k for children from 3 to 12 years old.
What will you get for this money?
Nothing.
1. Let's start with the locker room 🤢 UNSANITARY CONDITIONS Everywhere dirt, water and hair.
Mothers with babies throw dirty diapers right on the changing bench and napkins, and the staff does not clean. The toilet doors don't close, it stinks, the flush doesn't work, the trash cans are falling apart. In general, the women's locker room is a scary and disgusting sight. I WAS AFRAID TO GO INTO THE SHOWER ROOM.
2. We forgot the sunscreen, so they sold it there, but the price is x7.
We paid 7k for the cream, which costs 1,500 tenge on Kaspi. Okay, our joint, what did you forget... but you're completely fucked up 😠
3. Swimming pool
The water was dirty, there was snot, paper bracelets were lying in the water and near the pool. Savages jump into the pool and no one is watching it.
4. Bar
The bar is full of trash on Saturday. Littered with garbage and a dirty bar counter. At one o'clock in the afternoon there were no lemonades, fruit drinks and, most importantly, ICE... Something like that…
5. Food.
The food is good, but it stands like an airplane wing. 4K kebabs, 5k pizza, 4k lemonades.
6. Staff.
For the money that visitors pay you, can you afford adult employees?
It was very strange to watch a 12-year-old girl collecting garbage, and a 14-year-old girl struggling with smelly dirty floors in the locker room.

A place I won't go back to because I'm squeamish. Expensive and unjustified
